Abstract
- We consider the Pólya-Szegö type weighted inequality. We prove this inequality for monotone rearrangement and for Steiner's symmetrization. In particular we fill the gap in the paper of Brock (Calc Var PDEs 8:15-25, ) for 1D case. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
