Abstract

The article discusses health benefits of legumes such as lentils, chickpeas and beans, and states that lentil soup is very fulfilling and can prevent an individual's cravings for processed food. It states that according to the research conducted at Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts, women who eat beans or lentils at regular basis are at lower risks of getting breast cancer. Also presented are recipes for the Moroccan Omelet and the balsamic Lentil Quinoa Lettuce Cups.
