The bachelor's thesis focuses on Art Nouveau art in leisure time. In the first, theoretical part, I focus on defining the concepts of free time, the functions of free time, and the introductory characteristics of Art Nouveau, where I mainly deal with decorative elements such as stucco, painting and sculpture decoration, stained glass, metal elements, and lighting. The practical part is devoted to a project that I created for leisure-time educators and art teachers. Based on the created project, I discussed with art teachers and workshop instructors about the project and supplemented my bachelor thesis with their outputs. The project concept is divided into four blocks that are interconnected and intended for second-grade students. In the first block, I focus on searching for Art Nouveau symbols during a walk around the architecture in Prague. The second block is devoted to discovering Art Nouveau jewelry and its creation. The third block focuses on architecture and the creation of a model. The last, fourth block is devoted to the theme of the vernissage and its preparation, as well as an overall reflection on all the blocks.

My master thesis deals with the Sun. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the stars, the origin of the Sun, its evolution and future, the structure of the Sun, the Sun's activities, its motion, its influence on the planet Earth, the magnetic field of the Sun, the exploration of the Sun and solar mythology. Last but not least, the RVP ZV and the ŠVP of selected schools are briefly discussed. The second part of the thesis is devoted to the research of the pupils' knowledge, the teaching of my sample lesson, the evaluation of the input and output questionnaires and the comparison of the results with each other.

The bachelor's thesis deals with the topics of hydrological drought and water quality in the school environment. The goal of the thesis is to create a worksheet using research-oriented teaching, on the above-mentioned topics. In the theoretical part, from the available professional and popular science sources, it characterizes both professional and didactic issues with the help of research. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis serves as a basis for creating a worksheet. In the practical part, with the help of a worksheet, it increases students' awareness of hydrological drought and surface water quality. This diplomat thesis is focusing on use of Garden of Prague castle and the possibilities of their use in the teaching of Science at secondary school within the organizational form of the excursion. The teoretical part is devoted to the description and characteristics of the Gardens of Prague castle. The diploma thesis is mainly focused on the Royal Garden. The reason is practical usability this garden and also limited access to other gardens of Prague castle at the time of processing this diploma thesis. The these sis mainly focused on the Royal Garden. The diploma thesis summarizes the basic informational about the excursion as an organizational form of education. The aim of practical part was the first to find out the attitude of secondary schools (focusing on the Central Bohemian and Prague regions) to excursions to Prague castle and this education method. It was found that most teachers of science organize excursions, but the Gardens of Prague castle are seldom their aim. On the basic of elaboration of previous aims, didactic materials were prepared for the realization of the excursion in the area of Prague Castle, the most comprehensive part consist of a set of ten worksheets. The aim of the diploma thesis is to develop material for primary school teachers, which can be used to stimulate interest in Mathematics and further develop the youngest pupils' mathematical skills. In the theoretical part, teachers will get acquainted with an overview of domestic (the Czech Republic) and abroad mathematical competitions. These competitions are compared in different perspectives - complexity, typology of tasks, elaboration methods (complete task solution × choice of answer from the offered options). Each competition is briefly described, and it contains suitable motivational, or in some way interesting solved tasks. For each task, the teacher finds a methodological analysis of the solution with commentary. The practical part of the work contains four worksheets (for 2nd to 5th grade), which contain tasks from various competitions. These worksheets were verified at selected primary schools.

