Disassembly of end-of-use products is critical to the economic feasibility of circular feedstock, reusing, recycling and remanufacturing loops. High-volume disassembly operations are constrained by disassembly complexity and product variability. The capability to buffer against timing, quantity and quality uncertainties of end-of-use products impacts the efficiency and profitability of demanufacturing systems. To achieve a competitive operation in the manufacturing life-cycle, disassembly systems need automated lines, however, the unpredictability of core supply challenges automation adaptability. Disassembly robot trajectories that are programmed manually or controlled by vision systems can be time intensive and subject to variability in lighting conditions and image recognition models. Alternatively, this paper presents a novel human-robot disassembly framework to systematically extract and generate robot trajectories derived from human-collaborative robot (cobot) disassembly. The collaborative training station proposed classifies trajectory segments and then adjusts trajectories to station-specific robots in a high-volume disassembly line. Virtual and physical collaborative disassembly case studies are presented and discussed. Results demonstrate the effectiveness of the disassembly data extraction method but indicate a disparity between the expected and ideal disassembly trajectories due to variability from human handling, which is further discussed in this paper. Facing the trend of Industry 4.0, the cloud-based supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system employing cloud computing and IoT technology can help the manufacturing industry reduce software investment and system maintenance costs. However, manufacturers may need to install new sensors and controllers, the connection of SCADA system and shop floor machine controller, monitoring dashboard design and implementation usually need to outsource to an experienced system integration company, which may impede medium-sized manufacturing enterprises (SMEs). This paper aims to develop a cloud-based intelligent machine monitoring and control system (CIM-MCS) framework, the service structure, and approach to deploying the CIM-MCS in a public cloud infrastructure platform and service provider. The package diagram is proposed for building the CIM-MCS's virtual factory model to improve modeling efficiency and data stability. CIM-MCS and its SCADA application in a leading automatic filling and packaging production line show that the CIM-MCS is easy to implement. The transmission time is short and acceptable for practical application. The integration of CIM-MCS with a cloud-based advanced planning scheduling system has the advantage of real-time monitoring, production progress reporting, scheduling, and dispatching and achieves the goal of anytime, anywhere, anyone, and any platform operating an intelligent factory. With the high-quality development of transportation in China, highway bridges, as the core part of transportation infrastructure, have received widespread attention for their safety and operation management. Especially in the field of super large bridges, due to their importance in transportation and enormous social benefits, safety and operation management are particularly crucial. This research focused on the operation and maintenance management of super large bridges, especially how to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of bridge operation and maintenance management through BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology. This technology deepened the understanding of bridge structure and performance by establishing a detailed BIM model. By standardizing model data and establishing coding systems, data interoperability and management efficiency were improved, providing decision support for the daily management and maintenance of bridges. According to experimental data, it can be concluded that the accuracy of basic information judgment, temperature and humidity accuracy, bridge status judgment accuracy, and operation and maintenance information accuracy of BIM dynamic temperature recognition and maintenance technology for bridges were among four sets of data. The accuracy rates of all four data items were between 91.20% and 94.27%, indicating a high accuracy rate. The comprehensive application of these technologies aims to improve the operation and maintenance management level of super large bridges, ensure their long-term stability and safety, and contribute to the sustainable development of transportation systems. In order to expedite the transition of the Yellow River Simulator into the operational phase and quickly make use of its positive role in the difficulties of water resources shortage, economic imbalance and ecological fragility in the Yellow River Basin, an intelligent calculation method system for the Yellow River Simulator had been thoroughly sorted out and implemented. Drawing upon the concept of intelligent computing, the vital importance of the Yellow River Simulator’s intelligent computing was articulated from the perspectives of data storage and preprocessing, simulation computing power, and swift responsiveness, as well as its significance in ecological conservation and management, efficient water resources utilization and disaster evaluation and mitigation. Based on the architectural framework of the Yellow River Simulator, four branches of intelligent computing methods, namely biomimetic intelligent computing, machine learning, fuzzy computing and intelligent computation were summarized in detail. Envisioning the transformative potential of intelligent computation methodologies for the Yellow River Simulator, this paper explored its huge application prospects in development planning, disaster management and resources allocation. The digital twin workshop contains a vast quantity of heterogeneous data from multiple sources, such as the historical state of workshop equipment, which is essential for analyzing implicit problems and bottlenecks in manufacturing tasks. Nevertheless, the current unidirectional and irreversible time flow of the digital twin workshop makes it difficult