N’est-ce pas qu’il existe une interdépendance et une forte corrélation entre les dispositifs préventifs internes des risques bancaires, qui se manifestent souvent sous l’effet boule de neige et qui prend racines à partir des erreurs que commettent les agents préposés ? Ce qui ne peut manquer de susciter d’autres risques de porter atteinte, notamment au remboursement de crédits, à la liquidité, à la solvabilité, à la réputation,… De là tout l’intérêt d’endiguer voire de résorber tout hasard dangereux susceptible d’être le catalyseur des autres risques.

There is an eff ort on the part of the Latin American philosophical community to bring about our cultural environment. This effort does not require exclusivity in the definition of a Latin American philosophical agenda, but allows a number of alternatives. In most initiatives to bring about the rapprochement between philosophy and culture in Latin America, the provisions of epistemological distance that are typical of a critical approach have prevailed. However, the latter hides pitfalls that tend to derail the proposed dialogue projects. This is precisely because, despite the intentions of establishing rapprochement and dialogue with regard to Latin America, criticism intervenes distance. Thus, the main objective of this text is to indicate the limitations of criticism as a device of approximation between Latin American philosophy and culture and to indicate alternatives to overcome them. This paper assesses the coherence and pertinence of omnichannel strategies in four different global retailing industries. An exploratory-oriented qualitative method was used in this study. Results indicate that channels strategies developed by these industries are pertinent and coherent. Our findings purport a model with coherence and pertinence dimensions. La ampliación y actualización de la oferta académica en las universidades en Ecuador se sustenta en el principio de la pertinencia. Una variable a considerar en los estudios de pertinencia para la apertura de nuevas carreras lo constituye la intención profesional de los estudiantes de bachillerato. Con el objetivo de describir la contribución de las intenciones profesionales en adolescentes de las provincias de Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas y Manabí (Zona 4) a la evaluación de la pertinencia de la carrera de psicología, se desarrolló en la Facultad de Psicología de la Universidad Laica Eloy Alfaro de Manabí (ULEAM) un estudio transversal descriptivo preliminar en una muestra de 2018 estudiantes de bachillerato, utilizando una encuesta online y un muestro intencional.Los resultados muestran el elevado porcentaje de estudiantes de los diferentes niveles de bachillerato que prefieren las carreras de psicología y la ULEAM como opción de estudios universitarios. Se concluye que las intenciones profesionales constatadas en la muestra estudiada permiten considerar que hay una demanda sostenible para el ingreso a las carreras de psicología, indicando favorablemente su pertinencia

