Abstract

The article discusses research on oxidation conditions of granitic magmas that are associated with Porphyry Copper Deposits in the Central Asian Orogenic Belts. Topics discussed include evaluation of the relationship between the oxidation condition and metal-fertility of magmas, selection of grains with no inclusions and no sector zoning for trace element analysis with a laser ablation inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry and analysis of impact of oxidation conditions of magmas.