In my bachelor thesis, I focus on parental care in insects, its types and forms. At the same time, I present in more detail a parental care of offspring in individual representatives of insect orders. I also explain the concept of eusocial insect. In this part of my thesis I also focus on the research of literature, which in closer look describes orders of insects and parental care of their offspring. In the second, practical part, I first analyse primary school nature science textbooks to determine the extent to which parental care is taught in primary schools. I further analyse the school curriculum (SCP) and the thematic plan at a particular elementary school in Davle. I also develop didactic tools suitable for teaching - a worksheet and three didactic games that can be used in teaching nature science in the sixth grade at the primary school. Two of the created didactic tools were used in an implemented lesson at the elementary school in Davle. Finally, I write about the course of the lesson, its objectives, and I clearly describe its different parts chronologically. The diploma thesis deals with the creation of a set of worksheets dedicated to the exhibition of haptic models, which are located in the Dominican monastery in České Budějovice. The thesis consists of theoretical and project part. The first part mentioned above deals with the history of the monastery from an architectonic and cultural point of view. Furthermore, individual haptic models are processed both from a historical and descriptive point of view. The thesis also takes into consideration the methodology of creating haptic models for the blind. The last chapter of the theoretical part is focused on museum education as a medium of mediating art to visitors, through self-service worksheets for lower secondary school pupils. It also includes a brief description of the above-mentioned age category. The project part is focused on creating worksheets, including their trial evaluation in the church and the adjacent cloister of the monastery. Its subsequent reflection is also taken into account.

The diploma thesis is focused on the didactic use of the educational trail through the Elbe Valley for students of the 2nd grade of elementary school. The main goal of the thesis was to create a topic for the practical use of the existing educational trail through the Elbe Valley and at the same time to prove that excursion as an organizational form of teaching is thanks to its versatility an effective tool in the process of education and despite many difficulties to implement it it is worth the effort. The theoretical part includes the characteristics of the educational trail and its surroundings, the purpose, function and organization of the excursion and the inclusion of the science excursion in the Framework Educational Programmes of Basic Education. The second part of the thesis is a research - it contains a description of the author's worksheet and testing methods, i.e. pretest/posttest and attitude questionnaire. In this thesis, we are introduced to terrain-style (on-spot) approach to teaching botany and dendrology subjects on high school or high vocational school. The main goal of this thesis was to point out interesting spots in the city of Děčín from the dendrological point of view and design optimal walk routes for them. In the introductory part, the terrain-style approach in teaching is described, including its various types, goals, specifics of preparation phase and possibilities of using mobile applications as a tool for botany and dendrology teaching. We also wrote up about the topic of including terrain-style teaching of botany and dendrology into curricular school documents. In next segment, we described interesting spots in the city of Děčín from the dendrological point of view, such as: Zámecké zahrady (Palace gardens), Mariánská louka (Mariánská meadow) or Lesopark Kvaderberg (Kvaderberg forrest park). Overall, we designed eight walk routes.

This diploma thesis deals with the interaction between the subjects of mathematics and geography in primary school education. The theoretical part focuses on the presentation of the document Framework Educational Program and anchors the subjects of mathematics and geography. It then describes the use of these two subjects in interdisciplinary relationships. The second part of the theory deals with teaching methods in primary school, including integrated teaching. The practical part consists of six different activities for mathematics or geography lessons. Each of these preparations contains a methodological sheet, a description of the activity, an evaluation and personal experience with the activity. The four activities include worksheets.

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of worksheets and their use in education in agricultural subjects. Creating worksheets is a time-consuming activity, but their use brings many positives. This bachelor thesis points out their usability in a specific subject animal husbandry. The theoretical part briefly defines the subject of animal husbandry and material teaching aids that can be used in it. It summarizes the basic characteristics of worksheets, their conditions, types of questions and learning tasks and the possibility of use in teaching. The practical part presents the possibilities of using worksheets for students and methodological sheets for teachers related to the subject animal husbandry. The thesis presents 3 worksheets for students, methodical sheets and correct worksheet completion for teachers, as an example of possible variable usage, compilation and structure across the subject according to the needs of teachers and students.

