Software has been developed for the system most suitable for wind shear detection. The formulation of the target designation problem is presented. The features of modern radars are considered. The aim of the work is to find the most suitable system for detecting wind shear and to develop software for this system that offers the pilot a turnkey solution for flying through the danger zone of wind shear. The paper presents the definitions of wind shear, statistics of air crashes caused by this phenomenon. The systems for determining wind shear are described and the most suitable system is selected. The principle of operation and the algorithm of operation of the Doppler radar station are given. A simulation of the detection of a dangerous wind shear zone was carried out. The pilot uses the proposed software solution. Thus, the task of determining the wind shear zone and the decisions proposed on this basis to fly around the dangerous zone have been completed. The results show that introducing random noise into labeled samples degrades the accuracy of the model, while introducing random noise into unlabeled data can, on the contrary, increase the accuracy of the model. Разработано программное обеспечение для системы наиболее подходящей для обнаружения сдвига ветра. Представлена постановка задачи целеуказания. Рассмотрены особенности современных радаров. Цель работы – найти систему, наиболее подходящую для обнаружения сдвига ветра, и разработать для этой системы программное обеспечение, предлагающее пилоту готовое решение для пролета опасной зоны сдвига ветра. В работе представлены определения сдвига ветра, статистика авиакатастроф, вызванных этим явлением. Расписаны системы определения сдвига ветра и выбрана наиболее подходящая система. Приведены принцип работы и алгоритм работы доплеровской радиолокационной станции. Проведено моделирование обнаружения опасной зоны сдвига ветра. Пилот использует предложенное программное решение. Таким образом, задача по определению зоны сдвига ветра и предложенные на этой основе решения об облете опасной зоны выполнены. Результаты показывают, что ввод случайного шума в маркированные образцы ухудшает точность модели, а ввод случайного шума в немаркированные данные может наоборот повысить точность модели. Розроблено програмне забезпечення для системи, що найбільш підходить для виявлення зсуву вітру. Представлено постановку задачі цілепозиціонування. Розглянуто особливості сучасних радарів. Мета роботи – знайти систему, що найбільше підходить для виявлення зсуву вітру, і розробити для цієї системи програмне забезпечення, що пропонує пілоту готове рішення для прольоту небезпечної зони зсуву вітру. Діяльність представлені визначення зсуву вітру, статистика авіакатастроф, викликаних цим явищем. Розписано системи визначення зсуву вітру та обрано найбільш підходящу систему. Наведено принцип роботи та алгоритм роботи доплерівської радіолокаційної станції. Проведено моделювання виявлення небезпечної зони зсуву вітру. Пілот використовує запропоноване програмне рішення. Таким чином, завдання щодо визначення зони зсуву вітру та запропоновані на цій основі рішення про обліт небезпечної зони виконані. Результати показують, що введення випадкового шуму в марковані зразки погіршує точність моделі, а введення випадкового шуму в немарковані дані може навпаки підвищити точність моделі.

The article considers the development of a mathematical model of the stabilization and rotation system in the modes of stabilization, targeting, auto-tracking of the target and electrical arrest. The output signals shall be signals proportional to the components of the angular velocities of the line of sight, the angles of pitch and dash of deviation around the axes of the gyrosystem and the angles of inconsistency of the line of sight relative to the optical axis of the homing head. The system of cardan suspension of the stabilization and rotation system is considered, where the actuators are located on the axes of rotation of the outer and inner frames of the cardan suspension. The homing head is mounted on the inner frame. The inner frame is a gyrostabilized platform. Depending on the mode of operation of the stabilization and rotation system: in the stabilization mode, the coordinate system that is stabilized is assumed to be stationary in inertial space; in the auto-tracking mode of the target, the coordinate system that is stabilized by Oxyz is returned according to the change of direction to the target; in the mode of electrical locking, the axes of the coordinate system which is stabilized by Oxyz coincide with the axes of Oxoyozo connected to the body of the main product. To obtain differential equations, the projections of the total vector of the kinetic moment of the inner and outer frames on the axis of the outer frame are taken and written according to the theorem on the change of the kinetic moment of the considered system relative to the axes of suspensions. The total moments of external forces applied to the outer and inner frames around their axes of rotation, which have the following components: moments of actuators, moments of viscous and dry friction, imbalance and other unaccounted for factors around the axes of the outer and inner frames . The moments of the forces of viscous and dry friction are presented in the classical form, taking into account the signs when changing the direction of movement. The mass of the inner frame with all devices mounted on it, and the mass of the entire movable system (outer and inner frames), as well as the radius vector characterizing the displacement of the center of mass, give a static imbalance of the movable system relative to the suspension axis of the i-th frame are components imbalance. The scientific novelty of the work is to obtain a mathematical model for a particular product, as well as the practical feasibility of their application. One of the urgent scientific and technical problems of our time is the development of methods and means of protecting various objects against the impact of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) which carry a significant potential threat to various areas of human activity – military, economic and everyday life. Significant technical capabilities, a wide range and relatively low cost of UAVs, combined with the difficulties of their observation and control, are the main features of this problem. Currently, radar, acoustic, optical and infrared methods with the appropriate facilities are