The "relevance" of research to stakeholders is an important factor in influencing the uptake of new knowledge into practice; however, this concept is neither well defined nor routinely incorporated in clinical rehabilitation research. Developing a uniform definition, measurement standards, stakeholder engagement strategies, and guiding frameworks that bolster relevance may help incorporate the concept as a key element in research planning and design. This article presents a conceptual argument for why relevance matters, proposes a working definition, and suggests strategies for operationalizing the construct in the context of clinical rehabilitation research. We place special emphasis on the importance of promoting relevance to patients, caregivers, and clinicians and provide preliminary frameworks and innovative study designs that can assist clinical rehabilitation researchers in doing so. We argue that researchers who include a direct statement regarding why and to whom a study is relevant and who incorporate considerations of relevance throughout all phases of study design produce more useful research for patients, caregivers, and clinicians, increasing its chance of uptake into practice. Consistent consideration of relevance, particularly to nonacademic audiences, during the conceptualization, study design, presentation, and dissemination of clinical rehabilitation research may promote the uptake of findings by patients, caregivers, and providers. Introduction: The healthcare sector is a major contributor to greenhouse gas emissions, accounting for 8 % of annual French emissions. Eco-design in healthcare, which provides care with equal quality, safety, and relevance but with a lower environmental impact, is therefore a crucial lever for sustainable medical practice. This article explores the application of eco-design in anatomical and cytopathological practices (ACP) in France, in response to the country's decarbonization goals., Objectives: After demonstrating that decarbonization is possible through the chosen eco-design of care and practices in ACP, we describe the barriers to these changes and the potential real-world solutions., Discussion: We examine the challenges and solutions for integrating eco-design principles into daily ACP practice, highlighting the importance of the relevance of medical procedures to reduce unnecessary practices. We discuss the technical and human barriers in ACP, as well as the solutions: raising awareness among laboratory personnel, industrial stakeholders, research and innovation, the involvement of scientific societies, and initiatives from the collective for Ecological Transformation in ACP (TEAP). How do intellectual leaders of professional schools of international affairs, whose institutions primarily educate and train master's students for careers in government, the non-governmental sector, and the private sector, differ from academic administrators in disciplinary departments, whose primary raison d'être is producing the next generation of scholars whose primary task is to conduct basic research, in terms of how they see the academic enterprise and their expectations of faculty research and writing? The results of our recent survey of deans of the Association of Professional Schools of International Affairs (APSIA), the leading professional body for international relations-oriented policy schools, and chairs of Top-50 political science departments, reveal some predictable differences but also some surprising overlap. Specifically, we find a clear convergence between disciplinary departments and APSIA schools on the core requirements for promotion and tenure: Peer-reviewed publications in high-impact scholarly journals and leading university presses. But rather than relax demands for other activities by their faculty as they hold them to the expectations of their disciplines, APSIA deans still expect significant policy and broader public engagement from them. In other words, policy schools' faculties face a greater array of professional demands than their disciplinary colleagues. APSIA schools simultaneously embrace the disciplinary criteria for excellence and still try to maintain a close policy focus as they seek to bridge the gap between these two worlds. Introduction: The effective performance of an Information Retrieval System depends on the quality with which the organization of information is performed, which will imply a retrieval of the most relevant and pertinent information, since these procedures are conditioned to each other, creating a bridge between input and output of information. Objective: To evaluate the impact of the exhaustiveness and specificity variables and the recall and precision measures, as well as the concepts of relevance and pertinence, in Information Retrieval Systems. Methodology: It is characterized as a descriptive and exploratory study, based on a narrative literature review aiming to present the different concepts, their converging and divergent points. Results: As a contribution, we present a proposal for a flow for an Information Storage and Retrieval System, centered on the user, bringing together several aspects related to measures of recall and precision, of relevance and pertinence. Conclusion: It is considered as the final contribution of this study to highlight the importance of a systemic view, in which all elements of an Information Storage and Retrieval System are in interrelation, having the user as the main element; and present the fundamental activities that are important for the training of professionals able to build consistent Systems. La certification HAS des établissements de santé a introduit au fur et à mesure de son évolution les notions de risque et de pertinence. Au titre de la qualité et la sécurité des soins, l'acte transfusionnel a toujours fait partie du référentiel, et il nous a semblé intéressant d'observer les modifications des exigences sur ce thème. Après la prise en compte de la réglementation et l'organisation de l'hémovigilance dans l'établissement c'est aujourd'hui la recherche du résultat factuel pour le patient qui est l'objectif des deux principaux critères consacrés à la transfusion. En même temps que le référentiel, les méthodes d'investigation ont également évolué : le traceur ciblé pour les Produits Sanguins Labiles et les Médicaments Dérivés du Sang permet une analyse plus fine tournée vers la mise en œuvre effective des bonnes pratiques de transfusion. En conclusion la certification est passée de l'organisation et l'audit du processus à la mesure directe de la sécurité transfusionnelle pour le patient. The HAS certification for healthcare organisation has gradually introduced the concepts of risk and relevance of care. Related to quality and safety of care, the transfusion act has early been part of the referential, and it seemed interesting to us to observe the changes in the requirements on this topic. After taking into account the regulations and the organization of haemovigilance in the establishment, it is now the search for the factual result for the patient which is the objective of the two main criteria devoted to transfusion. At the same time as the referential, the investigation methods have also evolved: the targeted tracer for Labile Blood Products and Blood-Derived Medicines allows a more detailed analysis geared towards the effective implementation of good transfusion practices. Context: The purpose of this research was to determine the relevance of the projects defined in a strategic information plan of an educational institution through the application of MULTIPOL. The implementation of this technique facilitates the participation of the actors involved in the evaluation of the projects, in order to objectively define those with the greatest relevance to improve the academic and administrative processes of the institution. Method: The research carried out was quantitative with a descriptive non-experimental design, where a documentary review and interviews with teachers and administrators of the Fourth Poza de Manga Educational Institution were applied, in order to determine the parameters required to apply MULTIPOL and evaluate the projects with aspects relevant to the institution. Results: It was established that the most relevant projects for the institution were: Improvement of computer infrastructure, Incorporation of an online learning management system to support teaching processes, Use of social networks to disseminate relevant information to the educational community of the institution.of the users. Conclusions: There are projects that must be taken into account for the development of the institution, which were the incorporation of an online learning management system to support teaching processes, in the same way, the use of social networks to disseminate relevant information to the educational community of the institution, the implementation of a software to support the management of the academic area of the institution and formal planning of the organizational structure of the academic unit.

