Abstract
- This article discusses the education of indigenous peoples in Brazil. The author comments on the role of the Brazilian government in the educational system and curriculum and describes the intercultural elements of indigenous education. She also considers the indigenist policies of the government, resulting in the lack of respect for native culture.
