Abstract

Aiming at low precision of generalized stochastic Petri nets, this paper proposed the fuzz generalized stochastic Petri nets(FGSPN) by combining fuzz number with generalized stochastic Petri nets. It integrated the advantage that the fuzz number contained much information, built the FGSPN model of assembly process. It was convenient to make a quantitative study of assembly process with isomorphic Markov chain. The assembly reliability analysis results show that the model using FGSPN is more accurate than generalized stochastic Petri nets. The wheel head of grinding machine was taken as an example to iilustrate the feasibility of the method. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
