The effective organization of the educational process in the context of rapid acceleration of the society’s digitalization is impossible without increasing its digital literacy. Consequently, it is necessary to study the current state of digital literacy, and to seek and implement new learning models in the educational system based on the application of modern innovative technologies and digital teaching methods. This research aimed to study the level of teachers’ digital literacy, as well as opportunities and future trends in digital didactics. Two major methods have been used: development of an abstract-logical model and a survey in order to measure the level of digital literacy of teachers and educators in Ukraine. The analysis of the survey data has revealed that teachers and university professors have reached the highest level of digital literacy, which is significantly higher than the average Russian level.

Показатели, имеющие наибольшее количество взаимосвязей могут влиять на развитие большего количества физических качеств, форму их проявления или компонентов физического развития, обладают наибольшей информационной значимостью., The article reveals that strength fitness, achieved by students in the process of specialized training, has a wide positive transfer and contributes to the achievement of high results in professional activity, life and other types of motor activity. The purpose of the work is to substantiate the significance of the development of power qualities in the physical fitness of students during the exercise of kettlebell lifting. Correlation analysis of the interdependence of physical fitness indicators among students showed that there are discrepancies in the level of interconnections between physical qualities. It is proved that the most informatively significant indicators contribute to the study of the interaction between physical qualities. Indicators with the greatest number of interconnections can affect the development of more physical qualities, the form of their manifestation or components of physical development, have the greatest informational significance. A comparative analysis of the performance indicators of physical fitness tests allows to state that the correlation between the development of individual physical qualities may vary depending on the level of physical fitness and the means used in the training process. Purposeful work on the development of power qualities by means of kettlebell lifting has best influenced those qualities that play the most important role during exercises with kettlebells, namely, power qualities and endurance. The generalization of scientific approaches to the organization and implementation of the educational process of physical education by means of kettlebell lifting in higher education establishments made it possible to determine that the development ofpower qualities of students is a dynamic, long-term and continuous process, where it is important not only to establish the final result, but also to trace the dynamics of the technology of its functioning. The development of power qualities is the structural basis for the special physical fitness of students. The degree to which students power qualities will be developed will depend on his level of physical fitness both in a particular sport and in professional activities.

Виявлено, що існує різниця між значущістю мотивів у студентів І і II курсів, яка може суттєво змінюватися протягом навчання у вищому навчальному закладі. Обнаружено, что существует разница между значимостью мотивов у студентов І и II курсов, которая может существенно изменяться в течение учебы в высшем учебном заведении. Формирование мотивационно-ценностного отношения к средствам гиревого спорта происходит лишь в случае направления студента на возможность реализации своих определенных, наиболее значимых потребностей, в этом виде деятельности., It is found in the paper that the effectiveness of the teaching and educational process of students in the lessons of physical education at higher educational institutions is determined by an adequate choice of goals and tasks, organizational forms, methods and means of training, health improvement and education in their rational combination. The purpose of the work is to reveal the features of the formation of students’ motivational and value attitudes toward classes in kettlebell lifting during the teaching and educational process. The dominant motives of students for kettlebell lifting as the main type of motor activity are: pleasure from exercises with kettlebells, improvement of state of health, a modern equipped sports facilities, possibility of choosing a kind of sport on their own, health orientation of classes. It is found that there is a difference between the importance of motives in the students of the 1st and 2nd years which can significantly change during the studies at the higher educational institution. Formation of a motivational and value attitude to means of kettlebell lifting takes place only in the case of directing the student to the possibility of realizing their identified, most significant needs in this type of activity. The development of the student’s motivational and value attitude to physical education is significantly influenced by the physical and sport orientation of the teaching and educational process which is a system of organically interconnected needs, interests, values that are inherent in personality that determine the main directions, motives of behavior and activity. Formation of motivational and value attitude to physical education requires qualitative changes in the system of value orientation of the student’s personality, awareness and acceptance by the student of the phenomenon of a healthy lifestyle as a necessary condition of life.
