Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Перспективы развития распределенной генерации за счет строительства малых ГЭС». Данная работа посвящена исследованию возможностей для развития малой гидроэнергетики в России, ее преимуществам, а также механизмам развития данной отрасли. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: 1. Изучение текущего состояния отрасли. 2. Анализ программ, стимулирующих развитие проектов в области малой гидроэнергетики. 3. Исследование перспективных площадок для строительства новых ГЭС. 4. Разработка рекомендаций для оптимизации капитальных и эксплуатационных затрат для будущих проектов малых ГЭС. Работа проведена на базе АО «ВНИИГ им. Б.Е. Веденеева», где собиралась значительная часть материала: результаты проектно-изыскательских работ, проектная и рабочая документация построенных или строящихся ГЭС. Были изучены различные источники с потенциальными площадками для строительства ГЭС. В результате, с помощью укрупненных показателей, были выявлены наиболее перспективные створы и некоторые из них показаны в данной работе. Также, был более подробно показан один из проектов, для которого был осуществлен выбор оборудования на основе предварительных изысканий. На основании проведенных исследований был продемонстрирован ряд преимуществ проектов малых ГЭС, как в целом для работы энергосистемы, так и в сравнении с другими ВИЭ., The subject of the graduate qualification work is: «Prospects for the development of distributed generation through the construction of small HPP». This work is devoted to the study of opportunities for the development of small hydropower in Russia, its advantages, and development ways of this industry. The research set the following aims: 1. The study of the current state of the industry. 2. Analysis of programs that stimulate the development of projects in the field of small hydropower. 3. Study of promising sites for the construction of new hydropower plants. 4. Making recommendations for optimizing capital and operating costs for future projects of small hydropower plants. The work was carried out on the basis of JSC «Vedeneev VNIIG», where a significant part of the material was collected: results of design and survey work, design and construction documentation of hydropower plant built or under construction. Various sources with potential sites for the construction of hydropower plants, were studied. As a result, with the help of consolidated indicators, the most promising targets, were identified and some of them are shown in this paper. Also, one of the projects was shown in more detail and for this project equipment selection was made which is based on preliminary surveys. By virtue of the studies, a number of advantages of small hydropower projects were demonstrated, both for the energy system as a whole and in comparison withother renewable energy sources.
