An Exploration of Business Administration Nurturing Mode upon Dynamic Process.

Through a comparative investigation between domestic and abroad business administration nurturing modes in internationalization, integration and connotation, there are considerable limitations existed in domestic universities nurturing mode. This does not accord with the demands from the subject, society and universities etc. Therefore, based on both local industry university and business administration's actual situation, this paper constructs a dynamic process nurturing mode, which is taking the student as the center role, with the interactive and practice-research nurturing mode, and is to combine the knowledge-ability-quality as a whole.
