Objective: To analyze the psychometric properties of the qESNA scale and its usefulness to assess the suffering of paediatric patients with life-limiting and/or life-threatening diseases (children with LLTC) in clinical practice. Methods: Cross-sectional and longitudinal study in 58 patients in Spain (female, 32.8%; mean age, 15.6 [SD, 4.5]; age range, 8–23 years), with administration of the qESNA scale along with other scales to assess anxiety, depression, emotion regulation and psychosocial functioning. We performed exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses and calculated goodness-of-fit indices were calculated; we assessed reliability by means of the Cronbach alpha and temporal stability and convergent validity through the intraclass correlation coefficient with scales used to assess psychological disorders and the specificity and sensitivity through ROC curves. Results: The factor analysis identified a 14-item scale with 3 factors, a comparative fit index of 0.93, a Tucker-Lewis index of 0.91 and a root mean square error of approximation of 0.07. The Cronbach alpha was 0.85 and the intraclass correlation coefficient was 0.66. The convergent validity was high for the correlation to the risk of depression (−0.69) and of anxiety (−0.60) and emotional changes (−0.59). The analysis of the ROC curves showed that a score of less than 81 would be indicative of suffering, with a sensitivity of 83.33% and a specificity of 93.48%. Conclusions: This study confirmed that the psychometric properties of the qESNA scale are good and the scale’s usefulness as an instrument to detect emotional suffering in children with life-limiting or life-threatening illnesses in clinical practice.

- Abstract
Outcome evaluation in mental health intervention programs is presented as an alternative of choice for assessing the effectiveness of treatments. For its implementation, it is necessary to have measuring instruments adequately adapted and validated to the context of application. The aim of the study is to provide evidence of the psychometric adequacy of HoNOS adapted to Spanish. A total of 281 users selected by probabilisticstratified sampling participated in the study. The HoNOS scale was used and the dimensional structure that best fits the data to the theoretical model of symptom clustering was tested using confirmatory factor analysis techniques. Evidence was presented showing the HoNOS scale as an appropriate instrument for result assessment in severe mental illnesses. These results make it possible to propose both the use of an overall assessment index and the use of the specific dimensions proposed by the instrument's authors. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

PSYCHOMETRICS , *INTERPERSONAL conflict , *FIVE-factor model of personality , *CRONBACH'S alpha , *CONFIRMATORY factor analysis - Abstract
The objective was to analyze the psychometric properties of the scales associated with the psychosocial factors of demand that are included in the UNIPSICO Questionnaire of a group of Chilean workers. The sample consisted of 655 workers from Chilean technology transfer companies, where 55.6 % were men, 41.3 % of the participants were between 25 and 34 years old, and 61.8 % of the workers had been in the organization for a maximum of four years. The sampling was carried out in a group of workers who worked in person and another remotely. The data collection was carried out through the UNIPSICO Questionnaire in its five scales associated with psychosocial factors of demand at work (26 items) that are grouped into: Interpersonal Conflicts (with five items, which is defined as the perception of the frequency with which the conflicts arise). coexistence with the organization's management, colleagues, supervisors, internal clients and external clients if applicable to the position), Inequity in social exchanges (with 5 items, defined as the perception of lack of justice in the organization), Role conflict (with five items that is defined as the perception that the person has of situations that cannot simultaneously satisfy their expectations with the role they have in the organization), Role ambiguity (refers to the perception of the uncertainty that the worker has regarding its function (generally explained by the lack of communication, it has five items) and finally, Workload (with six items that refer to the perception of load, either quantitative or qualitative, the first referring to the number of activities associated with work and the second to how difficult it can be to perform them.) Item analysis, construct validity through confirmatory factor analysis, confidence analysis was performed. reliability according to Cronbach's alpha and predictive validity with linear regression. Regarding the results, all the items presented adequate values of asymmetry and reliability of the item, only the item "I know what the responsibilities at work are" does not meet the expected criteria. The five scales present values of asymmetry within the interval +/-1. The hypothetical factorial model of five factors presented an inadequate adjustment of the data in the first instance (GFI = .900, NNFI = .858, CFI = .897, RMSEA = .058). After correcting five covariances through the modification indices (items 3 and 4 of Role conflict; item 4 and 5 of Workload; item 1 and 5 of Interpersonal conflicts; item 2 and 5 of Workload and finally, item 3 and 4 of Interpersonal conflicts), adequate values were obtained for the associated indicators (GFI = .923, NNFI = .897, CFI = .937, RMSEA = .046). The five scales have Cronbach's alpha reliability values greater than .70. In the regression models, all the variables were significant predictors of psychosomatic problems, with the exception of role ambiguity, which obtained a significance greater than expected. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the five scales are valid and reliable for evaluating the psychosocial factors of job demand. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Facial emotion recognition is one of the psychological processes of social cognition that begins during the first year of life, though the accuracy and speed of emotion recognition improves throughout childhood. The objective of this study was to carry out a preliminary study for the adaptation and validation of the CAM-C FACE test in Argentine children from 9 to 14 years old, by measuring hit rates and reaction times. The results of this study show that the unidimensional model is more appropriate when assessing the speed of performance (reaction times), with a satisfactory reliability (ρ = .950). Results also indicated that girls presented more correct answers compared to boys, while boys had longer reaction times. In addition, the group of children from 12 to 14 years old presented more correct answers compared to the group from 9 to 11 years old, while no differences were observed between groups in terms of reaction times. There is little evidence of measurement scales with appropriate psychometric properties regard Quality of Work-Life in health personnel, so the objective was to develop and examine psychometric properties of Mexican Quality of Work Life Scale (MQWLS). An instrumental, crosssectional study was conducted. Phase 1) development of the scale and content validity; Phase 2) validation with two different samples [n = 293] and [n = 300] through an online questionnaire. Content validity was obtained for 60 items (Aiken's V > .90); exploratory and confirmatory factor analyzes yielded a six-dimension structure; the fit indexes from the final scale with 24 items were acceptable (χ#178; [257] = 540.277; CMIN/DF = 2.102; NFI = .914; CFI = .953; GFI = .877, AGFI = .845; SRMR = .047; RMSEA = .061 [.054-.069] p < .001), with good reliability indices (α = .949, ω = .982). MQWLS proved internal consistency reliability, several evidences of validity and acceptable configurational and metric invariance with a model that confirms the existence of six dimensions that explain the construct through 24 items. Background/Objective: The Dark Future Scale (DFS) is a selfreport instrument which assesses the tendency to think about the future with anxiety, fear, and uncertainty. Although it has been applied in different populations, instrumental studies are scarce, and there is no validated Spanish version. The aim was therefore to develop a Spanish version of the scale (DFS-S) and to analyze its psychometric properties in a sample of young adults. Method: Participants were 1,019 individuals aged from 18 to 24 years. They completed the DFS-S and the IPIP-BFM-20. Validity evidence based on the internal structure, including measurement invariance across gender, as well as on relationships with personality traits was obtained. Reliability and gender differences in DFS-S scores were also examined. Results: Results supported a single-factor structure, χ2(5) = 10.79, CFI = .999, RMSEA = .034, SRMR = .016, that was invariant across gender. Reliability of test scores was satisfactory (ω = .92). In the correlation analysis, future anxiety showed a strong positive correlation with neuroticism (.42) and a moderate negative correlation with extraversion (-.25). Females scored higher than males on future anxiety. Conclusions: The DFS-S has satisfactory psychometric properties and it is an adequate tool for measuring future anxiety among young adults. - Abstract
The purpose of this article was to build and validate a scale to measure the vision that leaders have about the union reality in Chile. Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) were carried out to examine and confirm the internal structure of the scale. A total of 202 union leaders from the city of Valdivia in Chile participated, aged between 18 and 51 years old (65.8% are between 31 and 51 years old), 48.5% men, and 51.5% women. Preliminary results show that the instrument presents psychometric properties appropriate for the assessment of trade union reality in southern Chile. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective. The present methodological research aimed to validate the Academic Resilience Scale (ARS-30) in a sample of Mexican adolescents through the analysis of its psychometric properties. Methodology. The validation was carried out with a non-random sample of 365 students from Higher Secondary Education Institutions in the north and south of the State of Sonora, Mexico; the participation percentages were 37 % males (n = 135) and 63 % females (n = 230), with an age range between 14 and 18 years (M = 15.88; SD = 0.796). Results. Exploratory factor analysis yielded two models, a bifactor model of positive academic resilience (fourteen items) and a unidimensional model of negative academic resilience (six items). Goodness-of-fit indices showed adequate Rasch, confirmatory factor analysis and invariance scores. Conclusions. The two-model solution of the ARS-30 is found to be valid and reliable for the measurement of academic resilience in Mexican adolescent students. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

