This article presents part of the findings that emerge from the dissertation of the Bachelor's Degree in Educational Sciences at the National University of Mar del Plata and that addresses the corporal and emotional availability of teachers at the Initial Level. From a hermeneutic-narrative approach that expands towards an autobiographical dimension, we seek to interpret what meanings teachers construct about bodily and affective availability from their own testimonies and how they are configured from the prescriptions, fears and pleasures in their practices. teaching. Changes in the labor market are constantly occurring, and the IT specialist market is no exception. In this field, it is important to follow new trends in order to remain in demand as a specialist. In recent years, the demand for IT specialists has continued to grow, especially in the fields of software development, artificial intelligence, machine learning and cybersecurity. This opens up great opportunities for graduates of IT fields, especially in the light of universal digitalization and the transition to remote work. Currently, the market in the IT sector is striving for saturation, the offer of vacancies practically corresponds to demand. Employers are interested in mid- and high-level specialists. Applicants for IT professions require high salaries. For successful employment, you need to be a professional or go into scarce areas. The most in-demand and almost the only IT field where there is a shortage of specialists is 1C. The labor market in 1C is characterized by an excess of vacancies in relation to available resumes. A future specialist in this field should have skills in 1C programming, have knowledge in the subject areas of economics and continuously engage in their professional growth. Purpose – identification of trends in the labor market of IT specialties and employment prospects in the 1C stack. Methodology: the article used methods of analysis and synthesis of statistical information, methods of comparison and generalization. Results: the trend of increasing demand for 1C specialists in the labor market has been revealed. Practical implications it is advisable to apply the obtained results to enterprises, industries, municipalities, regions that monitor the labor market and the education system.

Rural Education in the Brazilian reality involves different geographical and cultural spaces. However, historically, it has been linked to the political and ideological maintenance of capitalism. Thus, the work seeks to investigate from a bibliographic review research, as the issues related to Education in and in the Field in the literature of the area. A bibliographic review was carried out with a Google Scholar search, using terms such as "country education", "identity", "interculturality", but without a specific time interval of publications, and through the selection of texts with higher quality. The results of the education of social movements, with the aim of promoting the advent of communities. The work also highlights the need to effect deeper changes, contemplating issues related to the curriculum, peasant identity and interculturality, in order to build an educational process that establishes the processes of and learning more coherent with these realities.

A resume is a tool for individuals to showcase their professional background and values to market themselves for employment. It is a technical written discourse that requires specific terms and language to convey specific information about job applicants. Recent trends show that recruiters have started looking for candidates with a high level of social intelligence. In order to get through the screening process, job applicants not only need to showcase their values, but also high level of social intelligence through their resume. Nevertheless, fresh graduates do not seem to be concerned about producing good and effective resumes. In many cases, graduates are found to simply copy paste the required information into a standard template. Within this context, it is vital for future graduates to produce effective resumes that provide clear information about them and at the same time demonstrate social intelligence to capture the attention of recruiters. This study examined the presence of social intelligence in written discourse, focusing on the career goal section of four resumes produced by four final year students of one technical university in Malaysia. The resumes were also examined by four human resource officers to obtain their opinions. The career goal section was examined through transactional and interactional functions of language. The findings generated from this analysis were then mapped against Albrecht's of social intelligence dimensions, SPACE. Based on the mapping and the opinions of the human resource officers, it could be concluded that the language used to achieve transactional function of language can be associated with Clarity while language used to achieve interactional function of language can be associated with Situational Awareness. ABSTRACT: In this article, we question the contribution of the flipped classroom to the development of methodological knowledge related to the writing technique of the text summary in L2 in the Algerian university environment. Two groups of students (G1&G2) participate in our experiment conducted during the 2022-2023 academic year in the department of french at the University of Bejaia. We are experimenting with two teaching-learning methods. In the first method, the students of group (G1) follow face-to-face teaching of the technique of text summary in L2. While, in the second method, the students of group (G2) follow a reverse teaching of the technique of the text summary in L2. The results obtained demonstrated the positive effect of the flipped classroom on the development of methodological knowledge of the L2 text summary of group (G2) students compared to group (G1) students. RÉSUMÉ : Dans cet article, nous nous interrogeons sur l’apport de la classe inversée au développement des connaissances méthodologiques relatives à la technique rédactionnelle du résumé de texte en L2 en milieu universitaire algérien. Deux groupes d’étudiants (G1&G2) participent à notre expérimentation menée au cours de l’année universitaire 2022-2023 au sein du département de français de l’université de Bejaia. Nous expérimentons deux méthodes d’enseignement-apprentissage. Dans la première méthode, les étudiants du groupe (G1) suivent un enseignement présentiel de la technique du résumé de texte en L2. Tandis que, dans la seconde méthode, les étudiants du groupe (G2) suivent un enseignement inversé de la technique du résumé de texte en L2. Les résultats de notre recherche mettent en évidence, d’une part, le rôle important de la classe inversée dans le développement des compétences rédactionnelles du résumé de texte en L2 et ouvrent, d’autre part, des perspectives nouvelles dans le développement des nouvelles littératies en contextes numériques.

