The purpose of the article was to analyze the impact of fleet cards to optimize transport companies by identifying a wide range of card functions. All the functions mentioned support decisions in all functional areas related to planning, organizing and controlling the vehicle fleet of a transport company. Thepaper contains basic information about fuel cards, and their development into fleet cards. It also presents attractiveness of usability, different protection possibilities and cashless payment procedures. A comparative analysis of selected Polish fleet cards was made to show a comprehensive access and universality of cards in the Polish market. Benefits of fleet cards introduction for employees of transport companies, such as shippers, accountants and drivers, were also presented. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The Master's Thesis deals with the toll system in the Federal Republic of Germany. The theoretical part of the thesis describes technologies that are used in electronic fee collection systems, satellite navigation systems and provides a snapshot of German road infrastructure. The main part of the work deals with German toll system that is provided by Toll Collect GmbH. Various aspects of toll payment via fuel cards are discussed in the practical part that also includes an alternative payment option. The study case assesses whether hauliers should or should not try to avoid using toll roads.

The goal of this Master's thesis is to describe the services in the electronic tolling system in the Czech republic with a focus on services of financial intermediaries and customer services center, with which come users in contact most frequently. In the capture "Electronic tolling system" are on the base of the analyzed literature presented the technological approaches to construct the electronic tolling systems, a legislative framework for them and the characterization of the Czech tolling system. The section devoted to the services of financial intermediaries describes the institutional framework of their operations, selected products of them and considerate about possible form of their products in term of the European tolling service. The capture dedicated to customer services center describe its position within the system, its organizational structure and on the base of users requirements frequency describes the most common questions of them. On the end of the capture considerate about possible forms of its functions in terms of European interoperable tolling system. The conclusion summarizes the information from all the captures and its assessing the meets of individual objectives

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na marketingovou komunikaci a komunikační mix společnosti Shell Czech Republic, a. s. u komplexního B2B produktu palivové karty Shell Card, pro který bude v roce 2019 spuštěn nový systém Mobile Payment. Palivové karty jsou určeny pro dopravní firmy a fleety osobních automobilů. V práci jsou nejprve vysvětleny veškeré důležité marketingové a ekonomické pojmy a nástroje, poté analyzována současná komunikace společnosti. Dále je v práci popsán komplexní produkt palivových karet. Cílem práce je při příležitosti uvedení Mobile Payment navrhnout zlepšení marketingové komunikace pro Shell Card., This bachelor thesis describes marketing communication and communication mix of a company Shell Czech Republic a. s., focused on a B2B fuel card product named „Shell Card“, which is going to be launched in 2019. Product Shell Card is designed mainly for transport companies, or for administrative companies with big fleets of cars.