Introduction: The escalating bacterial resistance stands as an increasingly pertinent concern, particularly in the post-pandemic era where the use of antibiotics appears to be relentlessly surging, giving rise to profound apprehensions. The substantial utilization of last-generation penicillins and cephalosporins is anticipated to imminently result in the emergence of superbugs for which therapeutic solutions will be scarce., Methods: An analysis of antibiotic consumption in the hospital setting has been conducted in an Italian healthcare organization. Querying the internal management system facilitated the calculation of indicators and assessment of prescription trends., Results: A comparison has been made between the first half of 2023 and the first half of 2022, to highlight the exponential growth in the consumption of beta-lactam antibiotics, with consumption doubling compared to the previous year's semester. Overall, considering the prescription averages, there is a prescribing growth of +29% concerning hospitalization and +28% concerning hospital discharge. However, it should be noted that the consumption of certain antibiotics such as sulphonamides and trimethoprim (-103.00%), tetracyclines (-54.00%), macrolides, lincosamides and streptogramins (-50.00%) and colistin (-13.00%) decreased., Conclusion: This real-world evidence analysis aimed to support the justified and comprehensible global concerns regarding bacterial resistance. The extensive consumption of antibiotics will inevitably lead to the development of increasingly drug-resistant bacteria for which no antibiotic may be efficacious. Objective: To assess the pertinence and the cost of preoperative examinations prescriptions by surgeons at CHU-YO for programmed surgery.Patients and methods: This was a prospective and observational study of 145 patients received in preanesthetic consultations between February 4 and April 4, 2016 in the department of anesthesiology, intensive care unit and emergency of CHU-YO. It consisted of an evaluation of 1106 preoperative examinations prescribed by the surgeons of this hospital compared to the formalized recommendations of French experts.Results: Out of a total of 1,106 prescribed preoperative examinations, 1069 (96.6%) have been achieved. The six most commonly prescribed tests were hemogram (95.9%), blood grouping (90.3%), prothrombin (PT) (91.7%), active cephalin time (ACT) (86.9%), blood sugar (92.4%) and creatininemia (89%). Ninety-two results (8.6%) examinations were abnormal. Prescriptions for preoperative examinations were relevant in 30.2% of cases. The average cost of performing preoperative examinations per patient was 19832± 14023 FCFA. Conclusion: Prescriptions for preoperative examinations by surgeons are mostly nonrational, the application of a repository is essential to improve this practice. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Cancer patients are not immune to the misuse of antibiotics. Clinical pharmacists could participate in reducing this phenomenon. The objective of this study was to assess the appropriateness of antibiotic and antifungal prescriptions in an oncology hospital before and after implementation of clinical pharmacy services. Methods. A retrospective study was conducted on anti-infective prescriptions in two separate periods of 6 months. Only patients from clinical departments where a clinical pharmacist was assigned were included. A multidisciplinary team assessed the appropriateness of the prescriptions according to French guidelines. The following criteria were taken into account: the indication, the association of drugs, the dosage and the duration of treatment. Results. 91 patients receiving 112 prescriptions in the first period and 97 patients receiving 122 prescriptions in the second period were included. The most frequent indication was febrile neutropenia (33.9% then 35.2%). The appropriateness of the prescriptions increased from 48.2% in the first period to 61.5% in the second period (p=0.042). The percentages of appropriate indication, proper dosage and appropriate duration increased by +4%, +13.4% and +8% respectively. Conclusion. This study found an improvement in the appropriateness of anti-infective prescriptions in an oncology setting and the clinical pharmacy may have contributed to this. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Сompressed nominal monopredicative structures with syntactical synonymy on the level of syntagm and utterance (on the material of modern French fiction) This paper is dedicated to the studies of compressed nominal monopredicative structures with syntactical synonymy on the level of syntagm and utterance as co(n)textually pertinent discourse innovations. Synonymic structures are analyzed as systemic (language) phenomenologically reconstructed one basic (with one transformational terminal chain) and two basic (with two and more transformational terminal chains) propositions and syntagms that are actualized in form of synonymic preferential options. One kind of these constructions is reduced (compressed) monopredicative utterances with nominal key lexeme. By linguistic experiment (language game of addressee) and the method of backward reconstruction the transforms of virtual (language) synonymic series of analyzed constructions are distinguished and the degree of co(n)textual pertinence of potential preferential structures and actualized synonymic options is defined with consideration of author’s idiostyle and his communicative intention. As the result the co(n)textual pertinence of actualized syntactical transform is confirmed.

