We consider the following logarithmic Schrödinger–Poisson system: - Δ u + ϕ u = u p - 2 u ln u 2 + λ f (x , u) , in Ω , - Δ ϕ = u 2 , in Ω , ϕ , u = 0 , on ∂ Ω , where Ω is a bounded domain in R 3 with smooth boundary ∂ Ω , p ∈ (4 , 6) , f(x, u) is continuous without any other condition. Using constrained variational method, Mountain Pass Theorem and iterative technique, we prove the existence of mountain pass solutions when λ > 0 small enough. Moreover, with f (x , 0) ≠ 0 in Ω , the above system possesses the another local minimum nontrivial solution. Finally, we prove that for any j ∈ N , there exists λ j > 0 , such that if 0 < λ < λ j , the above system possesses at least j distinct high energy solutions. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This research delves into a comprehensive investigation of a class of ℑ -Hilfer generalized fractional nonlinear equation originated from a capillarity phenomenon involving a logarithmic nonlinearity and Dirichlet boundary conditions. The nonlinearity of the problem, in general, do not satisfies the Ambrosetti-Rabinowitz type condition. Using critical point theorem with variational approach and the (S +) property of the operator, we establish the existence of positive solutions of our problem with respect to every positive parameter ξ in appropriate ℑ -fractional spaces. Our main results is novel and its investigation will enhance the scope of the literature on differential equation of ℑ -Hilfer fractional generalized capillary phenomenon with logarithmic nonlinearity. This article is devoted to the global existence and extinction behavior of the weak solution to a fast diffusion pp-Laplace equation with logarithmic nonlinearity and special medium void. By applying energy estimates approach, Hardy-Littlewood-Sobolev inequality, and some ordinary differential inequalities, the global existence result is proved and the sufficient conditions on the occurrence of the extinction and nonextinction phenomena are given.

This paper deals with the initial boundary value problem for a singular parabolic $ p $-biharmonic equation with gradient-type logarithmic nonlinearity. By the cut-off technique, combined with the methods of Faedo-Galerkin approximation and multiplier, we establish the local solvability. Further, by virtue of the family of potential wells and the modified differential inequality technique, we derive the threshold results of global existence and nonexistence with low initial energy conditions ($ J(u_{0})\leq d $), the decay property, blow-up with negative initial energy, the estimates of blow-up rate, and the bounds of life span of blow-up solutions with subcritical initial energy. By using the Nehari manifold and the Mountain Pass Theorem without the Palais-Smale compactness condition, it was proved that the equation had at least one nontrivial solution under appropriate conditions. It addresses the challenges posed by the critical term, the Kirchhoff nonlocal term and the logarithmic nonlinear term. In this paper, we proposed a new method to prove the blowup at $ +\infty $ for the solution of the initial boundary value problem for a class of semilinear parabolic equations with logarithmic nonlinearity at sub-critical initial energy level by contradiction. This paper deals with the infinite blow‐up phenomena for a class of damped plate equations with logarithmic nonlinearity under the Navier boundary condition. Combining potential well method and modified differential inequality technique, we establish the infinite blow‐up result of solutions with arbitrary initial energy. In the current paper, a generalized nonlinear Schrödinger (gNLS) equation with logarithmic nonlinearity is studied as a model for the propagation of optical pulses. More precisely, after applying a specific hypothesis for the solution of the governing equation, its Gaussian solitary wave is retrieved using the ansatz method. Some numerical simulations in two- and three-dimensional postures are presented to investigate the impact of different physical parameters on Gaussian solitary wave' dynamics. Considered herein is the well-posedness, asymptotic stability and blow-up of the initial-boundary value problem for nonlocal singular viscoelastic wave equation with logarithmic nonlinearity u tt - 1 x (x u x) x - 1 x (x u xt) x + ∫ 0 t m (t - λ) 1 x (x u x (x , λ)) x d λ = | u | r - 2 u ln | u | subject to a nonlocal boundary condition. Through the effective combining of Galerkin approximation method, modified potential well theory, perturbed energy method, convexity theory and differential-integral inequality techniques, we firstly demonstrate the global existence and uniqueness of weak solutions in certain weighted Sobolev spaces; Secondly, we establish the explicit polynomial and exponential energy decay estimates under some suitable conditions; Finally, we investigate the finite time blow-up criterion and then derive its upper and lower bounds of blow-up time. In this paper, exact solutions of semilinear equations having exponential growth in the space variable x are found. Semilinear Schrödinger equation with logarithmic nonlinearity and third-order evolution equations arising in optics with logarithmic and power-logarithmic nonlinearities are investigated. In the parabolic case, the solution u is written as u = b e − a x 2 , a < 0 , a , b being real-valued functions. We are looking for the solutions u of Schrödinger-type equation of the form u = b e − a x 2 2 , respectively, for the third-order PDE, u = A e i Φ , where the amplitude b and the phase function a are complex-valued functions, A > 0 , and Φ is real-valued. Higher-order statistics investigate the phase relationships between frequency components, an aspect which cannot be treated using conventional spectral measures such as the power spectrum. Among the widely used higher-order statistics, the bispectrum ranks prominently. By delving into higher-order correlations, the bispectrum offers a means of extracting additional merits and insights from frequency coupling, enhancing our understanding of complex signal interactions. This analytical approach overcomes the limitations of traditional methods, providing a more comprehensive view of the complex relationships within the frequency domain. In this paper, the extensive use of the bispectrum in various scientific and technical areas is firstly emphasized by presenting very recent applications. The main scope of this work is to investigate the consequences of various non-linearities in the creation of phase couplings. Specifically, the quadratic, the cubic and the logarithmic non-linearities are examined. In addition, simple recommendations are given on how the underlying nonlinearity could be detected. In this paper, an initial boundary value problem for a pseudo-parabolic type $ p $-Kirchhoff equation with logarithmic nonlinearity is investigated. By proving the invariance of the unstable set under the semi-flow of this problem and adopting the Levine's concavity argument, a general finite time blow-up criterion for this problem is established, which in particular implies that for some initial data, the problem admits finite time blow-up solutions at arbitrarily high initial energy level. In this paper, we consider a system of nonlinear viscoelastic plate equations with nonlinear frictional damping and logarithmic source terms and investigate the interaction between a viscoelastic damping and a nonlinear frictional damping. Under general assumptions on the relaxation function and the nonlinear feedback, we establish explicit formulae for the energy decay rates of this system. Additionally, under suitable assumptions on initial data, the lower bound time of the blow-up result is investigated.

