毎年のように大きな自然災害が発生している昨今,大学生による被災地支援ボランティア活動に寄せら れる社会からの期待は大きい。松山東雲女子大学・松山東雲短期大学では,ボランティアセンター設置時 代より教職員と学生とが被災地支援活動に取り組んでおり,その流れを汲んで熊本地震発生後に被災地支 援団体「しのモン応援隊」(2019年度より同好会)が誕生した。 この団体の特徴は,異なる学科・専攻の学生がそれぞれの専門性や興味関心から活動内容を提案し,話 し合いを重ねて支援活動を実施していくところにあり,学生主体の柔軟な発想と多様な関わり方による支 援活動は他大学からも高く評価されている。 2019年度は2回生以上の学生が新科目「インディペンデントスタディ」を履修しながら,活動に取り組 んだ。多様な背景を持つ学生が「被災地支援」という一つの目的のもと,仲間や教員と対話を重ね,学外 団体と交渉する姿は,大学教育に求められる「学習共同体」形成のいとなみと見ることができるのではな いか。今後の検証,考察に向け,本稿では,しのモン応援隊の4年間の歩みを整理する。, This paper summarizes the four years of Shinomon-Ouentai volunteer group for verification and consideration in the future. At Matsuyama Shinonome Women's College and Matsuyama Shinonome Junior College, faculty members and students have been engaged in disaster-stricken area support activities since the establishment of the Volunteer Center. The feature of this group is that students propose activities based on their specialties and interests. The appearance of students with diverse backgrounds repeatedly interacting with peers and faculty and negotiating with off-campus organizations under the single purpose of "support for disaster-stricken areas" is seen as a step toward the construction of a "learning community" required for university education.

〔目的〕ボランティア活動の体制づくり強化と成果がみえる活動とするために本学に何が必要なのか、 熊本応援したかっ隊の2018年 4 月から2019年 3 月までの活動を振返りながら、教員と大学の役割につ いて考える。 〔方法〕受入団体の協力のもと、自ら参加を希望したA大学とB大学の学生が長期休暇中に熊本地 震後の復興支援を行った。その内容をまとめた活動報告書の第 3 報（2018年度）と第 4 報（2019年度） を用いて活動を振返った。協力団体には組織名や活動写真（顔は非公開）を掲載することについて文 書にて許可を得た。 〔結果〕学生は一貫して自ら気づき考え実行することを念頭に健康学習会開催等行った。教員は学生 の相談にのり指導・助言を行うとともに、失敗しても行動したことを賞賛し、ともに喜ぶ関りを意識した。 大学は必要書類の受理により活動を認めるとともに本活動を文部科学省に報告した。2018～2019年度 の新規事業は学生による日帰り熊本支援チームくまモンや大学祭での熊本支援、現地の講師陣による レクチャーや全国学生ボランティアフォーラムへ参加、教員によるボランティア活動参加誓約書作成 や外部資金獲得があった。 〔考察〕教員の役割は学生の力を信じて待つこと、失敗しても頑張りを認め共に喜ぶことである。また、 学生の自発的な活動につながるよう教員が活動のきっかけをつくることも必要である。そのために日 頃からアンテナを張り外部と接点をもつことが求められる。専門家や当事者の話しが聞ける機会を設 けたり、他大学の学生と交流できる場を紹介する。今後、学生とともに外部資金獲得やルール作りを 行う。 大学の役割として、学生のボランティア活動へ財源を確保すること、社会連携推進センターに専属 の職員を配置すること、大学全体で学生のボランティア活動に理解と協力が得られるようなしくみづ くりを行うこと、安全確保のためにルール作りをすることがあげられる。

Despite all the achievements of modern society, there are still groups of the population that need free assistance, which, as a rule, is not provided in sufficient quantities by non-profit organizations alone. Moreover, this paper addresses the problem when truly large and developed volunteer organizations concentrate their activities mainly on event-based volunteering. The solution to this problem, in addition to changes in the volunteer centers themselves, can be corporate volunteerism. Несмотря на все достижения современного общества, до сих пор существуют группы населения, которые нуждаются в безвозмездной помощи, которой, как правило, не оказывается в достаточном количестве силами одних лишь некоммерческих организаций. Более того, в данной работе затрагивается проблема, когда поистине крупные и развитые волонтерские организации концентрируют свою деятельность преимущественно на событийном волонтерстве. Решением же данной проблемы, помимо изменений в самих добровольческих центрах может стать корпоративное волонтерство.

The bachelor thesis is dedicated to the preparation of the volunteers in the age of 15 to 18. The goal of the thesis is to introduce the process of volunteer training. The introduction explains the concept of the volunteering, then the types and fields of the volunteers activity. The next part characterizes the adolescence period and the specifics of the training of volunteers in this particular age. The thesis is completed with a specific example of the volunteer training from the organization Diakonice ČCE Rolnička.

Рассматриваются проблемы мотивации участия в волонтерской деятельности в УрФУ. Авторы предлагают использование международных мероприятий в качестве стажировок, а также говорят о разработке, реализации проекта Центр рекрутинга кандидатов в волонтеры. This article describes the problems of motivation to participate in volunteer activities in UFU. The authors suggest the use of international activities as internships, as well as talk about the design, implementation project, the Centre recruiting candidates for volunteers.

The work deals with the purpose of volunteering in hospitals. It is divided into two parts. The theoretical part describes, in general terms, volunteering, its history and its legal framework. Last but not least, it deals with volunteering in the University Hospital in Motol. The practical part uses the method of standardized direct dialogues with seniors permanently living and taken care of in the medical institute, and it analyses the need of volunteering at the Aftercare Centre of the University Hospital in Motol. The work draws upon the experience of my own several-year long volunteering engagement at the Aftercare Centre of the University Hospital in Motol. The goal of this work is to explain and highlight the importance of volunteering in medical care centers and hospitals.

This thesis is focused on the creating a Strategic Plan for Capacity Building of non-profit organization. The theoretical part explains the concepts associated with non-profit organizations and volunteer activities with the use of fundraising, as one method of raising funds, then complete the strategic planning process from analysis environment after the check itself. The practical section provides of the analyzed subject, which is the Volunteer Centre ADRA České Budějovice, on which is applied eight analysis of environment and resources, with followed by determining the vision and objectives, through the formulation, selection and the implementation of strategy to control and efficiency evaluation. The output of this part is the analysis of the results with proposals for individual measures.

This thesis concentrates on the topic of volunteering, its potentiality and contribution in rest homes for seniors. The thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with the terms volunteer and volunteering. The motivation of the volunteers and their typical area of activity are described. The thesis concentrates on the cooperation with the volunteers and related activities. It deals with the old age and the needs of seniors and presents the principles of communication with elderly people. The theoretical part is concluded with the topic of contribution and potentiality of volunteering. The practical part is concerned with the volunteer program in the Máj Rest Home in České Budějovice. It involves a brief characteristic of the volunteer program in the rest home. It presents the results of a quantitative research concentrated on the volunteers{\crq} contribution and compares responses of two types of respondents: volunteers and seniors. The research of this part is a source of the hypotheses about the benefits of volunteering.