to optimize workshop productivity using historical data. This paper proposes a scene equipment saving and loading method for the digital twin workshop to address this issue. The initial steps involve defining a workshop information model which represents multiple pieces of workshop equipment in the virtual space and the content of the data it covers. This model stores data for each object type on the workshop using distinct data structures; a workshop element data saving and loading method is proposed, which can save the historical scene equipment data of the digital twin workshop and load the saved data into the digital twin software; finally, a case study is conducted to determine the data compatibility, the saving and loading efficiency, and the system's ability to save and load actual workshop scenes. The results demonstrate that this method can efficiently save and load scene equipment data on the workshop, enabling workshop administrators to identify problems and bottlenecks in historical manufacturing tasks and then take steps to increase workshop productivity. Implementing evidence-based practices in early intervention has generated new research interest in the need for effective early childhood systems. This study used a bibliometric analysis to discern the importance and relevance of the field. The analysis highlights that the main goals of the future direction of the research field need to be better defined. First, articles published in the Web of Science database between 2012 and 2022 were reviewed, and then word and author combinations were analyzed. Finally, articles were collected in different groups for bibliographic linking. Five key points were identified as the most important practices recommended by the Department of Early Childhood or Professional Development. It should be noted that the main difficulty encountered in this field arises from the novelty of our research topic, i.e., there is no research on constructing systems for early intervention. However, it is worth highlighting the articles that are relevant to the field of study and our success with integrating them in order to demonstrate the importance of serving children with disabilities and their families. In conclusion, the establishment of a system built on evidence-based practices is underdeveloped but shows promise for the future of early intervention systems. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Based on initially identified needs for further telemedicine (TM) and chronic wound management research, the objective of this article is twofold: to conduct a systematic review of existing knowledge on TM interventions in chronic wound management—including barriers and opportunities—across the specialist and primary care sectors, and to incorporate the review findings into a system framework that can be further developed and validated through empirical data. We conclude that there is a pressing need for broader and more comprehensive empirical explorations into quality improvement and integration of TM in chronic wound management, including using system frameworks that can capture cross‐sector system perspectives and associated implications. Of practical consideration, we suggest that the design and execution of TM improvement interventions and associated research projects should be conducted in close cooperation with managers and practitioners knowledgeable about barriers and opportunities that can influence the implementation of important interventions within chronic wound management. Even though coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) vaccination has been done, preparedness for the possibility of the next outbreak wave is still needed with new mutations and virus variants. A near real-time surveillance system is required to provide the stakeholders, especially the public, to act in a timely response. Due to the hierarchical structure, epidemic reporting is usually slow particularly when passing jurisdictional borders. This condition could lead to time gaps for public awareness of new and emerging events of infectious diseases. Online news is a potential source for COVID-19 monitoring because it reports almost every infectious disease incident globally. However, the news does not report only about COVID-19 events, but also various information related to COVID-19 topics such as the economic impact, health tips, and others. We developed a framework for online news monitoring and applied sentence classification for news titles using deep learning to distinguish between COVID-19 events and non-event news. The classification results showed that the fine-tuned bidirectional encoder representations from transformers (BERT) trained with Bahasa Indonesia achieved the highest performance (accuracy: 95.16%, precision: 94.71%, recall: 94.32%, F1-score: 94.51%). Interestingly, our framework was able to identify news that reports the new COVID strain from the United Kingdom (UK) as an event news, 13 days before the Indonesian officials closed the border for foreigners. In order to solve the movement dysfunction problem of the lower limbs caused by the decline of muscle strength of the lower limbs， bone and joint diseases， cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases， spinal cord injury， etc.， such as the inability to independently complete the basic life actions such as walking， standing， sitting， etc.， a mobile assisted robot structure design scheme with the functions of assisted walking， assisted seating， assisted moving is proposed. According to the size distribution of human body， the size of structural components is calculated. In order to ensure that the mechanism has enough structural strength， the finite element simulation analysis of key components is carried out. On this basis， human-machine coupling system model is established， and kinematics simulation of human-machine coupling is completed. Hardware system design scheme of mobile assisted robot is proposed. Electrical system connection is built， and hardware circuit design is completed. In order to verify the correctness of the theoretical results， the experimental prototype is manufactured and related experiments are carried out.

