Abstract

This article develops a concept for public libraries by analysing 'breakpoints of life', e.g., first school-day or last school-day, wedding or divorce, the first job, or losing a job as a particular moment for a library visit. To respond to the non-user's need, the library has to develop ideas supported by its collection, e-resources and outreach activities. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
