La fusion comme un outil de modernisation des organisations est confrontée aux contraintes de la spécialisation qui peut limiter sa garantie de réussite. Une méta-analyse de quarante-six documents a permis d’identifier, depuis la dernière décennie, quatre principales fusions ayant guidé les réformes de la formation des enseignants visant améliorer la qualité des acquisitions des élèves. D’abord, les Centres régionaux des métiers de l’éducation et de la formation ont élargi les parcours de formation justifiant une convergence vers la généralisation qui ignore les détails. Ensuite, les deux concours de recrutement des enseignants des cycles secondaires ont été substitués par un seul concours suggérant une similitude entre les profils d’entrée des candidats. Par ailleurs, la fusion des dispositifs de formation pour les cycles secondaires a réduit de moitié le nombre des cursus de formation. Enfin, la fusion statutaire a permis de satisfaire les besoins des établissements scolaires, et a orienté les fonctions des enseignants vers le processus d’enseignement.

Brazil is an emerging country with tremendous potential and the ambition to become a major player in global politics. Achieving high international status, however, depends not only on aspiration, but on the intersubjective perceptions of states that are already established as great powers. Brazil’s rise is connected not only to its attributes of power but to how the country is perceived by others. This article advances the study of Brazil’s status by analyzing the image of the country according to the perceptions of the foreign policy community of the permanent members of the United Nations Security Council. It contributes to International Relations scholarship by addressing the relation between images of a nation and its level of prestige. This research responds to claims that status motivates car use. It extends understandings of what status is and of how status influences car use practices. The paper begins with a theoretical exploration of the concept of status and continues with a case study exploring how individuals in Christchurch, New Zealand, relate to status concerns associated with cars. Drawing on in-depth qualitative research, the paper finds that participants conceptualised status in terms of multidimensional hybrid assemblages of meaning. Further, a car had to match a person's wider social and cultural context in order to perform as a status symbol. Cars that symbolised a sense of intentional accomplishment or progression were most often associated with desired dimensions of status. The paper concludes by noting that status symbolism reflects a complex interplay of social dynamics, and that status is more than a characteristic of a material object. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Srednjovjekovni zakoni, koji u sebi sadržavaju zaustavljenu jezičnu sliku pisanog pravnog teksta svojeg vremena, predstavljaju važan izvor za dijalektološka istraživanja i istraživanja na području kontaktne lingvistike kao važna građa za jezične analize. Cilj je ovog rada iz triju pravnih dokumenata s područja Liburnije (Zakon Grada Kastva – 1400., Veprinački zakon – 1507. i Zakon kaštela Mošćenic – 1637.) ekscerpirati talijanske i mletačke posuđenice s područja prava. Svaki će se dobiveni leksem etimološki i leksikološki obraditi te će se utvrditi njegova neposredna i daleka etimologija.

L'importance de cette recherche réside dans le fait qu'elle porte sur un droit moderne au Maroc qui réglemente une nouvelle forme de société, qui est la société par actions simplifiée (SAS), qui jouit de nombreuses particularités et offre des procédures simplifiées en matière de création, de gestion et de liquidation.Cette étude vise à analyser la loi 19.20 et à expliciter son contenu et à la comparer avec d’autres législations en droit comparé, surtout le droit français, en s'appuyant sur la méthode analytique enrichie par la méthode comparative. L'étude a conclu que cette nouvelle loi reflète la force de la nature contractuelle de la société, et qu’elle n’a pas introduit un régime transitoire pour les anciennes sociétés anonymes simplifiées après l’abrogation des dispositions qui les régissent, et que cette nouvelle forme juridique peut répondre à toutes les attentes vue ses avantages, c’est la pratique qui va révéler la réussite de cette réforme.

