Title: Comparison of the equipment and equipment of the intervention units at the central and regional levels. Goals: The description of the equipment and equipment of the Rapid Deployment Unit and the regional intervention units, familiarization with legal regulations, intake of equipment and equipment and evidence of differences in equipment and equipment between the two components. Method: The available information from the general and specialized literature, decrees and the law of the Czech Republic was used to find out the difference in the equipment and the equipment of the Rapid Deployment and Regional Service units. Ve svém příspěvku se věnuji dvěma vybraným problémům z oblasti tzv. „policejního práva“. Konkrétně se zde zabývám vlivem judikatury Evropského soudu pro lidská práva na některá oprávnění příslušníků Policie České republiky. Jedná se o oprávnění použít zbraň a oprávnění omezit možnost volného pohybu osoby prostřednictvím připoutání k vhodnému předmětu podle příslušných ustanovení zákona č. 273/2008 Sb., o Policii České republiky, ve znění pozdějších předpisů. V této souvislosti analyzuji dva významné judikáty Evropského soudu pro lidská práva, které ovlivňují realizaci zmiňovaných činností uskutečňovanou v rámci plnění úkolů Policie České republiky. V neposlední řadě přináším náměty k úvahám, jež by mohly vést ke změně přístupů v rámci řešení předkládaných problémů. This contribution is devoted to two selected issues from the area "Police law". Specifically, I deal with the influence of European Court of Human Rights on some privileges of members of the Police of the Czech Republic. It is an authorization to use a weapon and powers to restrict freedom of movement of persons through attachment to a suitable object in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Act no. 273/2008 Coll., On the Police of the Czech Republic, as amended. In this context, I analyze two important judgments of the European Court of Human Rights, which affect the implementation of the mentioned activities undertaken in fulfillment of the tasks of the Police of the Czech Republic. Finally, I bring ideas to consider, which could lead to a change of approach in dealing with the problems presented.

Title: Basic Firearms Training for The Police of the Czech Republic Objectives: The objective of the thesis is to elaborate on basic firearms and shooting technique training within the scope of the basic training course of the Police of the Czech Republic. Methods: The fundamental methods used in the thesis are the data collection method, applied not only for studying literature, but also in the subsequent selection of professional experience and knowledge. Another method is the analysis method, used for expert evaluation, verification, the quantitative, material, as well as interpretative and comparative analysis. Another basic scientific method is applied, for the purpose of describing basic methodological and tactical procedures and also creating a set of preparatory training sessions. The method is referred to as information synthesis. Results: The output of the thesis is creating a complex view of the issue concerning firearms training for the Police of the Czech Republic according to today's methodology, tasks and objectives laid on this education course. Mobbing and bossing is a kind of bullying in the workplace, which, in time, increasingly gets even in the armed forces, including the Police of The Czech republic. Psychic violence in the workplace is a serious problem, which is very underestimated. The aim of the work is to inform readers about the existence of hidden and dangerous psychical torture within the Police of the Czech republic. The work also gives information how to proceed in case of mobbing or bossing occurence in the primary department of the Police of the Czech republic.

This thesis deals with the training of police officers on issues of victim assistance. Its mission is to develop a theoretical introduction with a focus on victims of crime from the perspective of science, then map the system of assistance and training of police officers in the area of victims of crime and help mediated in collaboration with external organizations. An integral part of the work is also adequately describe the appropriate way of dealing with victims of police officers, furthermore, based on a questionnaire survey to analyze the assistance of police officers to victims of crime in terms of legal and psychological aspects of their behavior and knowledge according to length of service. This analysis will draw some conclusions and the for this issue will be designed methodical plan aimed at expanding the knowledge of police officers for assistance to victims of crime.

The thesis deals with the description of the psychological and spiritual support for the members of the police force. Its basis is the definition of the police force as the service to the public while the policeman is perceived as both the representative of the state force and the human being. In the part dealing with the professional ethics one points out to the usefulness of the ethical codex for a policeman as a possible inspiration for one's responsibility in the role of a policeman.Next, negative phenomena influencing a policeman are described, such as stress, a traumatic event,crisis,and a burn-out syndrom. The thesis considers the needs of the man linked to the needs of a policeman proper. Based on the information collected it then deals with the psychological and spiritual support. The psychological support in the police force has got a certain framework defined in the form of a crisis intervention, a psychological advisory service and a posttraumatic intervention care. A spiritual support has no specific concept defined. A priest has his role in posttraumatic intervention teams only. Based on the research carried out and on the literature available the possibility is outlined for the provision of not only psychological but also for the spiritual support.

This bachelor thesis deals with the complicated issue of homeless people, their mutual relationship with the Police of Czech Republic from the perspective of police officers who are with the homeless people in a daily contact.Bachelor thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and empirical. Theoretical part formulates homelessness and sets out the factors that cause homelessness. Further it discusses the organizations and government bodies involved in this issue. Finally it deals with the situations in which police officers and homeless people come into contact with each other often. Empirical part that follows the theoretical part, constitutes a research. This section describes the assumptions and goals, as well as the research methods, research set and the results. In the conclusion of the bachlelor thesis there is a discussion that isdedicated to the found research results with the subsequent confirmation of the working hypothesis: the "basic expert training" of the police schools does not prepare the police officers sufficiently for the work with homeless people in theory and they get all their knowledge from practice, during the working process. On the contrary, the performed research contradicts the working hypothesis that the relationship between the Police and the homeless people is bad from the perspective of the police officers.
