Abstract
- The article reports that the U.S. Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) has ordered the U.S. Air Force to restart funding for the Lockheed Martin U-2 aircraft and to invest in research and development and procurement. It presents the views of Pentagon procurement chief Frank Kendall on providing sustainment costs to the aerospace firm Northrop Grumman for Global Hawk aircraft.
