Abstract: The main problem in Michelson Morley’s experiment is that they cannot recognize the difference between vacuum and inertial frame. the experiments were conducted many times but in only single inertial frame. If the experiment is conducted between two inertial frames, the result follows the relative velocity of the inertial frame, not time dilation. Two postulates of relativity are not sufficient. What relative principle, what vacuum, the postulates cannot describe. Practical experimental evidence reveals that light runs in inertial frames, not in a vacuum. The first postulate of relativity reveals that all physical laws are same in all inertial frames regardless what the velocities the frames have. this Galilean relative principle is valid only in inertial frames not in a vacuum. But relative theory applies this principle in vacuum not showing any difference between inertia frame and vacuum. E= mc2 cannot keep any equilibrium between energy and mass. Physical interaction or physical laws not taken place only in a single inertial frame but occupies among many inertial frames. When the interaction ( physical law) occupies among many inertial frames, which time of the inertial frames does the interaction or physical law follow? What's wrong with jet aircraft - time dilation experiment? This follows relative theory? Was the Relative time observed by both observers: in jet aircraft and another on the earthsurface? This article reveals how some relative principles do not obey its own principles. Practical examples given as experimental evidence which prove that: The time dilation principle cannot calculate any time dilation. Relative velocity cannot cause any time intervals. The Galilean relative principle depends upon relative velocity, not time dilation. Time dilation cannot keep the Galilean relative principle.

The main topic of this Bachelor´s thesis is the capital punishment. The aim of this thesis is to chart public opinion on this very controversial topic. The thesis also includes a research in which I examined public opinions on this metters. The aim of the theoretical part is to summarise and to explain the main terminology concerning this issue. It also provides a historical overview of the usage of capital punishment both in the Czech Republic and abroad. It shows the pluses and minuses of the topic and evaluates this issue from the philosophical and historical point of view. The practical part points at the public opinion on the re-establishment of the capital punishment in the Czech Republic. In this research has been employed a quantitative survey using questionnaires. My hypothesis states: People agree with the re-establishment of the capital punishment. The questionnaire has been originated through the website www.survio.cz and has been sent to social departments of various offices. It has also been displayed at the social media within the university where many students could express their opinions. I have gained 355 responces, six of which were discarded due to the incorrect completion. Out of these questionnaires I have created some diagrams featuring public opinion on the given issue. More details are included in the practical part.
