Web Platform Construction Research of Excellent Open Courses.

The ministry of education has started "Excellent Open Course" after the project of "Teaching Quality and Teaching Reformation in Higher Education", and it already has a large amount of high quality courses. However, it is not enough. The popularization and sharing of these high quality resources desperately need quality platform. Only then, we can improve higher education's quality and serve learning society construction. For that, this article tries to make a comprehensive survey on relevant typical platforms internal and abroad, absorb the good aspects. By drawing lessons from CNKI which is good at resource retrieval, and Taobao which is good at user interface and combining the international demand and existing technology, the paper tries to consider deeply about the development trend of interactive, mobilizing and open sourcing; These are what we provide for optimizing the excellent open course platform; including firstly from platform module distribution, and then from platform service mechanism distribution.
