Abstract

A case study of a 32-year-old woman presented who was admitted to the hospital with a 2-month history of asymptomatic livedo on both legs and lowered visual activity. It mentions that histopathological findings and laboratory results led to the diagnosis of cutaneous sarcoid vasculitis (CSV). Topics discussed include Sarcoid vasculitis (SV), bilateral hilar lymphadenopathy (BHL) and role of impaired perfusion and hypoxia in causing livedo.