System framework is for adopting additive manufacturing (AM) in a mass production line where AM processes are integrated to customize protective parts for manual tools that are found to cause damages of products. The system ensures AM processes are adopted to meet the requirements of functionalities, reliability, line balancing, and the production rate like other conventional processes. The proposed system is different from other AM applications in sense that product designs and fabrications become integrated parts of a production flow. Due to the increasing trend of aging society in China， the semi disabled elderly will become a very large group， which will bring great pressure to the elderly care institutions and nursing institutions. Most of the semi disabled elderly suffer from lower limb motor dysfunction and can’t walk independently. Aiming at the group of semi disabled elderly， the structural design scheme of walking assistant wheelchair is put forward， and the mechanical simulation of key components and the kinematic simulation under the condition of man-machine coupling are carried out， and the system framework of walking assistant wheelchair is built. In order to verify the correctness of the theoretical design， the experimental prototype of walking assistant wheelchair is processed， and the relevant experiments are completed. The research results can provide a theoretical foundation for the design of walking assisted wheelchair.

Mine water inrush is a serious hazard that is difficult to predict. Existing methods for identifying water inrush are based only on static monitors and do not consider up-to-date identification models with mining activity. Moreover, there is a lack of research on system frameworks for identifying mine water inrush cases. Because monitoring methods for mine water inrush are becoming more extensive, including water level sensors, underground robots, unmanned aerial vehicles, and manual observation, a framework for identifying mine water inrush cases is proposed in this paper. Specifically, the framework encompasses four modules, namely, generation and update of the identification model, a monitoring system, disaster identification (comprising automatic identification and interactive identification), and predictive simulation. The framework provides a scientific basis for underground personnel to escape. The framework can use flexible monitoring data at any position of roadway. Combined with mining conditions, dynamic updates to the identification model can be realized. Predictive simulation combines the analysis and prediction of field experts on water inrush information to simulate the spreading process of water flow. Finally, an example is presented to provide the validation of the proposed framework. The academic management of college students is an important content of college education management. Based on the public cloud and WeChat mini program platform, an early warning system is developed for college students􀆳 academic work based on cloud computing. First, the framework for the academic early warning system is designed under the cloud computing mode, and the information interaction relationship among the network-management-cloud is explained. In terms of prediction algorithms, the LightGBM gradient boosting algorithm and statistical diagnosis algorithm are combined together, and the parameters of LightGBM are also optimized and well designed. Then, through the data augmentation method, the real data set is used to carry out the experimental analysis of graduation status classification and the early warning system test. The results show that it performs well in classification accuracy and calculation effect. Besides, two courses of the advanced mathematics and graduation design have the significant impact on graduation status. The thermal error stands as a pivotal determinant, significantly impacting both the precision and its stability of gear hobbing processes. Thus far, conspicuous delays in compensation and insufficiencies in precision have been duly noted. To achieve a proficient and exceedingly precise thermal error compensation, an intricate mathematical correlation is expounded, delineating the connection between the spatial pose error of the hob and the inherent thermal error in the gear hobbing machine. In addressing the thermal error linked to the B-axis, a bidirectional-minimal gated unit network is harnessed to characterize long-term memory attributes. An advanced crystal structure algorithm is introduced, encompassing components such as the population initialization mechanism, the nonlinear convergence factor, the Gaussian perturbation mechanism, and an enhanced optimization equation. The weights of the bidirectional-minimal gated unit network are judiciously assigned via the self-attention mechanism. This innovation, recognized as the improved crystal structure algorithm-self-attention-bidirectional-minimal gated unit network, is introduced for the training of the thermal error model for the B-axis. Subsequently, thermal analysis models are formulated, yielding the thermal errors of the X- and Z- axes. An error control model and an error decoupling model are established, employing the thermal errors of the B-, X-, and Z- axes as their input. Ultimately, an