Srednjovjekovni su zakoni važan izvor za proučavanje kulture i povijesti određenoga kraja. Usto oni predstavljaju značajna vrela za dijalektološka istraživanja te istraživanja na području kontaktne lingvistike. U ovom se radu obrađuju tri pravna dokumenta s područja Liburnije: Zakon Grada Kastva (1400.), Veprinački zakon (1507.) i Zakon kaštela Mošćenic (1637.). Na temelju provedene analize utvrđuje se zastupljenost talijanizama u navedenim trima dokumentima. Cilj je ekscerpirati te etimološki i leksikološki obraditi dio talijanizama iz semantičkog polja prava. Pojam talijanizam u ovom radu obuhvaća posuđenice iz mletačkog i talijanskog. Uz utvrđivanje neposredne etimologije posuđenica, odredit će se i daleka etimologija leksema.

Artykuł poświęcony jest problemowi obywatelskiej inicjatywy uchwałodawczej. Przedmiotem podjętych rozważań jest dokonanie analizy obowiązujących uregulowań prawnych dotyczących obywatelskiej inicjatywy uchwałodawczej. W artykule omówiono prace nad zmianami w polskim prawodawstwie, mające na celu ułatwienie w korzystaniu z tej formy aktywności społecznej. Na przykładzie Łodzi zaprezentowano aktywność obywateli w zakresie wnoszenia obywatelskiej inicjatywy uchwałodawczej tuż przed, jak i po zmianie przepisów. Tym samym przeanalizowano trafność i zupełność rozwiązań legislacyjnych w kontekście praktycznym. Artykuł jest także odpowiedzią na pytanie, czy uregulowanie obywatelskiej inicjatywy uchwałodawczej w przepisach ustawowych rozwiązało dylematy prawne w tym zakresie. Uwzględnienie obywatelskiej inicjatywy uchwałodawczej w ustawach samorządowych to pierwszy krok w kierunku urzeczywistnienia fazy inicjatorskiej tworzenia przez mieszkańców lokalnego prawa, ale nie jedyny, który należy podjąć, aby owa instytucja zaistniała w świadomości mieszkańców.

The author of this article presents the location of the Statute of the Polish Province of the Order of Preachers in the law of the Dominican Order and its history. This document is a normative act for the Polish Dominican province and constitutes its own law. The author, taking up this topic as the first one, indicated in the study detailed source materials. On their basis he proved that the provincial statute came into being as a result of the provincial chapter of 1969. The statute is also grounded in the provisions of the Dominican religious constitutions and in the decisions of the general chapter in River Forest in the USA from 1968. The author of the study, on the basis of an analysis of the changes made to the Statute during the provincial chapters of the last 50 years, has shown three time caesuras that make it possible to indicate the most significant events influencing the provincial law. Peer health mediators are now part of the psychiatric landscape. Their work has been extended to the medico-social, social and addiction fields. The French National Authority for Health advocates the integration of peers into institutions to support and encourage patients' involvement in their care. Fort the most part, and unlike many European countries that have experienced municipal mergers, the French response to municipal fragmentation has been to resort to cooperative logics, a kind of soft alternative to mergers. The progress of intermunicipal cooperation and the preservation of a municipal order of intermunicipality have long been the subject of institutional struggles, both at the local level and in the more general framework of national and parliamentary political debate. In the context of territorial reform, these struggles seem to have intensified and unfolded in a context marked by a form of competitive autonomization of intermunicipalities facing municipalities. Observed in the field of representation (associations of elected officials), they reveal a tightening of the legal lock that is eroding the capacity of local elected officials on the ground to shape the cooperative framework themselves. But these struggles also highlight the capacities of municipalist safeguards, which are deployed both in a defensive mode (statutory and electoral issues) and, from now on, in a counter-offensive mode ("communes nouvelles", "Engagement et Proximité" Act). Le paysage linguistique algérien est le produit de son Histoire, de sa modernité, de sa géographie. Ces paramètres constitutifs de l’identité de l’algérien se laissent entrevoir dans ses activités quotidiennes. La dynamique linguistique que nos apprenants adaptent à leurs besoins expressifs fait fluctuer leurs représentations linguistiques. Le rapport symbolique des apprenants à l’arabité et l’islamité qui lui est intrinsèquement liée, à l’arabe algérien et à son lot de représentations négatives, au français et à son statut ambigu : tantôt langue du colon, tantôt langue d’ouverture, fluctue selon les enjeux discursifs. Notre proposition de communication traite d’un état des lieux des langues en Algérie, le rapport diglossique entre elles, ainsi que le statut du français au sein du processus d’enseignement/apprentissage.

