Abstract

The article discusses a study which addressed the influence of bleomycin-lidocaine-epinephrine (BLE) ingredients and temperature storage on bleomycin efficacy in the refrigerator and room temperature. Topics discussed include the study's aim of determining the optimal conditions and duration of storage that provide stable BLE magistral preparation to patients and a stability study of BLE preparation conducted in comparison to bleomycin reconstituted separately in normal saline.
