Introduction: The involvement and ability of health workers in Mandangin Island in early managing acute diarrhea in children to reduce infant mortality due to diarrhea are very important. This study aimed to determine the effect of community development Faculty of Medicine Universitas Airlangga - Dr. Soetomo General Academic Hospital Surabaya in a seminar on Early Management of Acute Diarrhea in Children using video conference to educate health care workers (HCWs) at the Mandangin Community Health Center. Material and Methods: This cross-sectional study was designed on 20 HCWs at the Mandangin community health center. Subjects were evaluated for demographic data (gender, age, occupation, last education), and the knowledge was assessed using a pre-test before the seminar was given. We used questionnaire about acute diarrhea containing 10 questions with maximum score 100. The seminar was given through video conferences with form classical lecturer and a case study on acute diarrhea, and subjects attended the seminar in Community Health Center’s Hall. We assessed knowledge after the seminar using the same questionnaire with randomization in question and answer and compared the pre-and post-test using the Wilcoxon Rank sum test. Results: Most of the subjects were midwifery, with a mean age of 32.4 ± 5.75 years old, 45% with D-3 last education and 80% were female. There was a significant difference between pre-and post-test in acute diarrhea in children (47.89±20.7 vs 64.74±22.94) (p=0.008). Conclusion: Video conference education effectively increased health care workers' knowledge about acute diarrhea in children

This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.491 and the p-values of 0.000; 3) emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on work discipline. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.256 and p-values of 0.000; 4) Emotional intelligence has no significant positive effect on performance. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.148 and the p-values of 0.000; 5) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on personnel performance. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.345 and p-values of 0.004; 6) leadership style has no significant positive effect on performance mediated by work discipline. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.169 and the p-values of 0.000; 7) emotional intelligence has no significant positive effect on personnel performance mediated by work discipline. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.088 and the p-values of 0.000.

This type of research is explanatory, namely to test hypotheses between hypothesized variables that will be tested for truth. by using a quantitative approach, the research sample was 96 respondents. In this study, the data will be processed using SEM-PLS data analysis. The aims of this study are: 1) To test and analyze whether motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. 2) To test and analyze whether motivation has a significant effect on organizational commitment. 3) To test and analyze whether organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance. 4) To test and analyze whether motivation has an indirect effect on employee performance mediated by organizational commitment. The results showed that: 1) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.286 and the p-values of 0.007. 2) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.501 and the p-values of 0.000. 3) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.429 and the p-values of 0.000. 4) Motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance mediated by organizational commitment. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.215 and the p-values of 0.002.

The results showed that 1.) Leadership style had a significant positive effect on teacher performance with the original sample value of 0.490. 2.) Leadership style has a significant positive effect on loyalty with the original sample value of 0.501. 3.) Organizational culture has a significant positive effect on loyalty with the original sample value of 0.426. 4.) Organizational culture has a significant positive effect on teacher performance with the original sample value of 0.407. 5.) Loyalty has a significant positive effect on teacher performance with an original sample value of 0.664. 6.) Leadership style has a significant positive effect on teacher performance mediated by loyalty with an original sample value of 0.332. 7.) Organizational culture has a significant positive effect on teacher performance mediated by loyalty with an original sample value of 0.270.

Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah kompetensi SDM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengembangan karir PT. Garam (Persero) Wilayah Sampang. 4). Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah profesionalisme berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Garam (Persero) Wilayah Sampang. 5). Kompetensi SDM berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pengembangan karir dengan nilai original sample 0,539 dan p-values 0,000. 3). Profesionalisme berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai original sample 0,417 dan p-values 0,001. 4). Profesionalisme berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pengembangan karir dengan original sample value 0,338 dan p-values 0,006. 5). Pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai original sample 0,629 dan p-values 0,000. 6). Kompetensi SDM berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja dan pengembangan karir karyawan dengan nilai original sample 0,339 dan p-values 0,001. 7). Profesionalisme berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan pengembangan karir dengan nilai original sample 0,212 dan p-values 0,012.

The results showed that: 1) Work experience had a significant positive effect on teacher performance with an original sample value of 0.244. 2) Work experience has a significant positive effect on work ability with the original sample value of 0.570. 3) Education level has a significant positive effect on work ability with the original sample value of 0.335. 4) Education level has a significant positive effect on teacher performance with the original sample value of 0.326. 5) Work ability has a significant positive effect on teacher performance with the original sample value of 0.417. 6) Work experience has a significant positive effect on teacher performance mediated by work ability with an original sample value of 0.238. 7) Education level has a significant positive effect on teacher performance mediated by work ability with the original sample value of 0.140.