In this paper, by introducing an anisotropic tempered fractional $ p $-Laplacian operator $ (-\Delta)_{p, \lambda}^{\beta/2, m} $, based on the anisotropic fractional Laplacian $ \Delta_{m}^{\beta/2} $ and the tempered one $ \Delta_{m}^{\beta/2, \lambda} $, which are studied by Deng et.al recently in [13], an anisotropic tempered fractional $ p $-Laplacian model involving logarithmic nonlinearity is considered. This paper concerns a viscoelastic Kirchhoff-type equation with the dispersive term, internal damping, and logarithmic nonlinearity. We prove the local existence of a weak solution via a modified lemma of contraction of the Banach fixed-point theorem. Although the uniqueness of a weak solution is still an open problem, we proved uniqueness locally for specifically suitable exponents. In this article, our focus lies in investigating the existence of global solutions and the occurrence of infinite-time blowup for a nonlinear Klein-Gordon equation characterized by logarithmic nonlinearity, specifically in the form wlog |w|k. Notably, our inquiry involves handling logarithmic functions within the reaction terms and accommodating the functions w0 and w1 in the boundary terms. Consequently, a pivotal task is to establish blowup conditions that intricately hinge on the characteristics of the domains and the boundary conditions. It is of significant note that our exploration incorporates domain and boundary information into the formulation of blowup conditions. By employing a combination of the potential well technique and energy estimation methodology, we delve into scenarios of low initial energy and critical initial energy. In doing so, we derive a set of sufficient conditions that encompass both the global existence and the potential explosive behaviour of solutions pertaining to this variant of the Klein-Gordon equation. This work contributes to enhancing our understanding of the intricate interplay between logarithmic nonlinearity, domain characteristics, and boundary conditions in shaping the behaviour of solutions in the realm of nonlinear wave equations. This paper concerns a viscoelastic Kirchhoff-type equation with the dispersive term, internal damping, and logarithmic nonlinearity. We prove the local existence of a weak solution via a modified lemma of contraction of the Banach fixed-point theorem. Although the uniqueness of a weak solution is still an open problem, we proved uniqueness locally for specifically suitable exponents. Furthermore, we established a result for local existence without guaranteeing uniqueness, stating a contraction lemma.

In this paper, we study the asymptotic behavior of solutions of the dissipative coupled system where we have interactions between a Kirchhoff plate and a Euler-Bernoulli plate. We investigate the interaction between the internal strong damping acting in the Kirchhoff equation and internal weak damping of variable-exponent type acting in the Euler-Bernoulli equation. By using the potential well, the energy method (multiplier method) combined with the logarithmic Sobolev inequality, we prove the global existence and derive the stability results. We show that the solutions of this system decay to zero sometimes exponentially and other times polynomially. We find explicit decay rates that depend on the weak damping of the variable-exponent type. This outcome extends earlier results in the literature.