Pour l’essentiel et à la différence de nombreux pays européens ayant connu des fusions communales, la réponse française à la fragmentation communale a recouru aux logiques coopératives, sorte d’alternative douce à la fusion. Progrès de l’intercommunalité et ménagements d’un ordre municipaliste de l’intercommunalité font depuis longtemps l’objet de luttes d’institutions, aussi bien au plan local que dans le cadre plus général du débat politique national et parlementaire. Dans le cadre de la réforme territoriale, ces luttes semblent s’être intensifiées et déployées dans un contexte marqué par une forme d’autonomisation concurrentielle des intercommunalités à l’endroit des municipalités. Observables sur le terrain de la représentation (associations d’élus), elles dévoilent un resserrement du verrou juridique rognant la capacité des élus locaux sur le terrain à façonner eux-mêmes le cadre coopératif. Mais ces luttes mettent aussi en évidence les capacités de sauvegarde municipaliste qui se déploient aussi bien sur un mode défensif (questions statutaire et électorale) que, désormais, sur un mode contre-offensif (communes nouvelles, loi Engagement et Proximité).

Lorsque survient un événement fatidique d’ordre sanitaire, qui affecte l’autonomie de la personne âgée, l’« espace de vie » est remanié, en particulier lorsque le.la conjoint.e endosse le rôle d’aidant. Ce bouleversement est objectif : le quotidien est transformé : les repères routiniers (temps, espaces, relations), les activités, les rôles sociaux, l’intégration d’un nouveau cadre normatif et moral avec un dispositif d’aide à domicile. La fonction d’aidant (avec de nouvelles tâches assumées, le partenariat avec des organismes professionnels) est jalonnée par un planning de soins et d’aides, et par les évolutions pathologiques. Elle occasionne la fréquentation d’espaces et de personnes dédiés à l’accompagnement et au soin. L’aidant abandonne alors certaines activités de loisirs et de sociabilité et connaît un surinvestissement domestique, qui se ré-inverse au placement du conjoint en établissement médico-social.Cette transition biographique du « devenir conjoint aidant » se manifeste aussi par des modifications subjectives, avec un processus réflexif de délibération sur ses choix, un renouvellement du récit de soi, une modification des représentations d’avenir. L’aidant connaît aussi des transformations socio-cognitives en développant des apprentissages expérientiels, des changements de représentations sur la vie domestique et sociale.Pour franchir une telle transition biographique, tous les sujets ne disposent pas des mêmes ressources sociales, matérielles, cognitives et affectives : les entretiens biographiques conduits avec des sujets âgés devenus aidants de leur conjoint malade d’Alzheimer pointent la manière différentielle de surmonter cette épreuve et soulèvent la question cruciale des formes que peut prendre l’accompagnement des aidants, pour compenser ces inégalités.

There is no uniform model of employment in Polish legislation. The shape of the employment relationship of an academic employee is strongly influenced by the specific normative relationship that exists between the Labour Code and the Law on Higher Education. It should be noted that the Law on Higher Education is not a sufficient regulation. It regulates, in principle, sufficiently those issues that require, due to its nature, a different than regulatory code. The relations between these two acts are diverse, which results from the construction of Article 5 of the Labour Code. The statutory regulations affect the shape of the employment relationship. Each college as part of its autonomy can regulate various issues, creating many different hybrid work relationship models.