GERIATRIC Depression Scale , *MEXICANS , *OLDER people , *PSYCHOMETRICS - Abstract
Objective. To validate the Yesavage Geriatric Depression Scale (GDS) in Mexican older adults, since there are no studies on its psychometric properties in Mexico despite its extensive use in research for this population. Method. An instrumental psychometric study was carried out with the participation of 150 intentionally selected older Mexican adults, with an average age of 68.38 years, 30 % men and 70 % women, who answered the Spanish version of the Yesavage Geriatric Depression Scale (GDS) with 15 items. Results. We found a unidimensional structure that explains 55 % of the variance of the construct, and adequate reliability (ordinal Alpha = .94). Discussion and conclusions. The results are congruent with those found in other populations; therefore, the scale is considered reliable and valid for measuring depression in Mexican older adults. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Background: The aim of this study was to evaluate the psychometric properties, differential item functioning, factorial invariance, and convergent validity of the Spanish version of the Herth Hope Index (HHI) in patients with cancer. Method: Exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses were conducted to explore the scale, dimensionality, functioning of items, test for strong measurement invariance across sex, age, tumor site, and expected survival, and an extended structural equation model to assess external validity in a cross-sectional, multicenter, prospective study of 863 cancer patients from 15 Spanish hospitals. Results: The results do not support the original 3-factor scale but instead suggest a one-factor structure, which explained 62% of the common variance. Scores from the unidimensional structure exhibited satisfactory reliability (ω = .88). A strong invariance solution demonstrated excellent fit across sex, age, tumor site, and survival. HHI exhibited substantial associations with resilience coping strategies and spiritual wellbeing. Conclusions: The findings of our study contribute to the diversity of earlier empirical findings regarding the construct of hope. Despite this, our results indicate that the Spanish version of the HHI is a short, easy-to-administer, valid, reliable tool for evaluating cancer patients' levels of hope. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Background: Anxiety and depression are the most common current mental health problems. Due to their comorbidity, there is a need for instruments that measure them simultaneously. Moreover, given that their prevalence varies by gender and age, it is important to examine the factorial invariance of such instruments. The present study aimed to analyze the dimensionality and factorial invariance of the Basque version of the Educational-Clinical Questionnaire: Anxiety and Depression (CECAD) as a function of gender and age, and to gather additional evidence of its validity. Method: The sample comprised 2131 participants (54.2% female) between 7 and 24 years old (M = 13.2; SD = 3.52). Results: The CECAD was found to have a two-dimensional structure invariant to gender and age, with higher latent means for girls in both dimensions, and for those aged 14 and over in depression, but with small effect sizes. Both reliability and convergent validity values were good. Conclusions: The Basque version of the CECAD has good evidence of validity and reliability for assessing anxiety and depression in Basque-speaking children and adolescents. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Background: In attempts to elucidate PTSD, recent factor analytic studies resulted in complex models with a proliferating number of factors that lack psychometrical and clinical utility. Recently, suggestions have been made to optimize factor analytic practices to meet a refined set of statistical and psychometric criteria. Objective: This study aims to assess the factorial structure of the German version of the PCL-5, implementing recent methodological advancements to address the risk of overfitting models. In doing so we diverge from traditional factor analytical research on PTSD. Method: On a large-scale sample of the German general population (n = 1625), exploratory factor analyses were run to investigate the dimensionality found within the data. Subsequently, we validated and compared all model suggestions from our preliminary analyses plus all standard and common alternative PTSD factor models (including the ICD11 model) from previous literature with confirmatory factor