As childhood death is considered nonnormative and outside of the life course, children may be memorialized differently than adults who have had an opportunity for fuller lives. As obituaries are cultural artifacts used to provide public documentation of personal legacies, this study sought to determine how children obituaries differ from traditional obituaries of those who have lived full lives. I content analyzed 63 children's obituaries to determine how they differ in intention and use of linguistic devices from what we know about traditional obituaries. Several key themes emerged in the obituary content – passions, religion and faith, children's role as siblings, their effect on those around them, and messages written directly to the deceased children. This article presents a bibliographical research, of a qualitative nature, which aimed to: a) identify the main curricular adaptations in the teaching of Mathematics to serve students from the perspective of inclusive education; b) analyze how teachers recognize themselves in the curriculum production process, respecting the specificities of students. Data collection was carried out by reading selected works that address the theme of inclusive mathematics teaching. Regarding the examination of the data, we opted for Content Analysis. As a result, we can point out that flexibility in the curriculum is fundamental within the process of school inclusion, and in the teaching of mathematics, adaptations in games, problem solving, as well as contextualization and socialization are indicators that collaborate in the learning process of students, with or without disabilities.

This article presents the results of a lexicometric and content study carried out in the curricula of different subjects of secondary education whose objective has been to demonstrate the regulatory changes in digital competence. Above all, we are interested in Internet security aspects that also include privacy. For this, the regional decrees of secondary education that derive from Organic Law 2/2006 of May 3 (LOE), and Organic Law 2/2013 of December 9 (LOMCE) have been analyzed, from three areas of media literacy: digital training, processing and treatment of information and critical thinking. The most recent Royal Decree 217/2022 of March 29 of the new Organic Law 3/2020 of Modification of the LOE (LOMLOE) has also been assessed. Finally, contrasting the results with the literature consulted, we come to understand the importance of digital security and privacy in secondary education from three areas of media and information literacy: instrumental training, understanding and analysis of digital content, and its consumption and production. With the burgeoning growth of the job market and a surge in applications, the processes of job recommendation and candidate selection have become complex and labor-intensive. The advent of new technologies such as machine learning has automated these processes, yet the unstructured nature of resumes, often in PDF format, necessitates laborious data extraction for efficient skill-based candidate screening and categorization. Ineffectual recruitment can result from mismatched skills. The system proposed in this study aims to address these challenges by automatically fetching and categorizing resumes, extracting critical information, and utilizing job descriptions for candidate selection and recommendations. Unstructured data from PDF documents is extracted using a PDF reader, and machine learning algorithms, specifically logistic regression and Gaussian Naïve Bayes, are employed for generating recommendations. In an innovative approach, this system not only classifies resumes but also recommends updates or rewrites. Performance of the proposed system is evaluated in terms of classification accuracy and the effectiveness of update recommendations, and results are compared with alternative models. The university models that are conceived today produce effects directly on the conformation of higher education curricula, which generates tension in the ways in which they are related: they are integrated, excluded, approached, distanced, according to the different historical configurations in which they are inserted. From this tension result: i) what is meant by university, which responds to the conception of modern university, translated by the inseparability between research, teaching and extension, and ii) what is meant by higher education, which prepares to serve the market and which, can be affiliated with a marketing concept. In this sense, this article, resulting from bibliographical research, aims to observe how a certain conception of university is related to a conception of curriculum and the effects that can be produced. Therefore, the proximity in the ways in which they are constituted showed different effects for the construction of a modern conception of university and for the emergence of a university that provides services (CHAUÍ, 2001). The service provider university deconstructs the university as a social institution with teaching, research and extension inseparable. In the approximation between university models and curriculum theories, a model of public university was evidenced that is largely restricted to its traditional function of training polyvalent professionals for the labor market. This function of the public university is in correlation with the concept of a service provider university. On the other hand, a possible model of the university as a social institution was evidenced, which would be related to the post-critical theories of curriculum, an emancipating university. This article presents a literature systematic review on the curriculum in Early Childhood Education, based on surveys carried out in Capes Periodicals Portal and in Annals of National Meetings of the National Association for Research in Education (ANPEd). The purpose is elaborating an overview of the academic production on this matter in the last five years (2017-2022) to clarify study problems. Exhaustive texts readings were carried out, accompanied by a form with the following indexes: (i) research problems; (ii) curriculum design; (iii) theoretical framework; and (iv) methodology. The results indicate that: research problems refer to pedagogical policies and practices; theoretical references outside pedagogy are used, such as philosophy, sociology and politics; and methodologies such as ethnography and cartography are also used. We have concluded that, in comparison with revisions results from previous periods, the interest in the Early Childhood's curriculum grows, and in this context, critical and post-critical theories of curriculum can help deepening in the matter. We propose a CMOS synapse circuit using a time-domain digital-to-analog converter (TDAC) for realizing spiking neural network hardware with on-chip learning. A TDAC has the advantages that (i) it can reproduce a post-synaptic potential and (ii) its number of analog components for DA conversion, such as current sources and capacitors, is independent of the bit width. We designed a synapse circuit using TSMC 40 nm technology, and the synaptic weight was updated by the remote supervised method (ReSuMe) or spike timing-dependent plasticity (STDP). The circuit simulation results of the designed circuit show that it can execute ReSuMe and generate the time-window function for STDP with high energy efficiency. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Ont été analysées au moyen d’un grand nombre d’indicateurs les annotations présentes dans plusieurs centaines de résumés ou de synthèses élaborés par des primoétudiants inscrits dans un bachelier en Droit. Je me suis centrée sur les pratiques évaluatives de quatre assistants, à qui ont été confiés des séminaires en sciences humaines (criminologie, sociologie, histoire contemporaine). Les analyses montrent des résultats assez divergents par rapport aux études existantes en la matière.