Resource Control Theory (Hawley, 1999) has been presented as an alternative theory for the study of preadolescent social behavior. However, there are no instruments to assess its proposals for the Spanish language. The study's objective was to validate the Resource Control Resources Inventory for the Chilean preadolescent population. For this purpose, qualitative and quantitative methodologies were used. 5th to 8th graders from two public schools from Santiago de Chile were part of the sample. Seven students were interviewed, and 180 were surveyed. After the translation and adaptation, the inventory showed an excellent fit to the factorial model, and the criterion validity showed similar results to those reported in recent literature. L’étude porte sur les fonctions pragmatiques de la répétition locale dans des entretiens oraux. Nous nous focalisons sur les hétéro-répétitions locales en contexte d’interaction dans une visée pragmatique afin d’analyser la relation interlocutive dans un contexte de soin. Sont sélectionnés douze entretiens du corpus DECLICS2016 conduits entre deux locuteurs : un patient et un médecin ou un patient et un thérapeute d’orientation psychanalytique. Nous déterminons, dans ce contexte interlocutoire, les fonctions pragmatiques liées à l’usage de l’hétéro-répétition locale et vérifions si elles caractérisent le statut du locuteur. Sur un total de 186 hétéro-répétitions locales, nous avons identifié huit fonctions pragmatiques : la confirmation, la précision, la rectification, la réponse‑reprise, le ciblage, le partage de savoir, la reprise de sens en écho, le questionnement. On constate que les fonctions se répartissent différemment selon le statut du locuteur. Les patients utilisent prioritairement la répétition locale dans un but de confirmation (dans 59 % des cas), les médecins favorisent plutôt le partage de savoir (dans 48 % des cas) et les thérapeutes usent de la répétition dans un but phatique pour maintenir l’échange (dans 68 % des cas). Ces résultats indiquent que les voix énonciatives des locuteurs confirment au plan performatif leurs statuts respectifs. Notre étude, en contexte de soin hospitalier, montre que la répétition locale est un indicateur fiable pour identifier chacun des interlocuteurs et pour caractériser la relation interlocutive.

Cette recherche interroge la trajectoire professionnelle d’un journaliste, ancien rédacteur en chef d’un quotidien régional du sud de la France, devenu directeur de la communication au sein de la même entreprise de presse où s’est déroulé l’essentiel de son parcours journalistique. Il s’agit de comprendre comment s’opère la mutation professionnelle d’une personne bénéficiant d’une légitimité journalistique au sein de son média, et se retrouvant dans une position « hors champs » par rapport à sa première communauté d’appartenance. Dans les rédactions traditionnelles comme cela s’observe au sein des quotidiens régionaux français, les fonctions de communication souffrent encore d’un procès en illégitimité, même si, pour des raisons économiques notamment, les pratiques rédactionnelles tendant à s’hybrider de plus en plus vers des logiques plus communicationnelles (Frisque, 2014). Cette étude se concentre sur la manière dont ce professionnel, qui définit ses missions communicationnelles comme au service du contenu éditorial de la rédaction, -signifiant par là qu’il effectue, dans la façon d’appréhender son métier, une différence fondamentale entre les fonctions "habituelles" d’un directeur de la communication au sein d’une entreprise et les compétences attendues au sein d’un média- ; procède, en interne, à des mécanismes d’ajustements récurrents afin de conforter son statut quelque peu atypique.

Celem niniejszego artykułu jest wskazanie odrębności ustrojowych gmin uzdrowiskowych w Polsce. Aby to uczynić rozważania osadzono w perspektywie rozwoju ustawodawstwa uzdrowiskowego, którego początki sięgają 1922 roku, ale trzon rozważań dotyczy aktualnego stanu prawnego. W artykule wskazano, że gmina uzdrowiskowa jest gminą o dualnym modelu ustrojowoprawnym: standardowym i specjalnym. Odrębności dotyczą kilku zagadnień: obszaru i nazwy, zadań i opłaty uzdrowiskowej, komisji uzdrowiskowej, statutu oraz nadzoru. Wynikają one ze szczególnego charakteru tych gmin, zdeterminowanego występowaniem zadań publicznych, związanych z prowadzeniem lecznictwa uzdrowiskowego. W zakończeniu stwierdzono, że są dwa filary gminy uzdrowiskowej: surowcowy, opierający się na konieczności zapewnienia bardzo dobrych warunków sanitarnych i środowiskowych miejscowości i ludzki, który stanowią turyści. Aby prawidłowo zarządzać tymi filarami ustawodawca zdecydował o odrębnym statusie ustrojowoprawnym tych gmin.