analyses. We not only consider model fit indices based on WLSMV estimation but also deploy criteria such as favouring less complex models with a parsimonious number of factors, sufficient items per factor, low inter-factor correlations and number of model misspecifications. Results: All tested models showed adequate to excellent fit in respect to traditional model fit indices; however, models with two or more factors increasingly failed to meet other statistical and psychometric criteria. Conclusion: Based on the results we favour a two-factor bifactor model with a strong general PTSD factor and two less dominant specific factors – one factor with trauma-related symptoms (re-experiencing and avoidance) and one factor with global psychological symptoms (describing the trauma’s higher-order impact on mood, cognition, behaviour and arousal). From the perspective of clinical utility, we recommend the cut-off scoring method for the German version of the PCL-5. Basic psychometric properties and scale characteristics are provided. IMPACT of Event Scale , *PSYCHOMETRICS , *AFGHANS , *SYRIANS , *TEENAGERS , *POST-traumatic stress - Abstract
Background: High levels of post-traumatic stress are well documented among refugees. Yet, refugee adolescents display high heterogeneity in their type of trauma and symptom levels. Objective: Following the recurrent plea for validated trauma screening tools, this study investigated the psychometric properties of the Children’s Revised Impact of Event Scale (CRIES-8) among refugee adolescents from Afghanistan (n = 148), Syria (n = 234), and Somalia (n = 175) living in Europe. Method: The model fit for the confirmatory factor structures was tested, as well as measurement invariance between the three groups. The robustness of results was evaluated by testing measurement invariance between recently arrived and settled adolescents, and between different response labelling options. Reliability (α, ω, and ordinal α), criterion validity, and prevalence estimates were calculated. Results: The intrusion subscale showed a better stable model fit than the avoidance subscale, but the two-factor structure was mainly supported. Configural measurement invariance was achieved between Afghan and Somali adolescents, and strong measurement invariance between Syrian and Somali adolescents. The results were robust considering the time living in the host country and response labelling styles. Reliability was low among Afghan and Syrian adolescents (.717−.856), whereas it was higher among Somali adolescents (.831 −.887). The total score had medium-sized correlations with emotional problems (.303−.418) and low correlations with hyperactivity (.077−.155). There were statistically significant differences in symptom prevalence: Afghan adolescents had higher prevalence (55.5%) than Syrian (42.8%) and Somali (37%) adolescents, and unaccompanied refugee minors had higher symptom prevalence (63.5%) than accompanied adolescents (40.7%). Conclusions: This study mostly supports the use of the CRIES-8 among adolescents from Afghanistan, Syria, and Somalia, and even comparative analyses of group means. Variation in reliability estimates, however, makes diagnostic predictions difficult, as the risk of misclassification is high. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

- Abstract
Bullying is an important risk factor for the mental health of adolescents. With the development of new technologies, a type of harassment called cyberbullying emerged that presents different qualitative characteristics. However, there are few instruments to measure both behaviors together. The objective of this research was to evaluate for the first time the psychometric properties of the BCS-A scale by Thomas et al. that measures bullying and cyberbullying multi-dimensionally in a sample of Spanish-speaking adolescents. For this purpose, an intentional sample of 842 students who attended secondary school in Argentina (46% male, 53% female and 1% non-binary) was constituted. Participants answered the questionnaire, the Goodman Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire, and demographic questions. Factor analysis —exploratory and confirmatory— indicated four dimensions: physical, verbal, relational and virtual victimization, as well as to carry out bullying. Also the internal consistencies were adequate. Concurrent validity was found with respect to Goodman Questionnaire. Thus, the BCS-A scale by Thomas et al. It would be a useful tool to evaluate both issues and try to examine specific psychosocial correlates of both bullying. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Introduction: Parental satisfaction is rarely measured in the neonatal intensive care unit due to a lack of specific assessment tools. The Empowerment of Parents in The Intensive Care-Neonatology (EMPATHIC-N) questionnaire is an instrument to assess satisfaction in relation to family-centred care that has been validated in several countries, but not Spain. Objectives: To perform the translation and cultural adaptation of the EMPATHIC-N to Spanish followed by its validation for the purpose of assessing satisfaction in parents with children admitted to the neonatal intensive care unit. Material and methods: The questionnaire first underwent forward and backward translation and transcultural adaptation by a panel of experts through a standardized process based on the Delphi method, followed by a pilot study in 8 parents and then a cross-sectional study in the neonatal intensive care unit of a tertiary care hospital to assess the reliability and converging validity of the Spanish version. Results: The study proved the comprehensibility, validity, feasibility, applicability and usefulness of the Spanish version of the EMPATHIC-N in the field of paediatric health after being evaluated by 19 professionals and 60 parents. The content validity was found to be excellent (0.93). The reliability and convergent validity of the Spanish version of the EMPHATIC-N was analysed in a sample of 65 completed questionnaires. The Cronbach α for each domain was greater than 0.7, indicating a high internal consistency. We assessed validity by analysing the correlation of the 5 domains with the with the 4 general satisfaction items. The validity was found to be adequate (rs, 0.4−0.76; P

Background: The Posttraumatic Growth Inventory (PTGI) and its Short Form (PTGI-SF) are two instruments highly used in research on posttraumatic growth. They include a religious growth item that has been demonstrated to be problematic in cultures that are not very religious. Previous research has addressed this issue in other countries, but no attention has been paid to this critical problem in Spanish samples. Objective: Our aim is to address the psychometric issues presented by the religious growth item in Spain. Method: To do so, we reviewed several studies conducted with various populations in Spain. Results: The scores of the religious growth item in Spain present very low means and standard deviations, as well as high skewness and kurtosis, all of which point to a floor effect. The item scores show low item-test correlations, and it has failed to load on a specific dimension in factor analyses, thus casting doubts about its validity. Conclusions: The inventory does not seem to work properly in its current form in Spain. The inappropriateness of the item measuring religious growth in Spain may be due to cultural reasons. We recommend using the PTGI expanded version (PTGI-X) instead of the PTGI and exploring the possible substitution of the religious growth item in the PTGI-SF for an alternative item. In both cases, ascertaining the psychometric properties of the scores in Spain will be necessary. The religious growth item in the PTGI and the PTGI-SF show serious psychometric validity issues in Spain. The PTGI Expanded version (PTGI-X) should be used instead of the PTGI in Spain. For the PTGI-SF, the religious item needs to be substituted. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

- Abstract
Introduction/Objective: The BADS measures processes of change in Behavioral Activation such as activation and avoidance behaviors, as well as deterioration in areas of functioning. The objective was to estimate its psychometric properties in a sample of adults. Method: Within an instrumental study framework, information was collected from a non-probabilistic sample from Bogotá (n=321). Results: An adequate fit was found in a version of 24 items with 4 factors and one of second order through the CFA, which are invariant with respect to sex. It showed a high internal consistency (α=.92; ω=.929), a negative correlation of high magnitude with the Zung SDS (r=-.728; p<.05), and a lower mean in the group with a clinical indicator (t(66)=6.180, p<.001, d=1.499). Conclusions: The use of the BADS 24 is recommended to measure behavioral activation, avoidance, and daily affectations in adults due to its adequate psychometric properties. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The COVID-19 pandemic has become a global emergency that impacts people's mental health. During the pandemic, a wide variety of stressors emerged, such as the quarantine duration, the fear of becoming infected, the breakdown of usual routines, and economic difficulties. University students and staff have had to face specific challenges in their area, such as the new virtual learning and work modality, difficulties in accessing the internet, the increase in working hours, and the need to reconcile work-study and home and family matters. Multiple efforts were needed to adjust to these changes. Since the impact of the pandemic has differed according to national contexts, it seems important to build a psychometric measurement instrument that is culturally relevant. The study aims, therefore, were to construct and evaluate the psychometric properties of the Questionnaire of Sources of Stress associated with the pandemic (CFE) and examine sociodemographic differences in the sources of perceived stress. The study had four phases: a qualitative study (Phase I), expert consultation and piloting (Phase II), evaluation of psychometric properties (Phase III), and group comparisons (Phase IV). A non-probabilistic sample of 120 Chilean undergraduate university students participated in Phase I; three expert judges collaborated by revising the instrument in Phase II and 20 university students from different universities (50 % women) took part in the pilot application. The psychometric study was conducted with a self-selected sample of 430 university students and staff in Chile, aged between 18 and 73 years (M = 30, SD = 12.7), 69.5 % female, who completed an online questionnaire. The instruments applied by phase were as follows: Phase I: Questionnaire for the identification of stressful situations; Phase II: a questionnaire for expert judges; Phases III and IV: COVID-19 pandemic stress sources questionnaire (CFE), Depression, Anxiety and Stress Scales (DASS-21), and a sociodemographic questionnaire. A content analysis of the responses was conducted in Phase I, in which six sources of stress were identified: (a) Confinement; (b) Coexistence; (c) Interpersonal distance; (d) Academic overload; (e) Uncertainty; and (f) Family and socioeconomic concerns. A preliminary 36-item instrument was constructed. The content validity of the items was reviewed by a committee of three experts. Subsequently, a pilot test was carried out to assess the relevance of the items in each dimension and their level of understanding. A final survey with 29 items was constructed. The results of the Exploratory and Confirmatory Factorial Analysis showed that the CFE has a factorial structure of seven factors: Interpersonal conflicts, Consequences of restrictions, Burden of virtual learning modality, Missing the family, Poor resources for virtual learning, Concerns and uncertainty and Economic difficulties. The complete instrument and its scales showed excellent internal consistency indexes that oscillated between .85 and .97. The CFE scores showed moderate and positive correlations with the DASS-21 Scales. Young people (= 25 years) reported higher levels of stress than those over 26, especially in the interpersonal conflicts factor. The missing the family factor did not show significant differences by age range. Women reported higher levels of intensity in sources of stress, with more marked differences in the burden of virtual learning factor, indicating that women more frequently report the problems that the virtual modality entailed and its compatibility with other responsibilities. To conclude, the interpretations derived from the CFE scale scores are valid for studying pandemic stressors. Its use is recommended for university students and staff. It also discusses the implications of these results for the planning of prevention strategies aimed at lessening the impact of sources of stress on the mental health of students and university officials. - Abstract
The purpose of this instrumental design study was to analyze the psychometric evidence of the Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS) for its application in university students in Metropolitan Lima. A total of 520 students participated, 292 women (56%) and 228 men (44%), between 18 and 61 years of age (M = 24.89, SD = 5.17). The confirmatory factor analysis showed acceptable values for the bifactor model: χ²/gl = 4.645, CFI = .99, TLI = .98, SRMR = .027, RMSEA = .084 (90% C.I., .072, .096) and WRMR = .99. Additionally, a value of H = .945, PUC = .727, ECV = .695 and the ωH = .85 were obtained for the general factor. Convergent validity was examined with the General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES) (r = .50; r² = .25) and divergent validity with the Test Anxiety Inventory-State (TAI-State) (r = -.32; r² = .10). In addition, reliability was determined through the ordinal omega coefficient for the general scale (ω = .97) and its three factors respectively: (ω = .90), (ω = .96) and (ω = .93). Finally, the factorial invariance analysis showed evidence of fairness by sex (ΔCFI<.010, ΔRMSEA <.015). In conclusion, the MSPSS has adequate psychometric properties to quantify the variable perceived social support in Lima university students. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

- Abstract
The psychometric properties of the Brief Sense of Community Scale (BSCS) are analyzed in Colombians residing in Barranquilla, northern Colombia, taking into account the socioeconomic strata categorization of neighborhoodsin the city. We examine whether or not the four-factor theoretical model holds in this context and whether the socioeconomic strata variable of the neighborhoods affects their score. We surveyed 858 people: 491 women, 367 men, aged 18-82 years (M =31.2 years, SD= 14.6). Exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis was used to examine the factor structure and equality of BSCS parameters between groups of neighborhoods with high and low socioeconomic categorization. It was found that, of three models in comparison, the second-order one-factor model explaining the four dimensions of Sense of Community (SC) provided the best fit to the data and is most responsive to the McMillan and Chavis (1986) model. The internal reliability measures were ω of 0.92 and α of 0.91. A correction rule calculated for the polychoric correlation matrix is proposed, where higher scores indicate higher SC. It ends up identifying that the SC is much higher in high and middle socioeconomic strata neighborhoods with respect to low strata neighborhoods. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
