The cardiovascular system is one of the key systems of the body, which determines the boundaries of a person's physical and mental performance and ensures the adaptation of students' bodies to the educational process. At the same time, various factors can cause tension in students adaptation mechanisms, one of which may be the period of the examination session.Purpose: to identify differences in the perfor­mance of the cardiovascular system and psychophysiological parameters during the examination session and during seminar classes among medical students of the second year of study.Object and methods: The study was conducted on 22 second-year students of both sexes. The subjects heart rate and blood pressure were studied and the values of the index of functional changes, adaptive potential and Robinson's index were calculated. The psychoemotional component was assessed according to the results of the Spielberger-Hanin test, the Guilford test and work efficiency, which was calculated based on the time spent working with Schulte tables.Results: indicators of the cardiovascular system showed an increase in the tension of adaptation processes during seminar classes, compared with the period of the examination session, for example, the IFC values statistically significant changed from 2.12±0.09 to 2.25±0.07 (p

Adaptive potential is an important indicator of the efficiency of the cardiovascular system. A possible cause of tension in adaptation processes may be situational anxiety, while the question of predictors of its occurrence and its impact on the cognitive abilities of medical students remains incompletely studied.Purpose of the work: to study the relationship between indicators of adaptation of the cardiovascular system and the level of situational anxiety, as well as to analyze individual parameters of attention and social intelligence among second-year medical university students.Object and methods. The study assessed the state of the cardiovascular system, the level of situational anxiety, the level of development of social intelligence and the level of attention in 22 students of both sexes. Results. Adaptation potential is 8.56±0.354 points, which indicates unsatisfactory adaptation of students. Analysis of the index of functional changes showed a satisfactory state of adaptation mechanisms, while 27% of students noted tension in the adaptation mechanisms of the cardiovascular system, which may indicate an excessive influence of stress factors on the functional capabilities of the body. In addition, correlations were identified between: IFI and the level of situational anxiety, situational anxiety and the level of development of social intelligence, and between the indicator of situational anxiety and the duration of work with Schulte tables.Conclusions. The study made it possible to assess the state of students’ adaptation mechanisms and identify the reason for the tension of these mechanisms – the development of anxiety states.

Relevance. Studying the adaptive potential of students is an important way to assess the level of health and early career guidance of future doctors.The purpose of the study is to study the adaptive potential of the cardiovascular system among second-year medical university students.Object and methods. The study involved 507 students of both sexes studying in their second year at Samara State Medical University. At the first stage of the study, anthropometric parameters were studied in all subjects. At the second stage, an analysis of the adaptive potential was carried out by calculating the following indicators: index of functional changes, adaptive potential according to the equation of L.A. Konevskikh, Robinson index.Conclusions. An analysis of the functional state of the cardiovascular system of medical university students revealed that the majority of students already in their second year have a disruption of adaptation processes, which is associated with low functional capabilities of the body, tension in adaptation mechanisms and disruption in the functioning of regulatory systems.

