Abstract

The article focuses on the use of orthotopic mouse model to analyze the laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma. It mentions that the animals were monitored through direct laryngoscopy and ultrasound for the survival and growth of tumor. It offers information on the phenotype and malignant behavior that creates its natural biologic behavior as of laryngeal cancer patients.
