The Research on the Construction of Monitoring and Evaluation System for the Operation of Marine Economy in Liaoning Province.

According to the needs of Liaoning province marine economic operation monitoring and evaluation system for capacity building in this paper, it proposes the concept of marine economy operation monitoring and evaluation system, and introduces the system construction content and its architecture, and discusses the key issues on the monitoring index system, evaluation index system, mechanism construction and system implementation.