intelligent error control system is crafted, in which the error control model, error decoupling model, and thermal error model are seamlessly integrated. The aim is to mitigate tooth flank errors. With the integration of the intelligent error control system, the levels of precision pertaining to gear helix deviation, maximum deviation of a single pitch, and cumulative total pitch deviation are elevated by one, one, and two levels, respectively. More significantly, the geometric error reduction of the tooth flank achieved by the meticulously designed intelligent error control system surpasses that of traditional pitch compensation by a substantial margin. Furthermore, the execution efficiency of the intelligent error control system, when operating within the machine-edge-fog-cloud framework, exhibits a remarkable improvement of 24.18%, 16.20%, and 57.84% when compared to the intelligent error control system operating within the machine-edge-cloud, machine-fog-cloud, and machine-cloud frameworks, respectively. In order to construct modernization traffic governance system and enhance people-centered transport service level,it’s an urgent need to establish a strong drive and sustainable intelligent transportation system(ITS) with traffic big data.Firstly,the present situation of traffic big data research and application was comprehensively analyzed.Then,the development demand and goal were analyzed.At last,some typical practice cases of traffic big data application in Guangzhou were taken as example,the framework of traffic big data application system was built with “one center,three platforms”.All above work is for in-depth application and innovation development of traffic big data.

The natural, fast, stable and reliable interaction between human and machine is the ideal interaction mode pursued by human beings. Speech recognition is a process of pattern matching recognition. Effective speech detection technology can not only reduce the processing time of the system, improve the real-time and accuracy of the system processing, but also eliminate the noise interference of the silent segment, so as to improve the subsequent recognition performance. Through speech recognition, the machine can understand human language, complete the corresponding calculation tasks according to these instructions, and meet the needs of people. The traditional speech recognition method uses acoustic features to describe the model. No matter using model compensation method or normalization method, it can not solve the influence of speaker difference on the performance of recognition system. In this paper, we study a speech recognition detection system based on almost interactive reconstruction model, and analyze the continuous speech signal. The experimental results show that the proposed method has a high recognition rate and a shorter time. With the rapid development of Internet technology, network assisted instruction system develops rapidly. Speech recognition is a technology that transforms the speech from human beings into words or symbols. From the acoustic feature extraction 40 years ago to the automatic speech recognition system based on deep neural network, speech recognition technology has been gradually improved. Speech recognition algorithm based on neural network has great potential and is an effective way to solve the bottleneck problem of existing speech recognition algorithm. In this paper, the deep neural network and game theory are combined to reduce the dimension of the model by singular value decomposition and reconstruction, in order to reduce the amount of data and improve the accuracy of the experiment. The proposed framework is implemented on the Android system to validate the performance. With the development of modern intelligent science and technology and the renewal of communication methods, the voice visual interface brings people more abundant perception. Virtual reality technology is no longer limited to the traditional meaning of visual interaction, it gradually integrates with hearing, touch and other ways of feeling. VR integrated system uses computer to generate a simulation environment, and uses interactive 3D dynamic visual interaction and entity behavior of multi-source information fusion to form an immersive environment. In this paper, multi-dimensional information analysis technology is used to build an integrated virtual reality system integrating voice and visual interaction system. The system applies the natural communication mode of the human beings to human–computer interaction, and provides multi-channel interaction modes including voice, vision, expression, etc., which improves the natural awareness and fidelity of human–computer interaction. With the rise of edge computing,more and more attentions have been paid to security issues of edge computing.The basic concepts,system architecture and the relationship between edge computing and other computing paradigms were introduced.Then the security threats to edge computing were analyzed,and the security technology of edge computing was discussed for these security threats.Finally,the technologies of intrusion detection,access control,defense strategy and key management in edge computing were summarized and the further research directions were pointed out.

