1. 全麻非眼部手术患者角膜损伤预防最佳证据的循证研究.

- Abstract
Objective To explore the relevant evidence of prevention of corneal injury in patients undergoing general anesthesia (GA) non-ocular surgery, and to provide guidance for clinical practice. Methods The Embase, Cochrane Library, PubMed, Web of Science, EBSCO, EBM, China Biology Medicine disc, China National Knowledge Infrastructure and Wanfang database were searched. The retrieval time limit was from the establishment of the database to October 31,2021.The relevant researchs on prevention of corneal injury in non-ocular surger patients under GA during perioperative period were collected. The methodological quality of different studies was evaluateed and the best evidences were formed. Results A total of 9 articles were included, including 4 guidelines, 4 systematic evaluations and 1 expert consensus. Through the extraction and summary of evidence, 28 pieces of best evidence for prevention of corneal injury in non-ocular surger patients under GA were formed. Conclusion The operating room personnel should strengthen the eye protection of non-ocular surgery patients under GA according to the best evidence, improve the quality of intraoperative care, and screen and apply evidence according to local conditions in the process of evidence application.