The bachelor's thesis deals with children's perception of the whole and its parts, when working with worksheets. Worksheets are not understood separately, but are integrated in a specific didactic structure within a school project focused on Prague's legends. The work presents a selection of activities formulated to the created worksheets, which are solved by different approaches. The presented work is based on the theoretical part which is focused on preschool children, pre-mathematical literacy and worksheets. The practical part consists of the created worksheets, tasks and their characteristics. The use of worksheets during practise in kindergarten was monitored in a qualitative research on a sample of thirteen preschool children of one kindergarten. All worksheets were debating the matter of "the whole and its parts", each in a different way. The solution process presupposes activities connected with comparison, reasoning, with arrangement, sorting, assembly and decomposition. The aim of the Bachelor thesis is to map the topic of punctuation within the lower secondary school educational practice. Theoretical part of the thesis consists of the description of punctuation issue dealt in the four specific Czech language textbook series intended for various school grades. The textbook series are mutually compared in relation to the way of explanation of the given issue and the variety, consistency and appropriateness of used exercises. Practical part of the thesis targets to create an exercise sheet consisting of the issue explanation and various creative exercises and tasks to practice punctuation.

The diploma thesis is focused on the use of the Czech National Corpus in the teaching of the Czech language at a grammar school, especially at lower-secondary school. The work is divided into theoretical and research part. The purpose of the theoretical part is to define a basic overview of the didactics of the Czech language, corpus linguistics, the Czech National Corpus and lexicology. The empirical part describes creation of a worksheet focused on lexicology, especially phraseology. It also summarizes the results of student work. Data from the written corpus KonText and WaG were used to create the worksheet.

The objective of this diploma thesis was to create suggestions of biological excursions for the pupils of the second grade of elementary schools in Ústí nad Labem region. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, excursion as the organisational form of education with the focus on the specifics of biological excursion including the educational goals and methods, is shortly introduced. In the following part, there is the characteristic of scientific disciplines and particular types of biological excursions. The practical part presents suggestions for three biological excursions. Each of the suggested subjects contains detailed manual for preparation and the process of excursion itself including the final part. Materials including the description of the route, information about the locality, worksheets including answers and additional information to each of the questions are also incorporated. The aim of this study was to summarize the theoretical content of the Ty- pography/Writing lesson. The theoretical part focuses on world and the Czech typography in the 20th and 21st centuries. It summarizes its most important personalities and adds new ones that are not yet included in any publications about the evolution of typefaces. It also introduces the reader to current trends, events and publications. The theoretical part includes a recapitulation of the development of typography since the mid-15th cen- tury. The development includes key personalities and technological ad- vances. The didactic and practical part is based on the theoretical part. The didactic part is devoted to the search for connections in the field of typography in the curriculum framework. Afterwards, individual cur- ricula of secondary art schools with the educational field of graphic de- sign were examined and compared. The focus was on the time allocation to this subject. From the information gathered, a thematic block was suggested, treating the topic of contemporary typography consisting of three parts - explanation of theory, discussion and practical application. The word "technique" can be understood as the improvement of human skills that are based on the application of natural sciences. It has been gradually evolving as proportionately as all humanity has. It has brought a number of experts in all categories who raised their followers and there was no shortage of these individuals. Over time, it turned out that number of these "teachers"started to decline and hardly there were a few successors. This bachelor thesis deals with technical examples in Mathematics and their practical use. The main goal is to develop a number of interesting examples in the form of worksheets. We will show that Mathematics already has been used everywhere in elementary school. The materials can help all teachers of Mathematics either as a scheme or for their use in the class. Several necessary tools are included in this thesis for some tasks. The last part is supplemented by practical examples of elaborated sheets from first-year high school students.

This diploma thesis is focused on deciduous trees in the teaching of botany at primary school. In the introduction, deciduous trees and their position in curricular documents are characterized. Theoretical-research work further describes selected forms and methods of teaching used in the teaching of deciduous trees, which were found by own observations during practice or by qualitative research by survey conducted in this work. On this basis, a semi-structured interview with three selected science teachers was created. The aim of the survey was to map and compare the teaching of deciduous trees and the collected data, but especially the opinions and attitudes of individual teachers. Of course, each teacher is an individual and the data obtained cannot be perceived as globally valid for all teachers. Only a more in-depth and wider examination would make demonstrating survey results more accurately possible. Bachelor work is composed from worksheets, which are divided into five main themes: consistency, center symmetry, quadrilateral, triangle and trapezoid and prism. Each chapter is subdivided by sub-topics. Each sub-topics contains a theoretical worksheet, a exercise worksheet and test. At the end of each chapter is included a summary exercise worksheet and summary test of the themes.