The article looks at the possibility to continue L.S. Vygotsky’s cultural-historical concept in today’s world. The act of mediation in and of itself is presented as a problem, and an object of study, and it is represented as Intermediary Action. In attempts to determine the meaning of a sign the intermediary action becomes a human to which this sign is directed. Assigning a sign is the perception of the very transition “natural—cultural”. Here the meaning acquires the function of a pattern of action . The pattern acts as an object of coaction and is built like a relationship and border between the required and the other. Then, the Intermediary action develops into the perception of the pattern as the supportsystem of activity. The perception of the support system is the inclusion of the action in the space of its possibilities — its field. The inclusion in the space of possibilities needs action individualization. The perception of the limits of the space of possibilities as the scope of intention is the construction of Personal action.

The main aim of this article is to show how a possible theoretical articulation between Uexküll’s notion of Funktionskreis and the stratificational model of semiotic structures proposed by Louis Hjelmslev can be made. In order to bridge the gap between these two models, Luis Prieto’s model of cognition will be used. The advantage of Prieto’s model is that it retains the Hjelmslevian stratificational ideas (i.e. a semiotic structure is made up of an expression and a content plane, each one with a dimension of form and substance), while it also pays attention to agency and practice. To put it briefly, according to Prieto the foundation of practice and knowledge is to be found on aisthesis. Hence, as in Uexküll, there is a way to merge action with perception, while retaining the semiotic structure that makes such a merging possible. The key point, however, is that Prieto’s model calls for an “ontological commitment” to the substance strata (both in expression and in content to some extent). Therefore, bridging Uexküll and Hjelmslev via Prieto suggests a possible way to provide a general structural model of semiosis which is closer to semiotic realism than to immanentism usually attributed to structuralism.

Dans la perspective d’une recherche de la qualité vers laquelle tout organisme de formation doit tendre, cet article interroge la cohérence et la pertinence de l’offre de formation continue, au niveau « méso », destinée aux enseignants des écoles fondamentales libres confessionnelles de la province de Hainaut (N = 454). Cette recherche entend ainsi, notamment à partir d’une analyse des besoins de formation, apporter des recommandations pour tendre vers une meilleure qualité de cette offre. Tout d’abord, l’analyse de la cohérence met en évidence des éléments du système où celle-ci peut être améliorée, notamment dans la répartition thématique et chronologique des modules de formation proposés. Ensuite, la démarche d’analyse des besoins, basée sur les résultats d’une enquête par questionnaire, met en évidence une pertinence relative des priorités en matière de formation continue par rapport aux besoins des enseignants.

Dans le contexte du tournant quantitatif amorcé dans le domaine de la traduction, tant pragmatique que juridique, le présent article vise à revenir sur le rôle des notions d'interprétation et de sens et à les replacer au centre des préoccupations de la traduction juridique. À partir du constat de la nécessité de l’interprétation, il s’agit de mettre en exergue l’ancrage social de toute traduction en tant qu’acte de communication et le caractère inadéquat du paradigme de l’équivalence (Sandrini, 2017) qui en résulte. À partir de la théorie de Schütz, les notions de pertinence et de stock de connaissances ainsi que leur rôle en traduction seront mises en évidence (Schütz, 2004b). Enfin, les contours d’une méthode pratique de la traduction fondée sur la pertinence et l’usage (Wittgenstein, 2004) seront esquissés.
