The article presents the Minutes of the Middle East Librarians' Association (MELA) Business Meeting, held during the MELA 2013 Annual Meeting, at Loyola University in New Orleans, Louisiana on October 9, 2013. Topics discussed include approval of minutes for the 2012 meeting, President's Report such as need for each committee to review bylaws for terms and length of service, and Secretary-Treasurer's Report like restoration of tax-exempt status of MELA with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