Abstract Background There has been a renewed interest in broadening the research agenda in health promotion to include action on the structural determinants of health, including a focus on the implementation of Health in All Policies (HiAP). Governments that use HiAP face the challenge of instituting governance structures and processes to facilitate policy coordination in an evidence-informed manner. Due to the complexity of government institutions and the policy process, systems theory has been proposed as a tool for evaluating the implementation of HiAP. Methods Our multiple case study research programme (HiAP Analysis using Realist Methods On International Case Studies – HARMONICS) has relied on systems theory and realist methods to make sense of how and why the practices of policy-makers (including politicians and civil servants) from specific institutional environments (policy sectors) has either facilitated or hindered the implementation of HiAP. Herein, we present a systems framework for the implementation of HiAP based on our experience and empirical findings in studying this process. Results We describe a system of 14 components within three subsystems of government. Subsystems include the executive (heads of state and their appointed political elites), intersectoral (the milieu of policy-makers and experts working with governance structures related to HiAP) and intrasectoral (policy-makers within policy sectors). Here, HiAP implementation is a process involving interactions between subsystems and their components that leads to the emergence of implementation outcomes, as well as effects on the system components themselves. We also describe the influence of extra-governmental systems, including (but not limited to) the academic sector, third sector, private sector and intergovernmental sector. Finally, we present a case study that applies this framework to understand the implementation of HiAP – the Health 2015 Strategy – in Finland, from 2001 onward. Conclusions This framework is useful for helping to explain how, why and under what circumstances HiAP has been successfully and unsuccessfully implemented in a sustainable manner. It serves as a tool for researchers to study this process, and for policy-makers and other public health actors to manage this process.

Faced with the increasingly prominent problem and the contradiction of water resources spatial imbalance, promoting and implementing the spatial balance of water resources has become an important content of current water conservancy work. However, what is the spatial equilibrium of water resources and what is its theoretical method are the problems that need to be solved urgently at present. This paper put forward the concept of spatial equilibrium of water resources and its theory through sorting out and understanding the existing research on spatial equilibrium and combining with the formation background of the idea of spatial equilibrium development of water resources. Based on the understanding of the spatial equilibrium principle of water resources, the theoretical system framework of spatial equilibrium of water resources were put forward and its main research contents were expounded. Finally, the next step of water resources spatial equilibrium research was prospected from three aspects: theory, method and application. In general, the research of spatial equilibrium theory of water resources plays an important guiding role in solving the spatial imbalance in China’s modern water control practices, supporting the demonstration and planning of national water conservancy construction, promoting the spatial equilibrium development of water resources-economy society and ecological environment. Additive manufacturing via 3D printing can enable the efficient and cost-effective replacement of damaged parts that can be produced at any manufacturing location and even when the parts are discontinued but their 3D CAD models are available. In addition, damaged portions of a part can be reconstructed by utilizing 3D printing. However, using a 3D printer requires a skilled operator with knowledge of this technology and other technical aspects. Hence, in this research, a user-friendly maintenance framework has proposed for any operator to repair partially damaged parts using 3D printing without requiring expert technical support. The framework includes a parts catalog with information necessary for 3D printing, a search module for automatically identifying damaged parts without prior knowledge about the part, and a shape comparison module for validation of the repaired part through damage detection and error measurement. Design and implementation of a maintenance support system based on the proposed framework are explained and the result of conducted experiment with a damaged ball from a valve to verify its performance is presented. To reduce the development complexity of underwater remote-operated vehicles and increase their adaptability and applications,a monitor system for underwater remote-operated vehicles based on ROS is developed.First,the hardware structure of the monitor system is introduced briefly.The software framework of the monitor system based on ROS is proposed.The compositions and functions of the perceptual execution,navigation control,and monitoring operation layers are introduced.The design of three functional modules,namely the motion control,human-robot interaction,and attitude control nodes,are described.Experiments show that the monitor system of the underwater remote-operated vehicle based on ROS can coordinate the work of each functional module.It is characterized by a short development cycle and good expansibility. Based on the full analysis of the present situation at home and abroad, this paper puts forward the concept and core content of transparent mine and five principles to be followed in constructing transparent mine.Based on the latest development of spatial information technology, the paper expounds the architecture of transparent mine system including three-dimensional engine layer, intelligent coal mine platform layer and production operation layer,and introduced the solutions of the key technical problems of three-dimensional spatial modeling criterion for coal mine, the storage and integration of multi-source spatial-temporal data, the construction and dynamic modification of high-precision geological models, the three-dimensional visualization of massive data,and mechanical and electrical equipment modeling and simulation and three-dimensional automated remote control.
