The diploma thesis focuses on the legal regulation of hunting and gamekeeping. The aim of the diploma thesis entitled "Legal regulation of hunting" is a broad summarization of the historical development and the correlated alterations of the legislative framework in gamekeeping. In order to gain a deeper understanding of the historical context, the thesis focuses on the development of gamekeeping legislation from the early Middle Ages to presently effective legal regulation. The implicit part of the thesis is the evaluation and the reflection of the legislation applied in practice. The overall conclusion contains a proposal for possible legislative changes de lege ferenda. The first part of the thesis gives an overview of the historical development and the early legal regulations of gamekeeping, utilizing the important legal acts, which presented fundamental changes to the legal framework of gamekeeping. The following part of the diploma thesis is devoted to the current state of the Czech legal regulation of gamekeeping, including related and subordinate legislation, by which, in summary, the legal framework of gamekeeping and determination of the rules for hunting and game management are represented. 75 Abstract This diploma thesis deals with Legal Adjustment of Gamekeeping. Gamekeeping is perceived not only as a hobby, but it is a phenomenon which became a lifestyle of many people. The main purpose of hunting is to protect and maintain freely living game for the future generations but at the same time ensure the environment protection. According to the importance of the environment protection and the game there is no doubt, that this issue requires its own legal adjustment. The adjustment has evolved over years and these days it is influenced by the globalization, membership in multinational communities and organizations and many others. In the introduction the term Gamekeeping is presented together with the reasons which make this topic current. In the first chapter the history of hunting is analysed heading towards the development of gamekeeping including the role of poaching during over the years. The second chapter is an important part of the thesis, it processes sources of the gamekeeping legislation. The international legislation related to many international contracts focused on component aspects of the environment protection is mentioned first.It is also necessary to deal with the legislation of the European Union, of which the Czech Republic is a member, in which the legislation is included...

The structure and quantity of wild boars population estimate future status and it is necessary for right management with wild boars. In two free hunting grounds and game preserve, was in the years 2016-2019 analysis of age structure, sexual structure and weight categories. The analysis of wild boar population was implemented in 18 organise hunts and hunters hunt down 1109 wild boars. Analysis shows still uneven sex ratio in favour of females, and indicates the inefficient management in the category of piglets. In the hunting grounds is also not the right age structure and the overall composition gives the possibility to higher reproduction.

103 Summary This diploma thesis is focused on development of the game keeping law from the second half of the eighteenth century till the twentieth century. In the first part of the thesis, in order to provide a comprehensive view on the given issue, a summary of legal development of game keeping law before the year 1754 is outlined, including the oldest legal sources, beginning with "honební regál" issued by Boleslav I. and others. The period of the Thirty Years' War, during which a large downsizing of game ocurred, consequently servingas a basis for "Hunting order" issued by Ferdinand III. on 14th December 1641, prohibiting hunting for three following years and implementing a lot of protective measures, was not omitted. That part of this thesis demonstrates how the contents of gaming is subject to changes over time. At first, gaming was viewed as a sovereign's privilege, afterwards also aristocracy got to enjoy it. Later on, gaming began to include breeding and protection of game itself as well. The major part of the thesis is dedicated to modern laws. This thesis deals with the forest management of the Dominican Order in Mimoň area. Specifically, it focuses mainly on the area of Hamr nad Jezerem, in the years 1931-1938 and the last years of the active duty of the Directorate of the Dominican forest management in 1945-1950. The emphasis of the thesis is based on the description of the previously uncharted historical chapter of the Dominican order in this area, especially with regard to the economic activity of the forest administration in this given period and legal aspects of the whole issue with the acquisition, loss and subsequent efforts to return these properties. The Fund no. 37 in the Archive of the Dominican order, deposited in the 1st Department of the National archive in Prague, was used as the main source, subsequently supplemented by specialized and professional literature, an interview with the legal representative of the Dominican order in Prague in the case of restitution and also by few internet resources. Hunting legislation in the territory of the Czech Republic has a long history. The main aim of this bachelor thesis was the processing of literary sources focused on the historical development of hunting legislation in the Czech Republic. In the bachelor thesis I have studied development of the minium acreage of hunting area, the legislative term hunting and the list of wild game species. The minimum acreage of hunting area was gradually increasing and development stopped in 1962. Four times, the concept of hunting in hunting legislation was defined differently. All definitions included protection and hunting. The list of game species has changed five times. Most species were in the law in 1947, and the least was in the current law of the year 2001. I have also included to the work the issue of the African swine fever which appeared in the Czech Republic in 2017. The ASF affects to hunting legislation mainly in the permit hunting methods, which in normal circumstances the law prohibits.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to identify and describe the current status of damaged young covers by wild animals, to assess the expected impact on growth dynamism, further to evaluate the existing forest management, especially the use of methods and means to protect forests against game damages and to suggest measures to reduce damages of forest management Rychtářov, which is a part of the state enterprise Military forests and farms, Plumlov division. in english The thesis provides general look at the legal regulation of hunting in Czech republic. Review of legal regulations and selected practice of courts is at given places supplemented with practical notes. As basis for the thesis served the obligations of human society in relationship to nature and animal wild life. The wide range of activities associated with hunting is construed in unity to those obligations. Hunting itself is subject to a short teoretical research, even on the ground of it's ethics. The history of hunting so many times already elaborated has been structured and arranged according to additional viewpoints.

Thesis is concerned with the topic of evaluation the usefulness and utilitysation of hunting dogs in the current conditions of hunting practise. The goal of thesis is to collect data about the practise; how are hunting dogs used in the hunting locations, how are legislative measures and those of use of huntings dogs kept, during the hunting together and in the hunting locations as well. Then the thesis finds out which under which certain circumstensis the injuries, deaths and moratlity of huntings dogs are the most probable to occur. The fullfilment of the thesis goal is considered to bet he application of its findings into the common practise, as for to improve the protection elements of the measures for huntings dogs. To obtain the neccessary data for the analysis the questionnaire method was used. The analysis then was concerend with the legislation in the Slovak republic and in the Austria and after the acknowledgement of the differences and similarities the results was compared with the legislation of Czech Republic. The final phase is to evaluate the porcessed data and propose direct effective outputs for the practise.

A cross through the history of hunting legislation and assessment of the development of the relationship to the land owners with hunting management was recorded in my thesis. Main focus of the thesis was to identify and analyze problems arising in the process of recognition of hunting areas, respectively creation of hunting areas. To do so I used structural analysis of selected hunting areas. Appropriate measurements, for simplifying, price reduction and speeding up the process of recognition of hunting areas, were proposed upon collected information.

There are also mentioned some juridical decisions which are concerned with the law of hunting and not only connected to the crime of poaching but also concerned with offences and also with the character of law of hunntig. Land consolidations are important juridical institute of Land Law, which affects the owner land laws and other laws related to land, agriculture too , protection of land resources, protection of forest land and environment. The aims of this thesis are relationship between hunting and land consolidations from the view of complex solution for realization certain remedies to betterment of nature and landscape. After foreword follows acquaintance with important concepts of both areas which are further used in this thesis. On the basis of a questionnaire research in former district Czech Krumlov and Czech Budweis was surveyed the knowledge of hunters about land consolidations and further was executed the analysis. The last part of the thesis was concentrated on the formation of suggestion for the assurance of appropriate conditions for the further development of landscape, particularly for feral animals.
