The matrix asphalt was modified with graphene, and the high temperature properties of the modified asphalt with different contents of graphene were analyzed. The dispersion of graphene in the asphalt was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy. The experimental results show that graphene can improve the PG grade of modified asphalt, and the penetration of modified asphalt decreases with the increase of graphene content, while the softening point and dynamic viscosity increase. When the content of graphene exceeds 3%, the increase of complex shear modulus of modified asphalt at high temperature is limited when the dosage of graphene exceeds 3%. When the dosage exceeds 4%, the specimen cannot be formed due to excessive viscosity. Considering cost and road performance. it is recommended that the dosage of graphene should be 2%.
