Over the last 20 years, the effectiveness of positive psychology interventions for the development of the well-being of children and adolescents and the moderation of high levels of anxiety and depression in this population has been largely demonstrated. Emphasis has been placed on the promotion of well-being and prevention of mental health problems in the school context in order to foster, through positive psychology, the cognitive and socio-emotional development of primary and secondary students, e.g., by strengthening positive relationships, positive emotions, character strengths, optimism, and hope. However, little is known about the impact of these interventions on young children. This systematic review aims at examining the effects of positive psychology interventions on the well-being of early childhood children (

GENERAL practitioners ,DISCRETION ,HEALTH promotion - Abstract
This article examines general practitioners' discretion in preventive contexts. Based on semi-structured interviews with 15 general practitioners, we examine how lifestyle is used in their discretionary practices in contexts of healthcare prevention. Despite common educational background and professional ideology, GPs' do not share lifestyle and our analyses show that this matters to their discretion of patients' need for lifestyle intervention. The correspondence between general practitioners' preventive strategies and their own lifestyle preferences is interpreted as evidence of autonomy in general practice where general practitioners act relatively autonomously and differ in their interpretation of how preventive policies should be exercised in practice towards patients. Introduction:Hansen’s disease is an infectious and contagious disease than can affect both men and women, with wide incidence in Brazil. Such illness attacks mainly the skin, the peripheral nerves of the musculoskeletal system and the mucous membranes of the upper respiratory tract. Despite its wide incidence, there are not many papers in literature that cover the role of physiotherapy regarding Hansen’s disease patients, and it is possible to notice a lack of pattern in the techniques and resources that shall be used during the treatment. Objective:Define the physiotherapy performance in Hansen’s disease patients using a quantitative approach, with applied word and investigatory goals, having field research and survey as procedures. Methodology:Carried out in Dona Libânia Dermatological center, with patients of both genders diagnosed with leprosy received physiotherapy for a month at least and physiotherapists who work with cancer patients for six months at least. Results:The survey results were catalogued and transformed into charts and tables. Conclusion:There is a need for a greater performance of motor physiotherapy, therapeutic touch and mostly for an education concerning primary attention, with lectures or activities that address this population. The Mediterranean Diet (MDiet) has been the main dietary pattern of european countries for centuries. Currently, it is known that the variety of fruits and vegetables, and polyunsaturated fats that characterise this diet, play an importat role in prevention of cardiovascular and degenerative diseases. Nutritional intervention from nursing is a key strategy to get a correct level of adherence and prevent chronic diseases in the community. Objetives: To identify factors determining MDiet in adult, child and adolescet population, and to assess available interventions to improve it. Results: The compilation of works suggest that there are many factors determining MDiet adherence. Educational level, socioeconomic status and other unhealthy habits were associated with worse adherence, while an adequate amount of incomes and a good selfperception of health provide better MDiet adherence. Evidence available on educational interventions defend personalization of dietary advice. In children and adolescents, determinants tend to group as in adults, with thir own characteristics. Conclusions: It is prioritary to redirect nutritional advise and develope personalized approaches, not just on nutrition but also interventions to mitigate impact of determinant factors.

- Abstract
Over the last 20 years, the effectiveness of positive psychology interventions for the development of the well-being of children and adolescents and the moderation of high levels of anxiety and depression in this population has been largely demonstrated. Emphasis has been placed on the promotion of well-being and prevention of mental health problems in the school context in order to foster, through positive psychology, the cognitive and socio-emotional development of primary and secondary students, e.g., by strengthening positive relationships, positive emotions, character strengths, optimism, and hope. However, little is known about the impact of these interventions on young children. This systematic review aims at examining the effects of positive psychology interventions on the well-being of early childhood children (<6 years old), both in the preschool education context with educators or teachers and also in the family context with parents. Several electronic databases were searched, and the findings systematically reviewed and reported by the PRISMA guidelines. Very few studies met the inclusion criteria (n = 3), highlighting the need for further research in this area. Indeed, all of the selected studies demonstrated the importance of positive psychology interventions with young children to promote positive aspects of development, such as gratitude, positive emotions, life satisfaction, accomplishment, positive relationship, or self-esteem. Limitations in the field are discussed.

- Abstract
In an attempt to collectively build a healthy way of “being” in this life in the year 2007 a permanent group of fifteen elderly people started to meet in the Sociedad Israelita (Israeli Society) from San Luis, coordinated by a social psychologist, and they continue meeting systematically once a week. This psycho educational Project of Intervention aimed to generate a space for meeting, reflecting and discussing ideas, in which participants could share their existential experiences, strengthen their communication bonds and revise those behaviors that hinder an active adaptation to reality, with the purpose of consolidating those positive qualities and prosocial behaviors that could eventually have an impact on their subjective well-being. In the implementation of this project, and with the contribution of Positive Psychology and Critic Gerontology, different contents were dealt with. These contents could be summarized into the following main points: subjectivation processes of elderly people and construction of their identities, the step forward towards the third age as a vital process, negative attitudes as the hegemonic model prevailing in our cultures, prevention and promotion of psychical health and development of positive qualities. This paper is an attempt to give an account of the process generated along the experience aforementioned and of the changes that took place in the subjective positioning of the members of the group.

- Abstract
This study seeks to explain the contrast in Chile between the public concern with the production, traffic and consumption of illicit drugs and the relative absence of preventive programs in the workplace. The limited development of preventive health programs in general, the nearly inexistence of activities related to alcohol and other drugs and the difficulties to investigate the subject, is confirmed in a sample of large companies in the Metropolitan Area of Santiago. The problem is linked with the organizational culture that defines substance abuse outside the limits of corporate concerns, restricting it to an individual sphere, and favoring treatment and control measures. An unintentional agreement, based on ideological constructions, is postulated among managers, workers and health professionals, keeping the problem away from a preventive and collective assessment.