The current political map of the world still shows many territories that did not free themselves during the decolonisation and thus continue to be connected to their metropoles, often thousands of kilometres away. This study discusses one such example, three overseas territories of the French Republic, namely French Guiana, Mayotte and New Caledonia. These were chosen considering their different geographic location and similar size of population. The study aims to analyse the intensity of relation of these territories to Paris and to compare their status in a comprehensive way. To fulfil this goal the study focuses on 25 relevant criteria divided into eight thematic areas (geographic-demographic, historical, constitutional, economic, political, ethno-religious, strategic, symbolic). Following detailed analysis of the data collected in each criterion, the study—using comparative method—attempts to classify the territories locating them on a scale according to the intensity of their connection with the metropole and the likelihood of becoming independent. El mapa político actual del mundo todavía muestra muchos territorios que no se liberaron durante la descolonización y, por lo tanto, continúan conectados a sus metrópolis, a menudo a miles de kilómetros de distancia. Este estudio analiza uno de esos ejemplos, tres territorios de ultramar de la República Francesa, a saber, la Guayana Francesa, Mayotte y Nueva Caledonia. Estos fueron elegidos teniendo en cuenta su diferente ubicación geográfica y el tamaño similar de la población. El estudio tiene como objetivo analizar la intensidad de la relación de estos territorios con París y comparar su estado de manera integral. Para cumplir este objetivo, el estudio se centra en 25 criterios relevantes divididos en 8 áreas temáticas (geográfico-demográficas, históricas, constitucionales, económicas, políticas, etno-religiosas, estratégicas, simbólicas). Cette étude analyse un tel exemple, trois territoires d'outre-mer de la République française, à savoir la Guyane française, Mayotte et la Nouvelle-Calédonie. Ceux-ci ont été choisis en tenant compte de leur situation géographique différente et de la taille similaire de la population. L'objectif de l'étude est d'analyser l'intensité de la relation de ces territoires avec Paris et de comparer globalement leur état. Pour atteindre cet objectif, l'étude se concentre sur 25 critères pertinents répartis en huit domaines thématiques (géographique-démographique, historique, constitutionnel, économique, politique, ethno-religieux, stratégique, symbolique). Après une analyse détaillée des données collectées dans chaque critère, l'étude, à l'aide d'une méthode comparative, tente de classer les territoires qui les localisent sur une échelle en fonction de l'intensité de leur lien avec la métropole et de la probabilité de devenir indépendant. The change of the administrative system in the Habsburg monarchy after the 1848/1849 revolution led to, among other things, the establishment of the category of statutory cities, governed by their own statutes and not by the municipal regulations valid for all other cities. One of the trends in the research of municipal governments in the second half of the nineteenth century is to analyse municipal elections, namely the electoral system, the number of eligible voters, voter turnout, etc. The city of Liberec in northern Bohemia had been a statutory city since the very beginning. It, however, resembled non-statutory cities with its electoral rules, as it had the same system for dividing voters into bodies, which produced a much less balanced proportion of voters in electoral bodies. This led to lower voter turnout, specifically in the third body, as these votes had a much lower weight. The voters did not have much power to influence the election results, and therefore only a minority of them voted. Another contributing factor to the low turnout was the frequency of elections, which were held every year in Liberec, as well as the fact that no alternative to the German liberals, who controlled the city hall, was available until the mid-1880s. Change only came with the German nationalists, who entered the municipal politics and took over the city in 1885. The turnout then increased considerably, despite the fact that the new statues released in 1889 did not bring any major changes to the electoral rules. Restrictions typical of the 1850s statutes remained in place, although they had mostly disappeared from the new municipal regulations of other cities. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Cette étude se propose d'évaluer l'effet du statut et de l'âge sur les comportements anti-sociaux au travail-CAAT dont sont victimes les salariés du secteur minier au Niger. Un questionnaire administré à un échantillon de 179 agents (96 cadres et 83 ouvriers) a montré que ces variables n'ont pas d'effet sur les CAAT, contrairement aux résultats trouvés dans les organisations occidentales.