Based on data analysis using PLS, the results showed that; 1) Work experience has a significant effect on employee performance, with the original sample value of 0.288; 2) Work experience has a significant effect on professionalism, with the original sample value of 0.388; 3) Compensation has a significant effect on professionalism, with the original sample value of 0.513; 4) Compensation has a significant effect on employee performance, with the original sample value of 0.242; 5) Professionalism has a significant effect on employee performance, with the original sample value of 0.442; 6) Work experience has a significant effect on employee performance mediated by professionalism, with the original sample value of 0.171; 7) Compensation has no significant effect on employee performance mediated by professionalism, with the original sample value of 0.227. The significance value of all research variables at = 0.05 with a 95% confidence level. The variable that has a significant dominant effect is compensation for professionalism.

Service quality on purchasing decisions has no significant positive effect with the Original Sample value of 0.077 and p-values of 0.244; 4). Service quality on customer loyalty has a significant positive effect with Original Sample value of 0.291 and p-values of 0.002; 5). Customer loyalty to purchasing decisions has a significant positive effect with the Original Sample value of 0.318 and p-values of 0.000; 6). Promotion on purchasing decisions mediated by consumer loyalty has a positive and insignificant effect with the Original Sample value of 0.124 and p-values of 0.004; 7). Service quality on purchasing decisions mediated by customer loyalty has no significant positive effect with Original Sample value of 0.093 and p-values of 0.005. The dominant influence is the effect of promotion on customer loyalty.

To determine the significant effect of work ability on employee motivation. 3). To determine the significant effect of motivation on employee performance. 4). To determine the significant effect of work ability on employee performance mediated by motivation. The results showed that: 1). Work ability has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.436 and the p-values ​​of 0.000. 2). work ability has a positive and significant effect on motivation. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.358 and the p-values ​​of 0.002. 5). Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.502 and the p-values ​​of 0.000. 6). Work ability has a significant positive effect on employee performance mediated by motivation. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.179 and p-values ​​of 0.022.

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, work motivation and leadership style on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at KPP Pratama Lamongan and the most dominant factors in influencing employee performance are Leadership Style and compensation. In this study, the research population refers to all employees of KPP Pratama Lamongan and samples taken are 64 respondents from a total of 76 respondents due to damage or defects in sampling. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Based on the results of the study, the following regression equation was obtained:Y = α + β1 X1 + β2 X2 + β3 X3 + e. Based on statistical analysis, the indicators in this study are valid and reliable. In the classical assumption test, the regression model is normally distributed. In this study, the variable that has the greatest influence is compensation with a regression coefficient of 0.529; work motivation variable with a regression coefficient of -0.096; and leadership style with a regression coefficient of 0.436.

This research was conducted at the Santu Paulus Ruteng Catholic University of Indonesia with a sample size. The research sample was 40 employees. Managerial ability (X2) has a positive and significant effect on improving the performance of teachers at SMP Negeri 6 Kaimana, Kaimana Regency, it is proven and the hypothesis is accepted.

Disrupsi pendidikan di perguruan tinggi akibat terdampak pandemi Covid-19 membuat perguruan tinggi harus melakukan pembelajaran jarak jauh dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Di saat yang sama, mutu pembelajaran harus tetap terjaga dan mengedepankan kualitas. Permasalahan yang melatarbelakangi kajian ini yaitu belum adanya standar baku penjaminan mutu pembelajaran jarak jauh dampak pandemi Covid-19 di perguruan tinggi. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menganalisis kebijakan dan literatur yang sudah ada terkait dengan penjaminan mutu pembelajaran jarak jauh dan (2) menganalisis upaya yang dilakukan perguruan tinggi dalam mengimplementasikan penjaminan mutu. Metode kajian menggunakan desk research dengan dua tahap analisis. Tahap pertama dengan melakukan reviu terhadap kebijakan dan literatur terkait penjaminan mutu pembelajaran jarak jauh, dan tahap kedua dengan menganalisis implementasi penjaminan mutu di tiga perguruan tinggi negeri dan lima perguruan tinggi swasta. Hasil kajian menunjukkan adanya variasi implementasi Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal dan belum ada standar baku yang dapat dijadikan acuan untuk menjamin mutu pembelajaran jarak jauh. Simpulan studi yakni penguatan sistem penjaminan mutu internal melalui siklus penetapan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, pengendalian, dan peningkatan dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatif untuk menjamin mutu pembelajaran jarak jauh di perguruan tinggi.
