Abstract

The authors reflect on the meta-analysis and metagenes regarding the use of CXCL-13 gene as a marker of intratumoral immune response and predictor for chemotherapeutic outcome of breast cancer. Topics include the cancer immunotherapy, response to neoadjuvant chemotherapy, and anti-cytotoxic T lymphocyte-associated protein 4 (CTLA-4) monoclonal antibody (mAb).
