Diplomska naloga opisuje načrtovanje nove transformatortorske postaje za ventilacijsko postajo NOP II v podjetju Premogovnika Velenje d.d. Opisana je obstoječa postaj in izvedeni so izračuni kratkih stikov, dimenzioniranje aparatov in naprav ter izbira ustrezne opreme za novo transformatorsko postajo. Prikazana je lokacija nove transformatorske postaje ter opis predvidene opreme. The diploma thesis describes planning of a new transformer station for ventilation station NOP II in Premogovnik Velenje d.d. (Velenje Coal Mine). Current station is described, short circuit calculations, appliances’ and devices’ designs and the choice of suitable equipment for a new transformer station are made. The location of a new transformer station is also shown and the description of expected equipment.

Na osnovi analiz porabe električne energije, smo izgradili nov objekt Razdelilna transformatorska postaja Podvelka 110/20 kV. Zaradi zanesljivega obratovanja objekta, smo sistem vključili v sistem procesnega vodenja, ki omogoča stalni nadzor in krmiljenje objekta na lokalnem nivoju in na nivoju distribucijskega centra vodenja. Diplomska naloga opisuje povezavo samostojnih naprav in inteligentnih elektronskih naprav s SCADA aplikacijo. Opisani so ključni gradniki sistemov v distribucijskem centru in na objektu. SCADA aplikacija je namenjena nadzoru in vodenju transformatorskih postaj. Procesni zaslon omogoča dispečerju pregled trenutnega stanja na napravah v transformatorski postaji, kar je potrebno pri pravilnem odločanju dispečerjev. Based on a power consumption analysis, a new power substation Podvelka 110/20 kV has been built. To enable its reliable operation, the substation has been connected with a process control system that enables a continuous monitoring and control on the local and distribution management system levels. The thesis describes the links between stand-alone and intelligent electronic devices with the SCADA application. It describes the key system elements of a distribution management system center and the substation. The SCADA application is intended for control and management of substations. A process screen provides a dispatcher an overview of the current status on the devices in the substation, which is needed for a proper decision-making of dispatchers.

Diplomsko delo v prvem delu obsega splošen opis transformatorskih postaj, transformatorskih postaj znotraj industrijskega kompleksa Steklarne Rogaška, opis posebnega talilnega transformatorja Varivolt ter problematiko transformatorske postaje TP Brusilnica. V nadaljevanju so podani vsi potrebni izračuni, nujni za določitev ustrezne opreme ob rekonstrukciji transformatorske postaje TP Brusilnica, ki predstavlja jedro diplomskega dela. Predstavljena je primerjava izračunov, narejenih klasično z izračuni, izvedenimi s pomočjo programskih orodij Ecodial in xSpider. Na kratko sta predstavljena tudi oba programa. V sklepnem delu so na osnovi najbolj neugodnega scenarija predstavljene variante tehniških rešitev, posebej pa so opisane tri ustrezne rešitve treh različnih dobaviteljev opreme, in sicer Siemens, Schneider Electric in EATON. V zaključku je med temi tremi ustreznimi različicami podan predlog rešitve, ki je za uporabnika v konkretnem primeru najbolj sprejemljiv s tehniškega vidika in predstavlja minimalne stroške vzdrževanja v času življenjske dobe ter ne predstavlja okoljskega problema med obratovanjem in po izteku življenjskega cikla opreme. The first part of Thesis indicates a general description of transformer stations, transformer stations within the industrial plant Rogaska Glassworks, a description of the specific melting transformer Varivolt and the problem of transformer substation TP Brusilnica. Below are given all the necessary calculations which are needed to determine an appropriate equipment for reconstruction. It compares calculations made by classical method with those made by software tools Ecodial and xSpider. Both of mentioned calculation programs are presented in short. The final part is based on the most adverse scenario with technical solutions. Particularly describes three relevant solutions and three different equipment suppliers: Siemens, Schneider Electric and EATON. Among stated relevant versions of suggested solutions for the user in our case, the most acceptable was chosen, upon technical point of view with minimal maintenance costs during the life span and with minimal environmental problems during operation and after the expiry of the life cycle.