Diploma thesis analyzes pupils' ability to solve inquiry based tasks in biology lessons with regard to original problem solutions and application of theoretical knowledge. The thesis also analyzes in what types of tasks are pupils more successful and what type of problem solution they prefer. The aim of this thesis was to prepare, implement and evaluate an excursion as one of the organization forms of fieldtrips for lower secondary pupils from schools in Znojmo benefiting from the natural site of the National Park Podyjí, in specific the location called Kraví hora. In this case, it is a botanical the med field trip. The main aim of the thesis is to verify the pupils knowledge in arithmetic on the basis of worksheets at lower-secondary schools and selected grammar schools. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the knowledge that each pupil should already know. The practical part contains 4 working sheets intended for pupils of the sixth, seventh, eighth and ninth grades of lower-secondary school and for the pupils of equal corresponding grade of grammar schools. The bachelor thesis focuses on the use of worksheets as a diagnostic material in the framework of reading literacy in children with special educational needs. The aim of the work is to determine the success and suitability of these worksheets in the group of children with diagnosed developmental dysphasia and groups of children with diagnosed developmental dysphasia and associated ADHD. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with the theoretical background regarding the concept of reader literacy and its anchoring in the frame curriculum. It also deals with the roles and possibilities of developing perceptually motor and cognitive processes within the reader's pre-school education in pre-school education. The attention of the theoretical part is also focused on the personality of a pre-school child with special educational needs, the issue of children with disturbances of attention of ADHD and children with impaired communication ability. At the end of the theoretical part are presented the basic concepts of pedagogical diagnostics, its conception in the frame curriculum for pre-school age and the possibilities of this diagnostics in kindergartens. In the practical part, the research questions related to the topic are set and a qualitative survey of ten pre-school children with special educational needs is carried out. Diagnostic material (worksheets) has been developed within this survey. These diagnostic sheets are then evaluated for success and are monitored for any pitfalls when working with them. In conclusion, the research questions are answered, and an overall summary of this research is carried out.

In the framework of this master s thesis there has been developed a training programme named "Through the Desert and the Prairie". It is focused on selected mammals and their geographical distribution and habitat. It includes a set of didactic materials and tools for the individual activity of a teacher at the Hluboká Zoo designed for a group of pupils from the 2nd to 5th grade of elementary school. In the work, the objectives, importance and advantages of education in zoos, including the focus on the Hluboká Zoo, are described. It also introduces the biogeography teaching as a part of the Framework Education Programme for Elementary Education, with different concepts of this subject and contextual model of learning. After the brief characteristics of mammals and their anatomy, depending on the environment, more detailed information on selected mammals follows. The created file contains information and tools, which directly on the spot, at the individual mammals exhibits, illustrate their characteristics, interests and adaptation to the environment in which they live. It also describes methodological instructions for teachers and also contains a worksheet including the key. It also includes a map of the zoo with marked key locations of the educational programme. The whole file will be available at the zoo box office. The prior preparation using the materials on the zoo website is also possible.

The thesis deals with the issues that are tied with reading and mathematical literacy. The literacy is being considered by solved exrcises at the second grade of elementary school. The purpose of this work is to bring nearer the connectedness between reading literacy and other subjects - in this case mainly math. The work is divided into two parts. The first part deals with the theory, in which there is outline of the description of reading and mathematical literacy, verbal exercises and what is the function of working sheets. The second part is practical. There are put created working sheets with chosen topics from math, which were given to the pupils at the elementary school. The cooperation with pupils wihtin filling the working sheets can be also found in this thesis. The analysis of this literacy and processes of solving are attached in the end.