Cardiovascular diseases are the leading cause of death, prevailing in old age. It is necessary to quickly assess the work of the cardiovascular system in the practice of a clinician, especially at the outpatient stage. There are a number of indices and coefficients that can be calculated on the basis of a general examination (without financial costs), namely, the Kerdo index, the Robinson index, pulse pressure, endurance coefficient, adaptive potential according to Baevsky, the actual index of blood supply, type of blood flow autoregulation, stroke volume of the heart, index of blood flow efficiency, physical well-being, and the Hildebrandt index. Common outputs of software programs for network estimation include association matrices containing the edge weights between pairs of symptoms and a plot of the symptom network. Although such outputs are useful, it is sometimes difficult to ascertain structural relationships among symptoms from these types of output alone. We propose that matrix permutation provides a simple, yet effective, approach for clarifying the order relationships among the symptoms based on the edge weights of the network. For directed symptom networks, we use a permutation criterion that has classic applications in electrical circuit theory and economics. This criterion can be used to place symptoms that strongly predict other symptoms at the beginning of the ordering, and symptoms that are strongly predicted by other symptoms at the end. For undirected symptom networks, we recommend a permutation criterion that is based on location theory in the field of operations research. When using this criterion, symptoms with many strong ties tend to be placed centrally in the ordering, whereas weakly-tied symptoms are placed at the ends. The permutation optimization problems are solved using dynamic programming. We also make use of branch-search algorithms for extracting maximum cardinality subsets of symptoms that have perfect structure with respect to a selected criterion. Software for implementing the dynamic programming algorithms is available in MATLAB and R. Two networks from the literature are used to demonstrate the matrix permutation algorithms. An important criterion for the effectiveness of the physical rehabilitation program is the body's tolerance to physical activity, which can be assessed on the basis of the responses of the cardiovascular and vegetative nervous systems. The use of graduated physical exercise in complex therapy allows to partially normalize metabolism and vegetative regulation (to reduce sympathetic and increase parasympathetic activity). Approach. Research methods: theoretical analysis of scientific and methodological library and e-resources, pedagogical monitoring, medical and biological research methods (study of medical histories, examination, survey, determination of heart rate, tonometry), functional research methods (Robinson index, Kerdo index), methods of mathematical statistics. Purpose. The purpose of the study was to determine the levels of response and recovery of the cardiovascular and vegetative nervous systems in the process of physical rehabilitation of people with coronary heart disease (stable angina, II functional class) in the post-hospital period. Objectives of the study: to develop a program of differentiated use of physical rehabilitation measures for the second adult age people with coronary heart disease (stable angina, II functional class) in the post-hospital period and to determine the levels of response and recovery of cardiovascular and vegetative nervous systems in the process of using of physical rehabilitation means for people suffering from a coronary heart disease (stable angina, II functional class) in the post-hospital period. Results. Based on the calculation of Robinson indices and Kerdo indices, current and operational criteria for assessing the effectiveness of the process of physical rehabilitation for people with coronary heart disease (stable angina, II functional class) were developed for further differentiated use of means and methods of physical rehabilitation. Conclusion. The established type of reaction and recovery of the cardiovascular and autonomic nervous systems can be used as current and operational criteria for the effectiveness of physical rehabilitation in people with coronary heart disease (stable angina, II functional class) and further differentiated use of means and methods of physical rehabilitation. Objective: The aim: To examine the effect of the developed wellness program on hemodynamic indices and psychological state of perimenopausal women., Patients and Methods: Materials and methods: The study involved 27 women aged 39 to 47 years. Inclusion criteria: recorded perimenopause, climacteric syndrome, history of episodic increase in blood pressure up to 140/85 or 150/90 mmHg. Exclusion criteria: primary hypertension, diabetes mellitus, chronic contagious, systemic, oncology diseases, and mental illnesses. Research procedure comprised tracing of the heart rate, blood pressure registration, and pulse pressure calculation. Robinson index, the coefficient of endurance according to A. Kvas formula were calculated. The assessment of psychological state was made using the Spielberger-Khanin Inventory., Results: Results: Multidisciplinary professionals gave classes upon wellness program at "Women's Health" school. The program included educational conversations, healthy walking, massage, psycho-corrective exercises. The dynamics of the studied parameters was analyzed after 12 weeks. Based on the anthropometric measures findings the tested women showed improvement of 6,76% weight loss; and their body mass index decreased by 6,77%. Initial numbers of Robinson index and the coefficient of endurance were above normal values. After working under the program statistically significant dynamics was observed (р <0,05), although there were still signs of cardiovascular disorders. There were statistically significant positive changes Spielberger-Khanin Inventory on State Anxiety (-9,09%) and Personal Anxiety Scales (-6,96%) (p <0,05)., Conclusion: Conclusions: Early detection of risk factors and physical activity will help to bring a vast improvement to prognosis and quality of life of perimenopausal women with hypertension onset.
