Purpose. The purpose of the article is to develop a system for evaluation the state of financial security of operating activities of enterprises in oil-and-fat industry based on the coordination of the interaction of the main factors of influence and levels of its components. Methodology / approach. In the process of writing the article the following research methods were used: abstract-logical (at the systematization of scientific publications on the problems of management of enterprises in oil-and-fat industry, financial security of enterprises), grouping (by clustering enterprises depending on the obtained results), comparisons (by developing a model for assessing the degree of financial stability of operating activities of enterprises), coefficient (by developing a model for assessing the degree of liquidity of enterprises), formalization (by developing a matrix for diagnostics of the state of financial security of operating activities of enterprises), generalization (by formulating research conclusions). Results. In the process of research, the system of complex evaluation of degrees and levels of the main components of financial security of the operations activities of the enterprises in oil-and-fat industry was substantiated: a model for assessing the financial stability of operating activities and a model for assessing the liquidity of an enterprise. A diagnostic matrix for the financial security status of the operational activities of the enterprises in oil-and-fat industry was developed to define the security boundaries of the operation activity of enterprises. Approbation of the proposed system for assessing the financial security of operating activities on the materials of the selected group of enterprises in the oil-and-fat industry made it possible to analyze the dynamics of the state of the financial security of their operating activities. Originality / scientific novelty of the research is to develop tools for a comprehensive evaluation of the financial security of the operating activities of the enterprises in oil-and-fat industry. The method of determining the impact of the degree of financial stability and liquidity of the enterprise on the level of financial security of current activities was improved. For the first time, a nine-quadrant matrix of the state of financial security of operating activities of enterprises depending on the ratio of the degrees of the above factors was substantiated. Practical value / implications. The use of the proposed system of financial security evaluation of operating activities of the enterprise, according to the authors, can serve as an effective mechanism for managing the financing current activities of enterprises in oil-and-fat industry and become an informative tool for factor analysis in managing their overall financial security.

The assessment of current production activities is carried out on the example of specialized construction and installation management with the help of turnover indicators as well as the level of efficiency of use of own and borrowed funds by the enterprise was determined. Indicators of this group characterize the results and efficiency of the current main activity of the enterprise, such analysis can be carried out both at the qualitative level and with the help of quantitative criteria. The main ones are production indicators, return on assets and turnover indicators. These indicators are of great importance for assessing the financial condition of the enterprise, because the speed of turnover, i.e. the speed of their conversion into cash, directly affects the solvency. The results of the calculation of the rate of return indicate that this fact (decrease in the turnover of fixed assets) may be associated with aging and wear of production equipment, i.e. we can say that the technical level of fixed assets of the object is low. The coefficient of sustainability of economic growth shows the average rate at which the company can develop further, without changing the already established relationship between different sources of funding. Summarizing the comparative data, we can say that if the management of the enterprise intends to increase its production capacity in order to increase production, it is necessary to change the financial policy. The results of calculations allow to show that at the analyzed enterprise there was a significant increase in the full production cycle and turnover as a whole. The duration of the operating cycle increased by more than 1.2 times and the duration of the financial cycle by almost 2 times. This was negatively affected by the factor of a significant slowdown in the turnover of inventories. Increasing the full production cycle in the future may cause negative trends in the enterprise as a whole, because this factor will primarily affect the amount of profit, which will affect the efficiency of production. The company activities to reduce the amount of net profit was influenced primarily by the acquisition of inventories, low-value perishable items and fixed assets, as well as repayment of accounts payable and payment of penalties. The period of turnover of the most liquid assets during the year varied from 0.04 to 17.5 days. The average chronological value in the period of saving money in the accounts of the enterprise was 7.5 days. This fact indicates that the company, despite the apparent well-being, is experiencing a serious shortage of funds. They were enough for a little over a week. Thus, with the help of analysis of economic indicators, you can describe the general condition of the company and the possibilities of its operation and development, Оцінку поточної виробничої діяльності проведено на прикладі спеціалізованого будівельно-монтажного управління за допомогою показників оборотності та визначимо рівень ефективності використання власних і залучених засобів підприємством. Показники цієї групи характеризують результати й ефективність поточної основної діяльності підприємства, такий аналіз може проводитися як на якісному рівні, так і за допомогою кількісних критеріїв. Основними з них є показники виробітку, фондовіддачі та показники оборотності. Ці показники мають велике значення для оцінки фінансового стану підприємства, оскільки швидкість обороту засобів, тобто швидкість перетворення їх у грошову форму, безпосередньо впливає на платоспроможність. Результати розрахунку показника фондовіддачі говорять про те, що даний факт (зниження оборотності основних фондів) може бути пов’язаний зі старінням і зносом виробничого устаткування, тобто можна сказати, що технічний рівень основних засобів досліджуваного об’єкта знаходиться на низькому рівні. Коефіцієнт стійкості економічного зростання показує, якими в середньому темпами може розвиватися підприємство надалі, не змінюючи вже сформованого співвідношення між різними джерелами фінансування. Узагальнивши порівняльні дані, можна сказати, що, якщо керівництво даного підприємства має намір нарощувати свій виробничий потенціал з метою збільшення обсягів виробництва, необхідно змінити фінансову політику. Результати розрахунків дають змогу показати, що на аналізованому підприємстві відбулося істотне збільшення повного виробничого циклу та обігу в цілому. Тривалість операційного циклу збільшилася більше, ніж у 1,2 рази а тривалість фінансового циклу майже в 2 рази. На це негативно вплинув фактор значного уповільнення оборотності виробничих запасів. Збільшення повного циклу виробництва в майбутньому може викликати негативні тенденції розвитку підприємства в цілому, тому що цей фактор насамперед відіб’ється на величині одержуваного прибутку, що позначиться на зростанні ефективності всього виробництва. В результаті господарської діяльності підприємства на зменшення величини чистого прибутку вплинуло, у першу чергу, придбання виробничих запасів, малоцінних швидкозношуваних предметів і основних засобів, а також погашення кредиторської заборгованості та сплата штрафних санкцій. Період оборотності найбільш ліквідних засобів протягом року варіював у межах від 0,04 до 17,5 днів. Середньохронологічна величина в період збереження грошей на рахунках підприємства складала 7,5 днів. Даний факт свідчить про те, що підприємство, не дивлячись на вдаване благополуччя, відчуває серйозний дефіцит коштів. Їх вистачало трохи більше тижня. Таким чином за допомогою аналізу економічних показників можна охарактеризувати загальний стан компанії та можливості її функціонування і розвитку.