Diploma thesis presents topic Classifying chemical reactions that was elaborated on the principle of inquiry based science education. The handbook for teachers, which is a part of the thesis, contains two variants of structured inquiry and two variants of guided inquiry. There are also methodical instructions for teachers, a list of chemicals, the procedure for carrying out the reactions and photo documentation of experiments, including measured graphs of pH and redox potential (PASCO probeware). Inquiry-based science education has the potential to develop key competences, which are becoming an important goal of education at all levels of education. The key competencies are included in the Czech curriculum, the Framework Educational Program for Grammar schools. The next part of the thesis was preparation of the questionnaire focused on developed key competencies. Students that performed laboratory session with the new developed material on topic classification of chemical reaction filled in the questionnaires after their work. The results showed that during the work students had the opportunity to develop five key competences.

The following bachelor thesis deals with the topic chemistry in advertising. It focuses especially at food TV commercials and claims appearing in them, which directly or indirectly concern chemistry, chemical substances or chemical processes. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part addresses advertisement, its definition, aims, history, the tools of advertising and the supervision of advertisements. In the next chapter of this part media education is explored, namely to how and to what extent is media education incorporated into Framework Educational Programmes and subsequently in School Educational Programmes of selected schools. The second part of the thesis presents an analysis of selected TV commercials and it also contains an analysis of specific claims, which were stated in the commercials and concern chemistry. The claims are classified into several categories and afterwards, they are evaluated on their correctness, meaning and utilization for creating a teaching material, a worksheet, which could be used for teaching media education in Chemistry lessons.

The diploma thesis is focused on the issue of teaching semantics to elementary school students from 6th to 9th grade. The theoretical part consists of organizing existing notes about the theory of word meaning, explaining the basic terminology and describing the inner relationships between words. The main focus is on the didactic aspect of teaching semantics and how it is implemented in the contemporary textbooks of the Czech language. In the practical part, the main goal is to create an exhaustive learning materials for the students from the 6th to 9th grade (methodical papers, worksheets, presentations) which can be used for teaching the word meaning at school.

This thesis is dedicated to educational programs in Bečov Botanic Garden. The aim of this thesis was to extend the current offer to other botanical themes. Dendrological themes were selected for new educational programs. In total, three new educational programs were created. The first one is dealing with conifers, the second with cones of conifers and the third with broad-leaved species. All new programs include worksheets and methodological instruction for lectures and teachers. Tutorial tools (determination key, scale, educational box) were also created for the cone educational program.

This diploma thesis is dealing with the theme of use of the Botanic Garden in Teplice to teach Science - especially Botany at Elementary School, 2nd grade. The thesis is divided into three parts. In the first part I'm dealing with mapping of botanic gardens in the Czech republic - mainly focusing on the Botanic Garden in Teplice. In the second part I'm applying my mind to the classification of Botany into the Framework Education Programme and subsequently its covering into the School Education Programme - at the Elementary School Litvinov - Hamr, to be more accurate. One section of the second part contains theoretic information about how to create worksheets and explanation of the teaching method - excursion. I also mention the theory of growing plants in the school parcel. The third part includes my own worksheets. The worksheets were created during the excursion and after it (together with the outcomes). After discussions with different teachers the worksheets with concrete education theme of Botany have been created. Finally there are eight worksheets together with the outcomes. These worksheets were being completed during the excursion and after it since a questionnaire for pupils was made. Bachelor thesis deals with utilization of the castle park of Sychrov in education of Natural Science and Biology. The thesis consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The main aim of the theoretical part is to elaborate the characteristics of the castle park from the viewpoint of outplanting history and its development through the ages. In the first chapter, basic information about the Castle of Sychrov is listed. The second chapter focuses on the castle park, description of its history and on the composition of a plantation. Practical part deals with selected types of woody species with emphasis on their didactical use and on their use in the walking tour project. Furthermore, the working list for elementary school pupils has been developed. These materials are suitable for the excursions which would be held directly in the castle park. For revision of the gained knowledge, the worksheet for follow-up classwork has been developed.

