Abstract
- The article reports on the legal battle between British newspaper "The Guardian" and successive governments over the letters written by Prince Charles to ministers between 2004 and 2005 detailing the government's response to Freedom of Information requests. The battle follows the papers' released by the Supreme Court in March 2015 with Dinah Rose of Blackstone Chambers Ltd. on behalf of the Guardian. Barristers and solicitors believe that the government would find it harder to veto decisions.