widely used to detect and observe unmanned aerial vehicles. The article discusses the information capabilities of each of the methods and tools that are a part of an integrated system for detecting, measuring coordinates and parameters of UAV motion. It is shown that the radar method has the best search capabilities, while optical, infrared and acoustic methods are inferior to it. An algorithm for sequential connection of information resources available in an integrated system is discussed, taking into account the availability of search capabilities of the relevant means. New effective methods of complex processing of multimodal signals and images in a complex integrated surveillance system for unmanned aerial vehicles, built taking into account the natural spatial separation of various information channels and using target designation, have been synthesized. The features of combining multimodal information with the use of neural network technologies when using target designations in an integrated system are shown., Одна из актуальных научно-технических проблем современности заключается в разработке методов и средств защиты разнообразных объектов от воздействия беспилотных летательных аппаратов (БПЛА), несущих значительную потенциальную угрозу для различных областей деятельности человека – военной, хозяйственной и повседневной. Значительные технические возможности, широкая номенклатура и сравнительно невысокая стоимость БПЛА в сочетании с трудностями их наблюдения и контроля – основные особенности данной проблемы. В настоящее время для обнаружения и наблюдения беспилотных летательных аппаратов широко используются радиолокационный, акустический, оптический и инфракрасный методы и соответствующие средства. Рассмотрены информационные возможности каждого из методов и средств, входящих в состав комплексной системы обнаружения, измерения координат и параметров движения БПЛА. Показано, что наилучшими поисковыми возможностями обладает радиолокационный метод, ему уступают оптический, инфракрасный и акустический методы. Обсуждается алгоритм последовательного подключения имеющихся в комплексной системе информационных ресурсов с учетом наличия у соответствующих средств поисковых возможностей. Синтезированы новые эффективные методы комплексной обработки многомодальных сигналов и изображений в интегрированной комплексной системе наблюдения беспилотных летательных аппаратов, построенные с учетом естественного пространственного эшелонирования различных информационных каналов и с использованием целеуказания. Показаны особенности объединения многомодальной информации с использованием нейросетевых технологий при использовании целеуказаний в комплексной системе., Одна з актуальних науково-технічних проблем сучасності полягає в розробці методів і засобів захисту різноманітних об'єктів від впливу безпілотних літальних апаратів (БПЛА), які становлять значну потенційну загрозу для різних областей діяльності людини – військової, господарської та повсякденної. Значні технічні можливості, широка номенклатура і порівняно невисока вартість БПЛА в поєднанні з труднощами їх спостереження і контролю – основні особливості даної проблеми. У даний час для виявлення і спостереження безпілотних літальних апаратів широко використовуються радіолокаційний, акустичний, оптичний і інфрачервоний методи і відповідні засоби. У статті розглянуто інформаційні можливості кожного з методів і засобів, що входять до складу комплексної системи виявлення, вимірювання координат і параметрів руху БПЛА. Показано, що найкращими пошуковими можливостями володіє радіолокаційний метод, йому поступаються оптичний, інфрачервоний і акустичний методи. Обговорюється алгоритм послідовного підключення наявних в комплексній системі інформаційних ресурсів з урахуванням наявності у відповідних засобів пошукових можливостей. Синтезовані нові ефективні методи комплексної обробки багатомодальних сигналів і зображень в інтегрованій комплексній системі спостереження безпілотних літальних апаратів, побудовані з урахуванням природного просторового ешелонування різних інформаційних каналів і з використанням цілевказівки. Показано особливості об'єднання багатомодальної інформації з використанням нейромережевих технологій при використанні цілевказань у комплексній системі.

Buildings and public infrastructures are crucial to our societies in that they provide habitations, workplaces, commodities and services indispensible to our daily life. As vital parts of facility management, operations and maintenance (O&M) ensure a facility to continuously function as intended, which take up the longest time in a facility’s life cycle and demand great expense. Therefore, computers and information technology have been actively adopted to automate traditional maintenance methods and processes, making O&M faster and more reliable. Augmented reality (AR) offers a new approach towards human-computer interaction through directly displaying information related to real objects that people are currently perceiving. People’s sensory perceptions are enhanced (augmented) with information of interest naturally without deliberately turning to computers. Hence, AR has been proved to be able to further improve O&M task performance. The research motif of this thesis is user evaluations of AR applications in the context of facility maintenance. The studies look into invisible target designation tasks assisted by developed AR tools in both indoor and outdoor scenarios. The focus is to examine user task performance, which is influenced by both AR system performance and human perceptive, cognitive and motoric factors. Target designation tasks for facility maintenance entail a visualization-interaction dilemma. Two AR systems built upon consumer-level hand-held devices using an off-the-shelf AR software development toolkit are evaluated indoors with two disparate solutions to the dilemma – remote laser pointing and the third person perspective (TPP). In the study with remote laser pointing, the parallax effect associated with AR “X-ray vision” visualization is also an emphasis. A third hand-held AR system developed in this thesis overlays infrared information on façade video, which is evaluated outdoors. Since in an outdoor environment marker-based tracking is less desirable, an infrared/visible image registration method is developed and adopted by the system to align infrared information correctly with the façade in the video. This system relies on the TPP to overcome the aforementioned dilemma.