Namen diplomskega dela je opis problema in slabosti starega načina vodenja energetskega transformatorja v RTP Podlog, kjer je stara tehnologija sistema vodenja zastarela in s tem se zmanjšuje zanesljivost obratovanja elektroenergetskega sistema (EES) in prenosa električne energije. Predstavili in opisali bomo glavne sestavne dele energetskega transformatorja z oznako T212, kjer se je v obdobju izdelave diplomskega dela izvajala rekonstrukcija sistema vodenja. Omenjeni so pomembni elementi zaščite, ki varujejo energetski transformator in delovanje plinskega releja. Z novim sistemom vodenja transformatorja smo pridobili zanesljivejše, enostavnejše in preglednejše delovanje sistema na sekundarni in primarni strani s strani upravljalca. Prikazano bo primerjava med novim in starim sistemom vodenja in pomen za zanesljivost delovanja EES. In this thesis we described the issue and weaknesses of the old way of running a power transformer in RTP Podlog where the old running system technology is outdated, thus reduces the operational reliability and transmission of the electrical energy. We introduced and described the main components of a power transformer labelled as T212, where during the process of writing this thesis, the reconstruction of the management system was being implemented. I described the important elements that protect the power transformer and the operation of a gas relay. With the new management system of the transformer we gained more reliable, simpler and more transparent operation of the system at the secondary and primary level by the operator.

V diplomski nalogi je opisan načrt obnove transformatorske postaje. Razloga za obnovo transformatorske postaje sta pretečena življenjska doba opreme in sama varnost pri posluževanju naprav. Transformatorska postaja se obnavlja v istem objektu, zato je treba v času obnove urediti začasno napajanje končnih odjemalcev. Opisano je trenutno stanje, podane so tehnične rešitve obnove transformatorske postaje in opravljena je izbira pripadajoče opreme. Izvedeni so izračuni kratkih stikov in dimenzioniranje opreme. Pri dimenzioniranju in izbiri opreme je upoštevana sprememba nazivne napetosti omrežja. This diploma work describes a reconstruction plan of transformer substation Keršičeva Partizanska. The main reasons for the reconstruction are overdue lifetime of equipment and the safety of using such devices. The transformer substation will be reconstructed in the same facility. That is why, at the same time of reconstruction the temporary electrical supply to the costumers has to be arranged. The work includes the description of current condition and technical solutions of transformer substation reconstruction and its equipment. The calculations of short circuits, dimensioning and the choice of equipment have been carried out. The change of nominal system voltage is taken into consideration at the dimensioning and equipment choice.

Diplomska naloga opisuje izdelavo načrta za rekonstrukcijo transformatorske postaje v Bolnišnici Golnik – Kopa. Obstoječa transformatorska postaja se rekonstruira in nadomesti z novo v obstoječem objektu – na isti lokaciji. V transformatorski postaji bosta vgrajena dva transformatorja TR1 in TR2, vsak po 1000 kVA moči. Transformator TR1 bo napajal obstoječe porabnike, medtem ko bo transformator TR2 rezerva. Za vključitev v zanko se uporabi obstoječe 20 kV vode. Prav tako se uporabi tudi obstoječe NN vode za priključitev obstoječih porabnikov. Transformatorska postaja mora imeti zagotovljen 24-urni dostop za elektro distributerja. The diploma thesis describes the preparation of the technical documentation for the reconstruction of transformer station in Hospital Golnik – Kopa. The existing transformer station is planned to be reconstructed and replaced with the new one in an existing facility on the same location. In transformer station two transformers TR1 and TR2 will be installed, each of 1000 kVA power. Transformer TR1 will provide power for existing customers, while the transformer TR2 will serve as reserve. For inclusion in the loop the existing 20 kV line will be used. The existing LV infrastructure will be used to connect existing customers. Transformer station must provide 24-hour access for the electrical distributor
