A Teaching Model on the Team of Undergraduate Thesis and Scientific Research.

In order to improve the quality of undergraduate thesis, we constructed the teaching model by combining undergraduate thesis team and scientific research team to direct the undergraduate degree thesis. We gave the full range of training from the thesis topic selection, experimental process, writing, and defense as well as team cooperation, especiaüy in the training of create ability and cooperation spirit. After five years' exploration and pratice, a remarkable outcome is obtained. As achievement of graduation thesis, team spirit and global capability have been improved obviously. We won the excellent graduation thesis team award of Jiangsu universities three times. More than ten SCI papers were published.
