Cet article interroge les conditions sociales et structurelles d’ouverture des positions médicales dans le monde du football professionnel. Les logiques économiques et vocationnelles sont déterminantes, mais ne doivent pas être surestimées car elles n’agissent pas seules. Vouloir vivre du football, pour le football, ne suffit pas. Encore faut-il se faire embaucher. Les voies de l’engagement sont marquées d’une profonde diversité, qui s’explique par la multiplicité des agents recruteurs et l’absence de mandataire clairement identifié pour autoriser l’accès des médecins au sein des clubs. La saisonnalité des résultats en compétition construit en outre un calendrier des recrutements fluctuant et peu prévisible. Or ces fenêtres d’opportunité s’ouvrent à des moments spécifiques des carrières médicales, et un projet de travail dans le football qui pouvait être envisageable un temps peut s’avérer inopportun plus tard. This article examines the social and structural conditions of the opening of medical staff positions in professional football. Economic and vocational mindsets are determining factors, but should not be overestimated because they don’t act alone. Earning a living from football is not enough. You still have to get hired. The diverse ways to incite doctors to apply for these positions are conditioned by the multiplicity of recruiting agents and the absence of a clearly identified agent who can authorize the access of doctors within the clubs. The seasonal nature of competition results also builds a fluctuating and unpredictable recruitment calendar. However, these windows of opportunity open up at specific moments in medical careers, and an employment in football that is a good opportunity at one time, may prove to be ill-timed later on. We can then understand to what extent the recruitment conditions are numerous and how this number makes possible and desirable the occupation of such positions.

Professional sport has become a profitable activity, under the influence of economic globalization. The amateur sports club has become a professional club. As part of what is called the commercial sports company. which affected some of the traditional concepts of the association, especially during the establishment phase. This is in particular due to the characteristics associated with the general organization of sports competition as well as the role of amateur clubs in this society. It is the elite which makes possible the creation of the commercial sports company by the amateur club. If the role is effective at the founding phase, the sports society will base its contributions on the foundations of the amateur club through the club's name or slogan, as well as on the popular basis. All this in the light of the laws governing this matter, in particular the provisions of the Commercial Code, and Law No. 13-05 regulating and developing physical and sporting activities, and the Decree No. 15-73 regulating the provisions applicable to the club professional athlete.&nbsp, Le sport professionnel est devenu une activité rentable, sous l'influence de la mondialisation économique. Le club de sport amateur est devenu un club professionnel. Dans le cadre de ce que l'on appelle la société sportive commerciale. qui a affecté certains des concepts traditionnels de l'association, en particulier pendant la phase d'établissement. Title of the thesis: Analysis of the training unit for football older prepare players with a different level of performance. Objective of the thesis: Identify the representation of didactic forms and types of training processes in the older football product categories, taking into account the different performance level of the club (professional vs. amateur). Solving methods: Solution Methods: An indirect observation method was used to analyze when we used two camcorders to shoot two training units per week for each team. (AC Sparta Prague, SK Slavia Praha, FK Motorlet and SK Aritma). The training records were subsequently evaluated. Results: Comparison of professional clubs and amateurs had the most significant difference in game exercises, which was 38.3% for AC Sparta and SK Slavia vs. 22.8% for FK Motorlet and SK Aritma. On the other hand, amateur clubs used more training play (39.7%) compared to 22% AC Sparta and SK Slavia.
