Abstract

The article presents a case study of a 64-year-old man, who was admitted to outpatient clinic with a shortness of breath and dysphagia. The patient had a history of hypertension and smoking. The electrocardiography revealed normal sinus rhythm and a thin-walled hypoechogenic mass compressing the left atrium. The patient further underwent surgical treatment.
