Abstract

The article describes the case of a 61-year-old male patient with a history of CD20 positive follicular non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, blisters and skin lesions with pruritus, and who was diagnosed with paraneoplastic pemphigus (PNP) which was treated with rituximab. The patient was subjected to Tzank smear, histopathological examination, immunofluorescence and ski biopsy. A discussion on the presence of anti-Dsg3 in PNP is offered.
