Abstract

The article discusses the court case People v. Diaz filed in the Supreme Court of New York in Bronx County, New York regarding admissibility of hospital records in court cases and the defendant's right to confrontation. Topics discussed include dismissal of habeas corpus petition by defendant Enrique Diaz by the District Court and 440 motion on Sixth Amendment, claim made by Diaz regarding falsification of hospital records and admissibility of records under business records exception.
