Ergonomie et théories de la personnalité pour les personas en conception de service.

User center design requires depicting uses with the best validity. Designers work with personas to represent uses and needs. The ergonomics approach has already proved its efficiency in relating expectations, needs and behaviors of future users and in identifying the various contexts of use. Our work aim at encouraging the appropriation of data collected from field studies and allowing the use of these data during the various steps of the design process. In this paper, we analyze the construction of personas in the context of a project aiming at developing a service for own management of electricity. We consider several theories of personality and the possible approaches to use when the tool evolves during the design process. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
