Post-Construction Design Changes.

The article presents the author's views on the need for engineering commissioning professionals to ensure that changes in the construction project will not affect commissioning goals. She discusses the commissioning process wherein the commissioning professional ensures that the owner's project requirements (OPR) are met. She offers several ways to ensure that changes in the OPR are accommodated immediately. She notes that commissioners must not allow pressures to compromise the project.
