Current learning after the pandemic is more towards the Hybrid learning method where this method combines online learning with face-to-face learning. In this learning, interactive learning media is needed by teachers. Prezi application is a software for internet-based presentation (SaaS). In addition to presentations, it can also be used as a tool to explore and share ideas on a virtual canvas. It is superior because this program uses the en:Zooming User Interface (ZUI), which allows Prezi users to zoom in and out of presentation media. The partner problem is that teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Miftahul Huda Mijen Demak still need training and assistance in making interactive multimedia. Therefore, the community service team at the Faculty of Language and Culture, University of 17 Agustustus 1945 Semarang conducted intensive communication with the manager of the MA Madrasah Aliyah Miftahul Huda to find solutions to these problems. There are three methods applied in this service, namely Presentation, Demonstration, and Practice Method. Presentation method is applied in the introduction of the Prezi Application, its benefits, and its application in making interactive learning media, Demonstration Method regarding the operation or use of the application and Practical Method where teachers practice directly making interactive learning media according to their respective subjects. After this service, teachers can position and use learning media as a needed component of a learning process. Learning media has an important role in increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of learning. Teachers are always required to be able to develop and use learning tools available in schools in accordance with current developments.

Purpose: This research aims to discover a marketing strategy that could improve pastry products at Sari Delicatessen Sari Pacific Jakarta. Research methods: The data collection method used was purposive sampling. This research is descriptive qualitative using SWOT analysis to evaluate and identify opportunities, maximize strength, decrease weakness and avoid threats. Results and discussion: The S-O, S-T, W-O, and W-T strategies implemented to improve pastry products at Sari Delicatessen Sari Pacific Jakarta are creating more variated products, expanding market segments, creating new products for home delivery, and also developing facilities to accommodate the customer’s needs. The score for internal factors of Sari Delicatessen Sari Pacific Jakarta is 3.65, and the external factor score is 3.55. Thus, it can be concluded that the business position matrix in the IFAS and EFAS is in quadrant 1 or has a solid competitive position and fast market growth. Implication: The pastry products at Sari Delicatessen at Hotel Sari Pacific Jakarta need to maintain factors that fall into the category of opportunities so that marketing strategies through the optimal promotion are expected to increase sellers of pastry products at Sari Delicatessen. Media atau alat permainan edukatif pohon malaikat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara anak usia dini, alat permainan edukatif ini sangat penting bagi anak usia dini dan meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara anak usia dini (AUD). Dalam fase anak usia dini (golden age) mulai dari pertumbuhan dan perkembangan si anak baik bentuk fisik, fikiran dan spritual dapat menumbuhkan hasil yang efektif dan oftimal, maka dengan adanya permainan edukatif pohon malaikat ini akan melatih berbicara anak usia dini (AUD). Supaya terwujud dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara si anak kita harus tanamkan sejak dini menggunakan beberapa metode, baik melalui metode bercerita atau bernyanyi. dengan menggunakan penelitian lapangan dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Supaya kita dapat mengetahui seberapa jauh perkembangan si anak tersebut. Semoga dari penelitian ini bisa mengembangkan kemampuan berbicara anak usia dini (AUD)

This study aims to examine changes in the integrated marketing communication strategy for the KingsMan brand knife. This research focuses on the strategy changes made by KingsMan in market penetration in the midst of market competition. Apart from market competition. The product brand is constrained by restrictions during the pandemic, so a change in marketing strategy is needed. This research uses descriptive qualitative method with primary and secondary data. The results of the study show that changing KingsMan's strategy by using marketing mix techniques is able to increase product absorption in the market. In addition to increasing sales, KingsMan's marketing mix also increased brand awareness of the brand. This study has limitations in terms of the respondent's area in Surabaya and the digital marketing channel used. This study provides recommendations for further research that emphasizes aspects of digital marketing strategies

Primary internal hernia is a rare entity of acute intestinal obstruction. Delay in diagnosis and surgical intervention can cause ischaemia or gangrene of the small bowel and result in high morbidity and mortality. A 14-year-old boy presented to the emergency department with acute intestinal obstruction. On exploration, 3-4cm mesenteric defect was noted in the ileal region. Strangulated loops of the small bowel had gone through the mesenteric defect in a complicated way. Primary anastomosis was done after resection of the gangrenous small bowel. Human Resources (HR) is the most important element in an organization. The quality of HR is also used by companies to meet the demands of increasingly high market demands. The company's productivity is built by a process that requires the basic competencies of hard skills and soft skills. The company's challenges will be even harder, because in addition to printing and building competent human resources, it must also be in accordance with market needs. PT. Kimia Farma Trading and Distribution (KFTD) Surabaya branch faces a similar challenge in increasing the productivity of its employees. This study will measure the extent of the ability of hard skills (X1) and soft skills (X2) on employee productivity (Y). The study population was employees of PT. Kimia Farma Trading and Distribution (KFTD) Surabaya branch. The results found that the ability of hard skills and soft skills significantly influence employee productivity with a value of R2 83.3%. Variable hard skills contributed 17.6% with a significance value of 0.015
