Abstract

The article focuses on chronological development of the International Labour Organization's (ILO) Workers with Family Responsibilities Convention, 1981, No. 156 with respect to work and family. Topics discussed include the role of work-family convention in serving the international community, relationship of equality with social inclusion, and the laws regulating equality and discrimination in employment. It further discusses international bill of rights for equality.
