Abstract: The article presents the speech of former Israeli Foreign Minister Abba Eban before the National Committee on American Foreign Policy in 1995 on the peace process in the Middle East is presented. Eban discusses the different kinds of foreign policies employed by Israel towards its neighboring countries. It cites the role of the foreign policy in fostering diplomacy between Israel, Egypt and Jordan.