ABSTRAK Dalam sebuah perusahaan manufaktur, produk yang dihasilkan selalu mengalami proses pengembangan tertentu yang mencakup pembuatan desain hingga menjadi prototype dengan tujuan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen. Salah satu mesin yang tepat dan efektif untuk pembuatan prototype adalah 3D printer. Energi listrik dibutuhkan selama proses printing, jika suplai energi listrik terhenti maka mesin 3D printer akan berhenti bekerja. Sehingga ketika suplai energi listrik tersambung kembali proses printing harus mengulang dari awal. Hal ini menyebabkan kerugian material dan waktu, semakin besar ukuran protoype yang dicetak maka akan semakin besar kerugian material dan waktunya. Oleh karena itu, mesin 3D printer memerlukan suatu kemampuan untuk menyimpan data posisi dan melanjutkan proses printing berdasarkan data tersebut. Berdasarkan pengujian akurasi penyimpanan data posisi ekstruder terhadap sumbu X, Y, Z, menggunakan AS5600 magnetic encoder didapatkan persentase error sebesar 0.004928649% pada sumbu X, 0.025628032% pada sumbu Y, 0.020581289% pada sumbu Z. One of the right and effective machines for prototyping is a 3D printer. Electrical energy is needed during the printing process, if the supply of electrical energy stops, the 3D printer engine will stop working. So that when the supply of electrical energy is reconnected the printing process has to repeat from the beginning. This causes material and time losses, the larger the printed prototype size, the greater the material and time losses. Therefore, a 3D printer machine requires the ability to store position data and continue the printing process based on that data. Based on testing the accuracy of ekstruder position data storage on the X, Y, Z planes, using the AS5600 magnetic encoder, the percentage error is 0.004928649% on the X axis, 0.025628032% on the Y axis, 0.020581289% on the Z axis. INTRODUCTION: Mentoring through scientific initiation and post-graduate programs are an essential instrument on the formation of human resources and the perpetuation of national scientific production. The role of research professors in the proper scientific development of graduate and post-graduate medical students has been continuously reaffirmed in several surveys on the quality of Brazilian superior education, despite the continuous desvalorization of higher education in the country. Determine the career and profile of research productivity fellows could measure the impact of these professionals in teaching, researching and internationalization of our university. OBJECTIVE: To characterize the professional profile and scientific production of the Productivity in Research Program fellows from the Faculty of Medicine of the Federal University of Minas Gerais. METHODS: This descriptive study is based on the analysis of public data available at Lattes Platform. Research productivity fellows were determined based on the results of the 2013, 2016 and 2019 calls for tenders. RESULTS: Analysis of the variables showed a decrease in the number of professors with scholarships at the institution, which went from 34 to 29. We observed a significantly higher number of funded projects of male professionals when compared to female researchers (p=0.03) and a strong correlation between years of doctorate degree and the number of mentored doctors currently dedicating to research. CONCLUSION: Experient research professors exert direct impact on the formation of qualified human resources and the internationalization of the federal university.

This article problematizes the tense ratio between teachers and class assistants. This legally established division of labor undermines the care-education binomial and has a considerable impact on the quality of early childhood work. It will be argued that there is an inseparability of these functions, as guided by the reference curriculum of Minas Gerais and all the guiding documents of early childhood education. This documental analysis aims to investigate the reference curriculum of Minas Gerais in order to point out its perspectives on caring and educating in early childhood education, underlining the roles of the teacher and the kindergarten assistant. The first part will present a brief overview of the history of early childhood education and its struggle for legitimacy as a stage of basic education. It will be studied the reality of teachers and kindergarten assistants in the southern municipality of Minas Gerais regarding the administrative division of labor will be examined, comparing with what the reference curriculum of Minas Gerais considers ideal for early childhood education. It is expected to find a direction of legislation to strengthen early childhood education as a right, where caring and educating are not based on philanthropy or welfare, but on public policies.