Although the GeoGebra programme is known at basic schools, its online form on the web site geogebra.org is almost completely unused. This bachelor thesis, named The Creation and Use of Teaching materials for Lower Secondary School Mathematics in GeoGebra, introduces possibilities the programme offers in the online world. It mainly focuses on the creation of materials, dynamic applets, individual working sheets and their following grouping into the so called GeoGebra books. Furthermore, the thesis deals with the sharing of materials through the so called Groups and samples of options, which they offer. My own book, The Creation and Use of Material in the GeoGebra Programme for Basic School, available on the geogebra.org site, is also a part of the thesis. The chosen topics aim at lower secondary school. The resulting work gives readers instructions to the creation of materials and use of GeoGebra's online service for tuition of mathematics.

This bachelor thesis, named Suggestion of worksheets for teaching mathematics at the 2 nd level of elementary schools, contains 4 worksheets. Each worksheet is suggested for one grade of the lower secondary school and is divided into several subchapters. Each subchapter contains 2 non-traditional examples. Presented bachelor's thesis is focused on problems of teaching of Czech language to deaf and hard of hearing students on lower secondary education. The first part of the thesis provides general description of hearing impairment, communication options for deaf and hard of hearing people and basic information on educating deaf and hard of hearing pupils. Next part is focused on teaching of Czech language to deaf and hard of hearing pupils containing listing of available materials, description of differences between educating a pupil who prefers Czech language in communication and pupil who prefers Czech Sign Language. It also define language competencies in written speech of deaf and hard of hearing pupils. The goal is to call attention to very small number of universal research works focused on language competencies of deaf and hard of hearing pupils, pinpoint the current deprivation of teaching materials for pupils who prefer Czech language in communication and prepare a suitable worksheet for pupils who prefer Czech languege based on the gain knowledge.

The thesis is divided into two parts theoretical one and practical one. The theoretical part describes methods of implementation of physical experiments, also there is discussion about curriculum that was used in the created experiments and description of video analysis with used app, at the end of this part there is also several experiments that are made to inspire teachers and to show them video analysis options. For some of the experiments there is also graphical manual. The practical part contains a set of differentiated tasks and worksheets. In this work there is also few worksheets that were filled by students.

The diploma thesis deals with the issues of the spruce monocultures in the relation to the incidence of the bark beetle (Ips typographus) in the Šumava National park. The aim of the thesis is not only to unify and arrange the information, but also find out the level of knowledge about this topic among the pupils of the ninth grade of the basic school. The work also shows the level of knowledge of the pupils about the related problems and what are their opinions and suggested solutions. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part consists of eight chapters, that are devoted to the history of the Šumava forests, pine tree monocultures with the closer focus on the Norway spruce (Picea abies), the differences among the "natural" and "economical" forest and to the uniqueness of the Boubín primeval forest. In one of the chapters we get information about the huriccane Kyrill and its effects on the Šumava forests and followed by the information about the bark beetle calamities and about the bark beetle on its own. The last two chapters are devoted the solution of the current situation in the Šumava forests and their future perspectives. The aim is to create worksheets that are dedicated to teaching selected topics of financial mathematics at the elementary school. The thesis is focused on financial products and is based on The Framework Educational Programs for Elementary Schools.

The thesis aims on complex description of environmental features of ZŠ Hostýnská school ground and evaluating its using for teaching biology. In theoretic part the importance of school grounds for educating is introduced, history of school gardens and current state of their using is described. Next part is focused on current using of school ground and description of its environment. Floristic investigation made by author in 2014-2015 is included. In frequent visits author found and determinated 117 species of vascular plants, which is a sign of relatively high biodiversity. Finally using of school ground is compared with school book and key competences. Plans and suggestions for future improvements are given. Five work sheets with methodic suggestions are included.

The Final thesis deals with the evaluation of worksheets based on pre-mathematics literacy. The analysis of 190 worksheets is supported with five chosen key criteria. This analysis is compared with the analysis of solutions of both, the selected worksheets of 50 students and 21 children of the pre-school age. This comparison of results shows the need of professional evaluation and correction of the worksheets from the mathematics, language and didactic angle of view just before their release.
