Abstract

The article offers profile of Carl Rogers, founder of humanistic psychology, is presented. He was born on January 8, 1902 in Oak Park, Illinois and studied at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He was enrolled at Columbia University for his Doctor of philosophy degree. He was an influential psychologists and married Helen Elliot. During his tenure as researcher, his contribution in client-centered therapy, and sixteen books written by him.
