Abstract

It is very important of deformation monitoring system to ensure enterprises regular operation and protect human lives and properties. According to the real-time and rapid monitoring demand of high slope in open pit mine, this paper aims to design a monitoring system with the integration of Global Navigation Satellite System and Geographic Information System. After its composition and operation principle have been introduced, the direct calculation method is proposed to perform the integer ambiguity fast calculation of GNSS. Subsequently, the software function and integrated development pattern of monitoring system have been discussed in detail. Finally, the open pit mine of Jinduicheng Molybdenum Group Company, located in Shanxi province, which is the biggest molybdenum industry production base in China, is set as an application example. The results indicate that the system can perform real-time and rapid monitoring for the high slope deformation, which provides effective security for mine safety production. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
